Sounds like an excellent plan. The loose Events systems seems like an excellent thing to keep people moving and involved in an RP where everyone is out on their own with not much to do. And it's not very meta-gaming either as if you keep descriptions vague then it is something that could come to characters by casual observation and rumours.

Sage said BBeast recently pm'd me asking me to give him some things to do. I did, and all of those things were core-story based. Well, all but one, which happened to be the one he chose xD (that one was more for self development).

I plan to do the others, or at least some of the others, later. I'll put them in when suitable. Unless, of course, there was an unwritten clause where I could only chose one.

I have a question about kages. In our character sheets, we are limited to a primary and a secondary power. Does the same limitation apply for NPCs, or are there NPCs with a crazy variety of powers?

There can be npc's with more than two abilities but it isn't a normal occurrence. It's actually really rare.
