Eva held onto him sitting on the counter and nodded "your right lily is safe and the lady is getting what she deserve. I can't believe it I never imagined this. I hate the lady look lily is having nightmares because of her she is a little girl she shouldn't be" Eva looked at him worried. "I'm going to miss school tomorrow to spend the day with lily and I will take Chloe lily need me right now"

"No one could have ever imagine Eva its something that just happen out of the blue." Jack explained to her and kissed her lips trying to calm her. "I think that is a good idea for you and Lily I will collect your homework from your teachers tomorrow." He said to her knowing she was not going to change her mind for he remember the last time when they were young he tried and he got punched hard in the arm and the cold shoulder and he hated that. "So go ahead and spend time with Lily the teachers told me I can't miss school anymore after my accident they are going easy on you because of your memory loss so that is a good advantage you have right now." He said and hugged her tight.

"Thank you love. I just need a day with her" Eva kissed him and hugged him right wrapped her legs around his waist. She rested her head on his shoulder and breathed out calmly. "I wish you could come but I understand you can't. I love you Jackie I don't what me and lily would do without you"

"Don't worry about it just have a fun all girls day tomorrow and I will get a hold of my friend so you can make a CD for Lily." He said with a smile and and picked her up as her legs were around his waist. "And I rather not think about what you guys would do without me honestly." Jack said with a smile and noticed Chloe and came down and snuggled up with Lily when he walked out. He place Eva on the side where Lily was and he laid on the side where Chloe was. "There now we are all together."

Eva smiled and layed down next to lily put her arms around her holding her. She looked at jack and smiled "together forever we will be happy together as a family" she kissed lily head and rested her head on hers closed her eyes "I love you all"

Jack smiled at her. "Yes together forever as a happy family." He said with a smile as he held Chloe in his arms as he smiled at the girls. He smiled as Eva fell asleep but he was worried about Eva and Lily since they both seem to have a rough time now. Eva loosing her memories and now Lily going through tough times esepically with that aweful so call foster mother. All he wanted now was to keep them safe and happy.

The next morning Eva and the girls made jack breakfast it is pancakes and coffee. They brought it to him and Eva kissed him softly. "Honey wake up"
Lily and Chloe jumped on the bed shouting "wake up wake up we made breakfast"
Eva giggled holding the breakfast tray.

Jack groaned at first when Eva tried to wake him but freaked a little when the girls started jumping on the bed. "Ok ok I am awake just calm down girl remember no one knows you are here and other students here are asleep still from studying all night." He told the young ones not wanting them to get in trouble with the Dorm Representer. "Man you two are just full of energy." He said as he hugged the girls tight in a bear hug.

The girls giggled and hugged him smiled. They moved so Eva could sit on the edge by jack stomach and Eva placed the tray on his lap. "Here honey we made you breakfast. So show how much we love you and to thank you for being here for us, especially me and lily this last week. We appreciate everything you do and we love you" Eva smield at him stroked his cheek softly

Jack smiled at Eva before stretching his back out a little before she placed the meal on his lap. "Oh love you did not have to do that at all I am just glad that I can be there for you ond of course little Lily." He said with a smile and kissed her cheek before he tried when they made. "My ok how are you girls better cooks then me." He said teasingly at all of them just to make them laugh and smile.

"I know but you deserved my love" Eva smiled and they all laughed and smiled and the girls got down and went to watch tv. Eva sat next to him kissed his cheek. "I know it been hard dealing with my memory loss and dealing with what going on with lily thank you for being here for us. I may never get my memory's back but at least we can make these memories with the girls and lily will heal from this incident" she said softlt

Jack smiled at her and hugged her before eating more of the food they made him. "Hey like I said we will just keep making memories and one day Lily will forget about the past and things will just keep getting better for you." He said with a smile and pulled her close to him and kissed her lips. "So no more thinking about it if your memories return great if not its not the end of the world and yes apart of me wants you to remember all the fun and things we did growing up but I do know that it might never happen but as long as I have you I am happy." Jack said with a smile and held her tight.

Eva smiled and kissed him deeply. Then rested agaisnt him and watched the girls watch tv. "So I'm going to take then to the park and get lunch after can I borrow your car?" She looked at him and stole a bacon and ate it smiling

Jack laughed and grabbed his jacket and pulled the keys to his truck out. "Here you go just be careful and be extra cautious if you need to be no shame in that." Jack said with a smile and laughed when Eva took his bacon. "Oh you little sneak." He said and tickled her a little to get back at her for stealing bacon from him.

Eva took the keys and laughed as he tickled her. She kissed him then got up and motioned for the girls to follow her out. "Love you"she smiled and the girls waved and they left to go to the car.

Jack waved by to the kids and Eva as they left. "Have fun kids and be good for mommy." He said with a smile as he finished breakfast and went off to do his classes for the day along with getting Eva's homework. He also spent his time on the phone talking to the people about the movie heading to theaters soon and he needed to be ready for it. He also was on the phone with a realtor about the house he as planning on buying and talking to his lawyer. It ended up being a busy day for him and hoped that Eva and the girls were having fun.

Eva took the girls to the park and played with them for a few hours. Then she took them to lunch and bought them mcdonalds and smiled watching them play in the play area. After that she took them to jack parents house and walked in smiled at jack mom "thanks for letting them stay with us last night it helped lily a lot did jack tell you what the lawyer said about the lady?"

Jack's mother smiled bak at Eva as they came in. "Oh it was no trouble at all after seeing how you and Lily were yesterday." She said with a smile as she was cutting up some fruit as a healthy snack. "And yes my son told me I was very shocked when I heard it but fro all the evidence that woman will be getting the death penalty I don;t know how any woman can do that to a child." Jack's mother said as she hugged Chloe when Chloe came over for a hug. "Actually the city was trying to take custody of Chloe and we fought hard but don't tell Jack that I told you this." She said as she told Chloe to go play and she did. "Jack has full custody of Chloe so in other words she is his daughter but she does not know Jack has not told her yet but all he knew was he did not want to lose Chloe and I am glad about that even more then ever."

"Oh my gosh. I had no idea that jack has custody. I thought you guys did. Wow I'm glad he got custody of her. I didn't think I would get lily when her aunt called me but her aunt told her lawyer out of anyone she thought of she knew I could take care of lily. I sat with lily in the hospital after the accident and stayed with her for two weeks after she heard about her parents. Her aunt said after that lily talked about me non stop. Lily may not be related to me by blood but she is my daughter and has been since she lost her parents in a way I love her and jack and Chloe I hope me and jack stay together forever" Eva said sitting on the stool.

"Yup Jack fought the court hard to gain custody of Chloe even though he had a job already but they wanted him to go to college so he enrolled and did the grades and finally gave him custody we just let other people and Chloe think me and my husband have custody." She explained and listened to her story and smiled. "Well the aunt was at least smart about that I will admit to that and I know you two will be together forever you were always on Jack's mind when you were gone and an inspiration for a lot of his character idea for movies and video games too."
