[OOC] The Academy of Swaye

Dear Newly Discovered Witch/Wizard,
My name is Swaye; I am Headmistress of the Academy. You have recently been showing signs of enchantment and I am to inform you that you are a witch/wizard. At the Academy of Swaye, we teach young such as yourself how to control their newfound power and how to develop it into an exceptional clout basis. Food and housing will be provided; on weekends, the Academic Stores will open for students – if a student cannot find what he or she wishes, parents must send it in. You will be starting out as a Body or a first year. Information on uniforms, supplies, and available classes will be in this packet. You must acquire a gemstone which will be the storage of your power until your body can withstand the effects of magic before you come to the Academy. I look forward to us meeting.

There are seven points of magic one has in their body: the Crown chakra, Third eye chakra, Throat chakra, Heart Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Navel Chakra, and the Base chakra. Each chakra point has a specific gemstone you must buy. Each chakra point determines a specific power you have.

Uniforms

Girls

Tops

• Girls must wear a button down white shirt with either a tie or bow of their class color; long sleeves and short sleeves allowed; if tank top worn underneath, it must not be visible. Shirt must be tucked in if wearing a skirt.
• You may wear a blazer or a vest, but no hooded, leather, or any other type of jacket permitted.
• Concealable bracelets are allowed, but gloves – fingerless or otherwise – are forbidden unless it is in the winter and the Headmistress has announced it; fingerless gloves are forbidden throughout the year.

Bottoms

• Black pencil skirts or pleated skirts of your class color.
• Black dress pants only
• No Jeans
• Must be longer than your fingertips pressed against your leg.

Footwear and Accessories

• Socks should not be longer than knee high and lower than your calf
• Socks can only be your class color, black, or white.
• Black tights only
• No leggings/jeggings or any sort permitted
• Shoes must be brown or black; loafers only
• No fishnet/ mesh
• Only small earrings are allowed
• No facial piercings allowed
• No tattoos permitted

Boarding Information

Girls and boys will be in separate buildings on either side of campus. Entering the opposite gender’s dorm rooms is prohibited. To do so is an offense and will earn you a strike.

Rules
1. Must roleplay in third-person.
2. Try your best to make the characters realistic. No love at first sight, either.
3. No fighting in the OOC!
4. Be literate.
5. Be active.
6. Don’t have your character sit there and do nothing. That’s boring.
7. If you lose interest in the RP, tell me and I’ll kill you off or send you away or something. IDK.
8. If you're going to be gone for a long period of time, PM me or post it in the OOC.
9. No Mary sues or Gary stus.
10. You can have as many characters as you can handle.
11. Add upon the plot! This roleplay molds around you’re guy’s decisions.
12. As the GM I will always have the last say. If you don’t like one of my decisions, I don’t particularly care.
CS Rules
1. As stated above, I hate Mary-sues.
2. The name has to make sense. (No cutesy changes to normal names ((Ex. Spelling it Alix instead of Alex. This may be the Twenty-First century but your character was born around fifteen years ago. Use popular names from then))
3. Your character does NOT know s/he is a witch. This world is relatively new to them

Personality: Giovanni is a well mannered young man who is normally mindful of rules and respectful of most people. While he has a passion for learning he also has trouble focusing on one thing. He excels at multi tasking but only because he gets distracted easily and winds doing multiple things at once. Even though he is friendly, he doesn’t have that many friends. He feels like friendship isn’t something that happens after meeting someone once or twice, its something that is forged and so he doesn’t use the term friend often when describing others. He will say “close acquaintance” of “fellow student” instead. Additionally Giovanni has a profound hatred for one very specific thing; vegetables. If he is made to eat vegetables his whole mood changes for an undetermined amount of time. He becomes quite and broody, often glaring wordlessly at people who approach him or saying something uncharacteristically rude.
