Alicia wandered through the halls of the school. It had been twelve years since she first came here, and it the size of the school still startled her. it seemed more like a castle than anything else. Located on an island in the middle of nowhere, it was really the perfect place. She smiled slightly, wondering what Hector was planning for his class this year.

A young man had fallen asleep on a bench outside, a book covering his face and hiding it from the sun. A sudden beeping from his watch woke him up, and he jumped, startled. "First day," he murmured. "Gotta make a nice impression." He used his magic to summon a .44 magnum revolver, and spun the cylinder; a nervous habit.

Alicia would have walked outside, aimlessly.

Scarlet sat outside at a lunch table, writing a letter to her dear friend. She really did miss him and wish he was here. Scarlet was also worried....he haven't send her back any letters yet. After she was done,scarlet folded up the letter and placed it in her folder. She continued to sit there, messing with her ice powers. She did a little trick that her sick friend taught her

Alicia would see Scarlet outside, and smile, walking over to her. "Hey!"

Scarlet looked up,making the ice vanished. She had gave Alicia a smile." Hello."

She looked at the folder with the letter in it. "You know you can get away from the school. It is allowed, you just have to clear it with Hector. You can go find your friend, rather than having to send letters." She didn't like to admit it, but she sometimes had a habit of stalking people, so she knew that Scarlet had been sending a lot of letters without getting any back.

Scarlet frowned, grabbing her folder."... how did you know about him? " she wondered and risen her eyebrow. She started to get her stuff together and put it in her folder. Seeing him wasnt an bad idea

She shrugs. "I see you writing to him all the time. I rarely see you with one back. Besides, I think you need a vacation. You work too hard!" She laughs a bit.

Seraph walked in the streets, his head down. He wa thinkig, it was his first day at the Crimson Academy. Everything seemed so new to him again, yet he already witnessed what he can do and what he can see. Red lines, in different tones. Those who shined were the despair of people, and the more dark lines were their hidden hatred. Always with a sad face, he never understood what made the origin of this power. Maybe now he would understand. All of this... I have to understand it fully well. I can't lose control of my power anymore., he thought. He soon found himself at the front entrance.

" i suppose your right. Maybe I'll go pay him a vist soon..i should leave this Friday or so." She said. " i just dont want to miss out on any work."

Alicia shrugs. "It's a new year of work starting, so just come back next time one starts, and start this years work next year. It's not that uncommon for students to be gone a whole year."

" oh,no,no...i couldn't imagine being away for a whole year. If i do leave, I'll be gone only for a few days or so. It just depends on where im going." Scarlet said. " going to Alaska from here may just take an day."

Hector was nowhere to be seen in his class room nor the Teacher Lounge, and to be honest... he wasn't even on the shcool grounds. Hector was driving like a mad man through town tring to get to the Gateway that linked the city to the academy. "Blast that stupid bookstore owner, who does she think she is trying to tell me I ahve my history of magic wrong!" He turned into a parking garage, tiers pealing. "All I was doing was returning the dumb book 'cause I didn't agree with it's content. " talking to himself was a habit he had whenever he was angry and late.

He finally found a spot and took the elevator nack to ground level where he sprinted to the Gateway. That's what he loked to call it, anyway, he thought that it sounded a lot mor professional rather than what most non-attendees call it. After reaching the Gateway he had to show his teacher ID to get ahead of the tour group. Looking at the small group he saw a few younger kids that he hoped one day would be in his class.

"Finally." He sighed after getting through. He began to walk briskly, but calm, to his classroom where he could start his day over woth an infinity better outcome than at the bookstore.

ALicia blinks. "From Detroit to Alaska in a day, hmm? Well, I could take notes for you."

" Are you sure about this? I dont want to stress you out or anything like that." Scarlet said. She wasnt use to favors or anything like that

Alicia shakes her head. "nah, it's OK. Take a trip. Just make sure it's approved first."

Violet looks around, her eyes wide. "Well, I'll be damned."

Scarlet nodded." Well uh...thank you ." She smiled." So who do I go see?"

"Hector would probably be the best one to approve it."
