When you're a GoT fan...

...the worst thing is having friends who have read the books.
They kept saying "the Roose is loose" all the way through the third season and I had no idea what they were on about until the end. As we watched the whole thing in one day, this was 10-12 solid hours of frustration and frayed nerves over potential spoilers. Theyre dicks, but I love them.
Who's excited for season 4?

I'm definitely excited for season 4. There's gonna be all sorts of fun shit going on, maybe crazy bullshit as early as episode 2 if I'm remembering the order of events correctly.

Funny enough, I'm a long-time GoT book fan who just finally finished catching up with the TV show today. I was sad to see season three only having a portion of book three, but I guess they figured the red wedding was a big enough shock to milk a season off of. Jorick is right, some serious shit is going to go down early on in season four due to the point they cut three off at.

Season 4's going to be the best yet. So much crazy shit happens.

But yeah, I have a hard time talking about the series with people who are the show only crowd. Not because of 'book master race' or anything, but the urge to be like 'You know nothing, Jon Snow' every time they make a theory as to what's going to happen is strong.

I think season 4 is going to move much further along than the book-reading crowd might expect. They're setting in motion some storylines that didn't really feature until book 5, and we're only still in book 3, theoretically. I'm very excited, regardless. There will be more GoT fans at the end of this season than there were at the beginning, I just know it.
