Sultan Ammek 'Allik Al-Shiraddi'(Grace of God) Kalshid III- The supreme ruler of the Ibramis people and chosen by Allem(God) to rule. He took the throne of when he was only only 13 years old when his father died of a mysterious illness that none of the royal physicians recognized (Cancer if anyone was wondering). Ever since then, Sultan Ammek has ruled with an iron fist but with compassion for his subjects. He recognizes that if he squeezes the people too much, they would rise up and rebel but he still needed to instill fear in them, specially with his many enemies eyeing his throne and his lands. Balancing between a fine line of fear and compassion, Ammek has managed to rule for 20 years with his subjects both loving and fearing him. He was gained the name '
Allik Al-Shiraddi'(Grace of God) because of his reputation and aims to keep his people happy and to keep his many enemies at bay while battling the influence of the pope.

Capital Description: The city of Gal-Rashia is a trade metropolis where wares from across the lands are bought and sold every day. From it's docks, hundreds of vessel port and sail everyday, bringing and unloading many fine goods. Because of the stance of the prominent religion of the nation, Yaslam, on alcohol, those who stay are not allowed to drink. There are those few brothels however who not only offers the finest wines and freshest brewed beer but also women who would '
entertain' their clientele. This institutions are highly secretive however and only those regular sailors and merchants. Beyond the dock, the many inns to accommodate the travelers, the secretive brothels and the sea-side slums lies the inner city.
The inner city is protected from the outside by massive sandstone walls. There are 12 guard towers around the town connected to the walls to warn the city of any threat. Inside the walls are mud huts built out of mud, ocean silt and hardy Kahoganni wood. Inside the city, trade is also bustling as street merchants in their make-shift kiosk made of wood with multi-colored clothe roofing line the city. They sale their wares to other merchants who would sale their wares across the seas. The streets would be filled with the noise of bustling activities all day and night excepts for the hours of 7 in the morning, 12 at noon, 5 in the afternoon, 7 at night and 10 at night. This are the hours of prayer for the Yaslam faith and people from across the city flock to the local temples, known as Molesque, to pray. After the prayers are done, the people return back to their lives.
At the very center of this city is the Grand Sultan's Palace, which is made of marble and shines brightly under the sun. The Sultan, the undisputed leader of Ibramis and guardian of the faith of Yaslam, resides here. His royal servants and his family also resides here. From his marvelous marble throne, encrusted and decorated with fine gems and golden embroidery, the sultan rules his people as he sees fit. His power comes from Allem(God) and to challenge him is to challenge Allem himself.
