Mainly the bigger animals that the dead would feed on and birds like crows, too. Not insects. If insects could be infected, everyone would be dead before they could blink.

I'd say provided you cook the meat of any animal that just carries the infection and isn't being effected by it (Like a zombie fish lol).

Don't treat it any different from the real world. Our characters still have feelings!
Romance is fine, just don't over do it. (Since zombies will be making that hard. haha)
