I said two or three thousand people. You could probably amass 1,000 tier ones, 200 tier twos, and if necessary a mob of over 1,000 untrained tribesmen who aren't really warriors. The tribe's Loa spirits might help as well. I would imagine the village to have at least two wooden pallisades, with gates and maybe even a few archer towers and a dry moat.
Shaige is bringing a tiny army, by comparison. Perhaps 100 Mutig tribesmen and 30 of their magic-using druids, and then 100 zealots (extremely heavily armored, well trained, and magically enhanced humans), 350 pain elementals (these will be the most dangerous, as they can fly, drain the life of humans they touch, and explode in a great burst of fire and pain).
Also worth noting is that he has about 15 shadow beasts that are basically invisible at night and could sneak into the village through the spirit realm. They will probably scout the place out, and may try to cause disorder by assassinating the Klug leaders right before the attack. Shaige is also bringing Ifrit, his giant fiery rogue being. His construct Soran will come as well, and Shaige will of course be there himself.
So the Klug have both the advantage of numbers and fortifications. Shaige will try to mitigate this by attacking suddenly at night and sweeping in before any defense is organized. He'll also make liberal use of his pain elementals, who will be hard to fight against.
