Most: Open-mindedness
I should note the other highest are Kindness and Intelligence, but if you're either one (or both) of those but not open minded you become a very different kind of person that turns into a personality type I have a pet peeve for.

And those would end up being my least:
-Just Kind: The kind who acts nice, but silences out and is suddenly not kind to those who think or act differently (This is a huge pet peeve cause my Mom is like this)
-Just Smart: Knows a lot, but sits around just bragging about it making others feel dumb rather than listening to other ideas and theories that may also be Intelligent.
-Both: Less of an issue really, but still being stuck in their one way of thinking would wear off on me over time.

That's so tough, I find a bunch of traits attractive. Probably uh...gentleness or willingness to show vulnerability for most, and self-centered/lack of self awareness for least.

Most: spontaneity. Or at least being engaging and interesting. I like being surprised and captivated, especially if it's combined with a great sense of humor.

Least: I don't really know. Arrogance, perhaps. And that's different from (over)confidence. That might sound funny coming from me but there's a difference between what I do and someone who genuinely regards others as inferior and acts snooty or sneering. I can't stand that.

Most desirable would probably be a good sense of humour. I've built most of my life around being able to make people laugh, and I can't stand it when people are utterly incapable of making me laugh. It's really not hard to make me laugh.

Least desirable ... definitely someone with a shady character. You know, those people who brag about doing nasty things behind people's backs, or you witness for yourself how they go behind people's backs ... Lying, sneaking around ... Ugh, just completely unbearable to me.

I quite like when people roll with the punches, if you will. People who don't take things too seriously, try to understand the intention of others, and who just know how to move on.

What I dislike is difficult to define, because I've trained myself not to dislike people.
