The counselors grab Kiba by her arm and drag her to the lockdown cabin that was designed specially to withstand any and all powers. Those inside would be reduced to the lowest level of power allowing the counselors to contain any and all campers as they found necessary. Then with a touch they lowered the temperature to below zero.
