2. Maximum of 3 Active Characters per person. Any more needs approval by a GM
3. Characters can and WILL die, but please ASK somebody before you attempt to kill their character rather then just say "Your guy is dead."
4. Keep it PG-13!! Romance and Lovey-Dovey stuff is fine, as well as the occasional innuendo, but take smut scenes to PM, please. Also, violence is allowed, but please don't rip out a guys entrails and hold them above his head while he slowly dies. We're not monsters (:3)
5. Some scenes will be time skipped if they drag on too long/get too boring, but most of the time we will RP things through.
6. Each member of the RP will eventually become a member of the small group of adventurers who save the galaxy :3
7. Your character cannot have any GM abilities.
8. Post at least a paragraph each time (more is fantastic)
9. GM posts will be announced (these include plot movers, special events or even the death/introduction of a new character)

"My Wedding" ~ Prologue Tale Told by Princess Audra ~



"A girls wedding day... Naturally, she's giddy and excited, nervous and terrified. Is her hair okay? Does the dress make her look fat? Does Daddy still approve of her fiancé? Maybe she discovered a pimple on her cheek and started freaking out... I wish I could've had that luxury. But no, I just had to get married to the twelve handed creep from Raximotoriphalupagorious. I'm not even in love with him, quite the opposite really... But then again, I guess its what I get for having the rotten luck of being a Princess.. Yep, that's me. The red-head in the poofy white dress, trying her hardest to stay neutral about this whole stupid marriage. And before you ask, yes, they're real. Quit staring.

Normally I don't do this sort of thing, but you should probably know just what the hell's about to happen.... Believe me, I didn't think it was real either. You see, I'm not your typical Disney bull-shit Princess, I'm the real deal. That means handling politics, managing the military, attending certain events that are governed by royals, all that fun stuff... But unlike most of those pompous bitches who strut around all day and cry every time an animal get a splinter, I'm a realist. That means, I don't follow the lead of these other chicks, I do what I want. They spend all day chasing their prince's, and why shouldn't they? Those dudes as just as hollow as they are. But me, I have my eyes set on somebody else, but that's not the point. The point is, I'm a bit of a flirt, a prankster, a dash mischievous and maybe just a bit aggressive.. Well, A LOT aggressive. Especially when it comes to sports. I'm just competitive, I guess.

So anyways, back to what's happening.. Oh, right, the Xenos. Okay, so I'm walking down the isle with Tyrugal the 206th, wanting so desperately to take the blaster I carry around with me at all times and just blow my fucking brains out. I'm looking around for a bit and I see this thing.. But not before I see that cute boy, which brightens my day. God, he's so oblivious to me. Its adorable. Oh, right, back on track. So this thing... It was strange, like something from the distant past or far off future. A robot of some kind... But it was alive. I could see exposed organs and a heart beating away underneath the metal exterior, almost like some sort of demented Cyborg. But why was it just siting there, staring at us... at me? I didn't have time to dwell on it, but I wish I had... Because that hunk of metal was the reason my wedding was interrupted, why my life was thrown into chaos... And why I came face to face with the source of the outbreak, with nothing but a blaster and a group of people to help me out..

In short, shit hit the fan really quickly."

So, this is the story of a group of unlikely heroes who will wind up discovering the biggest secret the galaxy has kept hidden, then destroy it before the monstrosity of its being spreads to other worlds.

Quelongrious System

Relenus Vesta:

A Planet comprised of lush forests and green plains. Home to many human colonies, and a relatively peaceful planet. The planet is run by the democratic system under John Farell and is part of the G.L.I.P Federation.

Agerna:

A powerhouse in the galaxy, home to the G.L.I.P Federation Headquarters. The ruling government is the monarchy of King Ridley-Scott II and his wife, Queen Eliza-Ro. The planet is compromised of rolling plains and ginormous green fields filled with beautiful flowers. The species of the planet are varied. Currently, the entire planet is celebrating the marriage of Princess Audra to Prince Deere of Raximotoriphalupagorious.

Poosh and Its 5 Moons:

Poosh is a relatively quiet planet on the intergalactic scale, but it is a Class 5 "Terror-Estriol" Planet, inhabited by a dangerous race of bug creatures known as "the Swaar". These creatures are pure beasts and are in no way sentient, so the threat of galactic expansion is extremely low. Poosh also has 5 Moons: a Forest Moon inhabited by the Queelon's (peaceful rat-people), an Ice Moon (void of all life), a Volcanic Moon (void of all life), a Desert Moon (another home of the Swaar), and a Moon filled with Mountains.

Raximotoriphalupagorious:

Home Planet of the Cerr, a race of bug eyed, eight armed, green skinned people who resemble massive praying mantis'. There is a strong military on Raximotoriphalupagorious, which allows it to be one of the most powerful planets in the galaxy. However, it is also one of the most dangerous planets, due to the King's only allegiance: himself. With an army that's ready to eliminate the galaxy with a simple flick of the wrist.

Saatyya System

Norrux Mirugal

Norrux Mirugal is the largest moon of Yuuka. More commonly known as the Vermin City, the Smuggler's Moon and Little Shit-Covered Agerna, Norrux Mirugal has a surface that is entirely overgrown with city sprawl, leaving no patches untouched except the very ground of the planet, which is barren and dusty. But unlike other planets covered in endless cities, Norrux Mirugal is very much rundown and extremely dangerous on the lower and under levels of the world city. Norrux Mirugal was filthy, polluted, and infested with crime everywhere. There are around 8 Levels in the planet and the city is entirely controlled by crime lords. The most famous crime lord on the planet is Rectja Tyrr, a Borregelian who has owner ship of the majority of levels on Norrux Mirugal.

Unknown System

???

Absolutely nothing is known about this planet, but as of now the Princess is the only person who knows about it. All that can be said is that something evil is corrupting it... "The Great Poison" originated, and dwells here...

Maarcuu

Name: Maarcuu Ronoush

Gender: Male

Species: Beastman. (Part Human, Part Animal. Mostly human though. In short, as they expanded into the galaxy, Humans got a bit frisky with their sex lives and mated with other alien species. The result, lets just say, was something with both animal and human traits)

Preferred Weapon(s): BlasTech Industries DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol and his claws/teeth. He also has a passion for energy blades.

Abilities: He has the same sense of smell, hearing and eyesight that a cat would have. He also had a pair of razor sharp retractable claws on his hands and can climb most surfaces without much difficulty.

(Bounty Hunter Disguise)


Bio: Background: Maarcuu was born and raised on Human Colony G-R2 in the middle of "Relenus Vesta", a wild and lush green planet in the southern spiral arm of the Xenayar Galaxy. Despite it being a human colony, Maarcuu and his family were Beastmen, but the people there were friendly and treated them like equal humans, despite the genetic differences. There he lived in a small farmstead with his mother, two sisters, his father and, until recently, his aunt and uncle. Due to the wonderful and ever-bountiful nature of the planet, his father set up a farm and began to harvest the local Barnar, Yoope and Veentair crops, along with many other sorts of vegetables and fruits. One year when Maarcuu was 6, a shipment from Torrenal came to the colony with all sorts of produce and animals, which flourished in the Relenus Vesta environment and allowed his father to expand his farming business to all sorts of things rather then just fruits and vegetables.

While he was born a farmer, Maarcuu also excelled in piloting and mechanics. He loved to tinker with starships and speeders and he had extremely steady hands. Most of his friends called him "a literal grease monkey" because he was often found working on either droids or his personal Speeder. He even rebuilt a heavily destroyed HK-55 unit out of spare parts, including a few additional components he added in. Not long after he had finished attending the Relenus Vesta Pilots Academy, Maarcuu took a transport to the Birugal System and joined up with the Royal Star Pilots who worked under the service of King Ridley-Scott II. In his downtime while he wasn't flying around the galaxy assisting in the transportation of goods and services, or even escorting the lovely Princess Audra (whom he fancied quite a bit) and various diplomats to the surrounding systems for political reasons. He often noticed that some people acted oddly around him, but he always assumed that it was probably just his ears or tail. However, Maaarcuu is a totally respectable pilot and mechanic in King Ridley-Scott II's court.

Personality: Maarcuu is very polite to everyone he meets, male or female. Most girls find it hard to tell if he's flirting or just being nice. He doesn't like to do things by himself and would rather have someone give him orders to follow. Maarcuu can be odd at times, but there's a pretty good reason for that due to his upbringing and genetic background. Even though he smiles, he sometimes feels that nobody really gets him. However, he's a fun and outgoing guy who would stop at nothing to turn his friend's frown upside down. He is also very adventurous and loves the thrill of a good mission. He's well trained in combat as well. He has an exceptional skill with eye to hand co-ordination and he is very good at thinking on his feet. Since he is not human, he doesn't fully understand a lot of what people do or reasons behind human behaviour.

Other: Maarcuu owns a personally customized Astronomical Android known as HK-55 and is a skilled pilot, both in peaceful and combat situations.

Well, as far as I can remember he was only controlling Vash, maybe one or two more. But I suppose we can just NPC them for now until he comes back. If he doesn't return, then we'll drop his characters off on Agerna or some other planet where we can easily bring them back later on if he decides to return and play the same guys.

Well, that could work, the only issue I have is that it may be a bit cliche, but we can go along with it. I'll just get a basic post where the group is back at Zuzen's house discussing things, while the Princess is subjected to her fate at the hands of Rectja.

We could always just retcon DSM's second character out of existence. That one shouldn't be too difficult since she was literally just introduced and hadn't done anything aside from attack Ana. And if he does come back he can just reintroduce the character somewhere else. But that's just my two cents.

Zuzen may at first glance appear to be entirely artificial, but in actuality he is a cyborg. He is simply a cyborg that is composed predominantly of artificial materials, and makes no attempt to hide this fact. Though to be honest, one could compare him to a robot that has numerous organs nestled inside of its body. The process that made Zuzen the way he is essentially took out his organs and implanted them into a metal shell.

Preferred Weapon(s):
Zuzen prefers to use either his rather large fists or improvised melee weapons such as pipes, bottles, chairs, or people.

Abilities:
Any special attributes that Zuzen have are a direct result of his artificial body. His muscles are entirely mechanical and much stronger than a human's, and his exterior is thick and strong enough to serve as armour.

Bio:
Zuzen grew up in poverty on the crime-ridden world of Norrux Mirugal. And so, naturally, it wasn't long before he turned to a life of crime in order to survive and provide for him and his family. It started off small, with him stealing something here or there, but it eventually escalated to far more severe crimes. It wasn't long before he became a hardened criminal and ended up embroiled with one of the gangs. Eventually it got to the point that crimes such as armed robbery, murder, and extortion were commonplace in his life. However, while he was high up in his gang, he was the a big fish in a small pond. And eventually that pond was flooded by the ocean; an ocean with far larger fish. One of the largest criminal organizations in region set its sights on the territory Zuzen;s gang controlld, and he had the misfortune of pissing them off. They responded by murdering his entire gang, as well as him and his whole family.

Zuzen, however, managed to survive. He was gravely wounded however, and would have died were it not for the actions of a kindly priest. The priest found him and took him to a nearby back-alley doctor, who was, miraculously, able to stabilize Zuzen's condition and eventually fix his wounded. Zuzen had absolutely no idea why the priest would have even considered doing this for him, especially since the priest paid the doctor out of his own pocket. It wasn't that Zuzen and the priest were strangers, quite the opposite in fact. Zuzen and his gang had oftentimes roughed the priest up for money in return for "protection" and not trashing the man's tiny chapel. Zuzen was utterly baffled by the man's actions, and was even more confused when the priest offered to let Zuzen take refuge within his small home. At one point the priest even apologized to Zuzen for the mediocre accommodations to be found within his home.

It was here that over the next few years that Zuzen's view off the world changed. The priest shared his beliefs openly with Zuzen, and while at first Zuzen ignored them he eventually came to belief as the priest did; Zuzen even adopted the priest's ascetic lifestyle. Though there was one crucial exception; while the priest believed in forgiveness and compassion Zuzen could not let go of his desire for revenge. But over the years this desire transformed into something more, a desire for justice and righteous punishment for the wicked. Despite the priest's best efforts Zuzen couldn't be swayed away from this belief, and in time began to go out into the urban sprawl and act as a vigilante. But he was limited, as his near-death years before hadn't left him unscathed, and the scars still hurt and limited him. And this was Zuzen's life until one fateful day when history was to repeat itself. The organization that had nearly killed him noticed the priest's tiny chapel after years of it flying beneath their radar, and began to demand payment from it, or else they'd destroy it and kill the priest and the small number of followers he had. The priest, of course, obliged and paid in order to keep his people safe. But Zuzen was not quite so forgiving; these people were monsters and scum, much as he had once been. But the difference was clear, Zuzen had repented and worked to better the world. And so Zuzen managed to gather a number of people together, mostly other followers of the priest who thought the way he did, and staged a raid on the organization. They managed to succeed, and steal a handsome sum of money, but everyone but Zuzen died as a result. And what's worse, it was divulged that many of the people who took part were members of the priest's congregation. Needless to say the priest and everyone were killed, and it was all Zuzen's fault. He had planned on giving the money to the needy, but decided against it. Instead, he took it to a doctor and surgeon that was renowned across the entirety of Norrux Mirugal.

It was this doctor who turned Zuzen into the mechanical being that he is today. The reasons for this are two-fold; firstly it was so that he could better fight against the rampant crime on his home, and secondly it was the epitome of the ascetic beliefs he had adopted from the priest, as this new body was unable to experience pleasures of the flesh. While he still has yet to punish those who killed the priest and his friends, he has made a small amount of good. He travels across the face of Norrux Mirugal, refusing to become disheartened despite not making any major difference overall.

Other:
It's worth noting that Zuzen still has to breathe; his remaining organs still require oxygen after all. He also "eats," though it's not technically eating so much as it is injecting a nutrient-rich slurry into a slot on his face.

As for Aethel, I'm not sure I wanna continue on with her. It doesn't look like Madhog's coming back, and his character was her partner and only friend, and when I saved the bio into Notepad it changed all the non-English letters everywhere in the bio. And besides, we still need a medic/doctor, don't we?

Bio: The royal life was not one Audra would have chosen had she the ability to do so, but she will be the first to admit that it has had its benefits. As a young girl, there was rarely a moment where she wasn't being waited on hand and foot, from the handmaidens laying out her dress for the day, to the robotic attendants who assisted her down for meals, and even her hand-picked instructors who made certain that Audra was able to learn in as comfortable and easy an environment as possible. All was well and good until Audra grew utterly tired of having everything planned out for her on a day-to-day basis. She may have been a princess, but did that mean she wasn't allowed to enjoy herself?

Much to the chagrin of her father and mother, Audra spent much of her youth sneaking out of the grounds to play with other children, enjoying the air on her skin and the ground on her feet. It was freeing in a way that she never thought possible; people had this sort of fun, this sort of excitement on the daily. After much pleading, her parents relented and Audra was allowed to spend time with other youths, under the watchful eye of guards that hovered just out of sight. It was during these play sessions where Audra's competitive side bloomed. It started friendly enough, sports and games being played among friends, and she appreciated that the other teams didn't go easy on her because of who she was; though they did come to regret it when she got upset whenever her team lost an event. It was all in good fun, though every loss was taken seriously by Audra, and every victory was celebrated.

As Audra developed into womanhood, her attitude became no less competitive, a far-cry from the typical royal behavior that was once taught her by her instructors. Having experienced such fun as a youth, she wished to carry that feeling into maturity, and she did up to a point. Because of her position she was forced to spend less time engaging in sport and more time learning the way of the royal world from politics to strategies to the perfect way to greet foreign dignitaries, but inbetween her lessons Audra would often sneak off and make members of the court find her. Sometimes she would hide on the roof, others in the cellar, but upon being found she would promptly return to her lesson; nothing wrong with a spot of fun to mix things up.

When it came time for Audra to marry and take over duties fully, she didn't feel pressured into choosing a husband; there was a boy she was often sweet on - not to mention the numerous suitors she happily led on time and time again, but she was utterly dismayed to learn that her marriage wouldn't be to a husband of her choosing. Though she valued being able to do things for herself and to make her own decisions, she understood that an arranged marriage would be beneficial, if not happy. She would sacrifice her happiness for her title. As the day of her wedding approached, she silently lamented the days of her youth now long gone. The marriage would have been more than just a political dealing, more than a rite of passage, for Audra, the marriage would signal the end of her semi-carefree pursuits. In truth, ever since her parents retired five cycles prior, her carefree life had all but vanished, but she still held out hope that excitement would be had. Perhaps it still would.

Other: Despite reluctance to sit through lessons, Audra retained a great deal of information and knowledge over the years - particularly when it came to diplomacy. Diplomacy was taught to her as one of the most important aspects of being a ruler, and though she would just as easily pick more 'aggressive' diplomatic solutions, she fully understands the importance of talking things through - or at least attempting to do so.

Species: Augmented Human. His left arm is replaced with a cybernetic analogue. It’s extremely durable, but besides that doesn’t have any special properties.

Preferred Weapon(s): Railgun Carbine with Holographic sights. Short sword, reverse side acts as a Taser.

Abilities: Great Marksman, can hit a moving target from 800 meters. Knows hand to hand combat, specializing in disarming and subduing the opponents. Specializes in information gathering.

Bio: Hey partner, sit, relax and let me tell you a story. There are legends in the outlaw circles of a bounty hunter. It is said that once he accept a bounty, he will always collect it. It doesn’t matter how far you run or how long you hide, in the end the Grim Reaper will get his. The legends are as old as bounty hunting itself, and it’s easy to dismiss these tales as superstition, but every so often a criminal that can’t be gotten to dies under mysterious circumstances and the bounty is paid out to an unknown individual. The most famous case involving the Grim in recent history was Black Jack, the pirate that terrorized the trading routes 50 years ago. He was the scourge of tradespace, pillaging, murdering and raping with impunity. Well shortly after the bounty on his head was posted, he retired from the life of crime and disappeared from the face of the universe. He went into hiding, erased his old identity, bought a new one. Yet the Reaper tracked him down to the obscure satellite that old Jack hid on. The fortress, 100 armed guards and the state of the art security couldn't protect him. They found Black Jack choked on the 49 golden coins, one for every year that Reaper had searched for him.

So who is this mysterious bounty hunter? There is no consensus, but people will always speculate. Some say that he is an alien with an incredibly long lifespan. Others believe that he is an android whose programming compels him to hunt down his prey or a vengeful ghost of the first bounty hunter killed in pursuit of his target. Yet a small number of people think that the Grim Reaper is not an individual entity at all, but a secret society that sends operatives who don the mantle of the Grim Reaper. I don’t put much stock in those theories. Nobody ever met Death and lived to talk about it.

As for me, good ‘ol Joker can give Grim Reaper a run for his money. Been in bounty business for as long as I can remember and done alright for myself. See these smiley face tattoos on my arm here? That’s the dirtbags that I nabbed alive. To be honest, I think the frownies got off easy. Now you might hear some rumors about Joker, but don’t pay them no heed. “Joker is a bumbling idiot, Joker never actually gotten any bounties and just tattooed those smileys and frownies to make himself look good, Joker can’t hit the broadside of the barn with that carbine of his”. I mean c’mon, that’s jealousy right there. Now it’s true that I once missed the broadside of the barn, but that’s a story for another day.
