[OOC] Harry Potter RP:The Society of Riddle

It's been 25 years since Voldemort was defeated by Harry Potter. Since then, the Wizarding World has experience almost three decades of peace. Harry Potter has recently taken over the post of Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy from Minerva McGonagall. Ron Weasley has become the head of the Auror Division of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. And Hermione Granger has become the Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher after winning her battle for House Elf rights. It appears that all is well in Hogwarts. But deep below the castle, in the Chamber of Secrets, a group of seven witches and wizards are planning the return of the Death Eaters and Voldemort. A young man known as Anthony Lestrange has returned, claiming that he is the son of Bellatrix Lestrange and Voldemort. And with a new year beginning at the school, it may fall to a group of young students to save Hogwarts from destruction.

Fred Weasley never died.
Lupin never died.
Due to young wizards being more powerful, an extra year has been added at Hogwarts.

History:John was born 15 years ago in the Burrow where he would come to spend most of his days. Since his parents were always working during the day, John spent a lot of time with his Grandma Molly who taught him many basic household charms. When John was 8 his Uncle Fred, Uncle George, Aunt Ginny, and Uncle Harry taught him how to play Quidditch. From then on he loved the sport, and couldn't wait to play for his team at Hogwarts. John was ecstatic when his First Year rolled around and quickly made friends, excelling in all of his classes except for Potions. In his Second Year he joined the Gryffindor Quidditch team as a Beater. By his Fourth Year he'd become the captain of the team. When he found out that his mother would be taking over the position of DADA teacher he was mortified. He had always felt bad for his cousins who had been forced to walk through the castle halls like goody goods because their father was watching and now he might be forced to join them.
Personality:John took a lot after his mother. He's smart and resourceful, and hell bent on becoming the best wizard in his year. However he did not inherit her resistance to adventure and has been caught breaking the rules many times, much to his mother's despair and his father's amusement. He's also the exact representation of a Gryffindor, being extremely brave and loyal almost to a fault.

She is fair and dislikes cheating, in all forms, which is probably why she loses games a lot, apart from wizards chess (which she is really quite good at). Unfortunately, she inherited her father's clumsiness and often trips up over her robe (and has tumbled down several staircases) and is now on a first name basis with the school nurse. She is often seen laughing and has a fairly optimistic outlook on life, learning to laugh off any insults directed at her. She is an awful liar and therefore hates breaking the rules.

History: Sky is American born and was raised for quite a few years in the States. Because both her parents were magical, it came to no surprise that Sky ended up a witch as well. It was difficult to hide this fact from muggles despite living primarily around wizards but homeschooling and close observation made it possible. On her 10th birthday they moved to England where she would live less than a year before receiving her letter to Hogwarts. Her mother had been a Ravenclaw but her father had been a Slytherin so she had no idea which house she would be placed in before the sorting. Being placed in Ravenclaw, Sky worked extremely hard to live up to her mother's expectations by maintaining her grades and always studying. Her second year, her father was arrested and found guilty of aiding Death Eaters during the war 25 years previous. Despite being studious she also found time for fun, found hanging around Slytherins in the middle of daring schemes and even joined the Quidditch team her 3rd year. For three years she has held the title of Ravenclaw seeker.
Personality: Skylar is very good at acting proper around teachers but met outside on her terms, she can be cruel and unforgiving. She holds grudges for long periods of time and will stop at nothing to get her revenge. Lately she has been getting more and more nasty when the teachers aren't looking, a trait that had started when her father was arrested her second year. Sky is cunning and sly but she will always pay back her debts to those who have helped her and only respects those who have earned it and respect her in return.

Personality: Kitten is like her nickname a very timid girl. Though while timid she is fiercely loyal. She will always stand by her friends she will put on a brave face even though she is very scared. She has a quiet bark but a big bite. So she is very non-threatening if she hits breaking point she will be the scariest thing around.

History: When Teddy was born, it was obvious within a day that he had his mother's ability of metamorphmagus. Luckily he never became a werewolf like his father. As he grew up, he spent nearly all his life with the Potter and Weasley family, to the point where they were his family, even with Harry being his godfather.

Personality: Teddy is a kind guy, and likes to make people laugh about things. However, he does get his seriousness from his father and when needed he can be a serious guy, but he has his mother's goofiness and playful manner when with his family. He loves to use his ability, and often does so, impersonating people and poking fun at them, as well as pulling off various pranks with it. He is very protective of his family and friends and will often do something reckless to help protect them.

School comes naturally to him, so he doesn't apply himself as much as he should. His parents both work for the Ministry of Magic, so he had something of a privileged upbringing. Being the youngest of seven boys, defending himself against physical and magical attacks is second nature to him. The only thing saving him from expulsion from Hogwarts is his knack for not being caught or deflecting blame away from himself, both talents he acquired growing up with 6 brothers.

Personality: Professors would mostly call him lazy, and they are correct. School comes naturally to him, and he passes most of his classes without too much difficulty, so he doesn't see why he should spend hours slaving away over books when there are plenty of pretty girls at Hogwarts to talk to, and so, so many drugs for him to be doing when he is at home. He has a...unique sense of humor that his professors appreciate much less than his friends do. He enjoys singing AC/DC songs very loudly between classes because he knows that almost no one enjoys him doing it. For a pureblood wizard, he certainly enjoys muggle rock music. Partially because he really enjoys it, and partly because his parents dislike it so much. SO COMPETITIVE!!
