Alice smiled at the gurgling and placed the bear on the floor. It ran around at her feet and followed her into the lunch room at her heels. " Glad you are nicer then a few of the people here, most wouldn't even touch fluffy sayings he is to dirty and stuff like that "/she was rambling fast. Taking a tray and putting what seemed to be a sandwich on it she sat at a empty table her bear jumping into the seat next to Alice.

As the message from the PA system met his ears Francis dawned his warm smile. Guess it's time for the meet and greet. He thought to himself before he made his way through the halls. It didn't take long for Francis to find the cafeteria and found a empty table. He set aside his suit case and took a seat before looking over the room and it's occupants, keeping on his soft and kind smile.

"Um...I guess I eat a lot of fruits..." He was a bit distracted by people slowly starting to come in, hoping they wouldn't come near the two. He had never gone to a public school before, and with the stress levels he was feeling now, he was thankful he was home schooled. He felt the table move a bit as someone sat near them, and he instinctively looked in their direction. He was trying to say something, but it was hard to tell what considering how he was stuttering. He quickly gave up speaking, before giving a small, nervous wave.

As he entered the cafeteria the girl grabbed a tray and as Geoffrey had not eaten in days he eagerly grabbed one two "You did not say your name" he said and tought "I will say it when I tear you too pieces later"

" call me Alice, killed my last foster parent though it wasn't my fault he was the one who was coming to me and the knife fell but I shouldn't be here I'm not crazy, maybe just a bit. She said her demented smile spreading across her face looking around the room to make sure none of the guards where near by and could hear " I enjoyed killing the foster parents animals though such fun it was to see the family dog on a pole in the backyard or the paws of a cat hanging from the celing " She giggled a bit The bear looking around the room.

Francis raised a brow slightly, but held his welcoming smile, as he noticed a boy waving at him. Shy, Most likely anti social. He thought to himself as he looked the boy over for a moment. He then proceeded to rise from his seat and make his way over to the boy, walking with a odd grace. "May I have the honor of introducing myself young sir? My name is Francis Lock." He said offering the boy his smile and a small bow.

Dorian sat there with his demented look before turning aroun to see Alice from before. "A-Alice!" He said walking up to her in small steps terrified of the bear. He smiled at her with a cracked nervous one as he saw the guy beside her and started to shake. "S-So how are you enjoying the place Al-Alice"

" it's great there are tons of places to play with fluffy" she said recognizing the boy from before. " how have you came along" she asked him taking the bear in her lap to make a empty seat.

Honestly, Sebastian didn't expect much out of the gesture, so he was a but surprised to actually hear a response. "S-Sebastian Haas." While he was fine with his name, it could be hard to get out when he was nervous. Judging by the other's voice, he was raised to talk with ease and charm. It must have been nice.

Dorian smiled nervously at the girl and sat down craefully, his hair covering his mad wide eyes. "I-I have been coming along fine..." He told her his eyes darting around scared that Vlad would overhear them. "I have been stuck in my room though....."

Since their conversation had been interrupted and Geoffrey had no desire to talk to the kid again he went to a. Absent table and sat there levitating things but carefully so nobody would catch him.

"It is a true pleasure my young sir." Francis said in his kind tone and his warm smile finding it's way back to his lips. He could already see the flaw that perched on Sebastian's shoulder, it was being around people. He made sure to take a mental note of this before speaking again in his smooth voice. "It would seem that we will be spending what will as of now an indefinite amount of time in each other's presence."

For a moment there, Sebastian forgot that he didn't know when he would be released from here, and he wasn't too thrilled to remember that fact. Could he check himself out? He was a legal adult, after all, but he had a feeling the owner wouldn't be too thrilled if he asked that question. He couldn't see Francis, but just the way the man acted and carried himself already intimidated him. "Yeah." He wasn't quite sure what else to say.

"Sir where's the cafeteria? I know if I don't ask I'll end up getting lost again." Mia said looking at her bed and dresser trying to figure out a way she can start a small fire with them.

Francis aloud a chuckle to flow past his lips. "A man of few words. That is a honorable trait for any to have." He said in his kind tone. Though he knew fully well it was do to Sebastian not being able to speak rather than a choice.

Sebastian felt like he was being judged by the man, and honestly couldn't wait for the conversation to end. He probably wasn't going to enjoy being in the same building with this man. He remembered that everyone here was different, and not knowing what this guy could do worried him. He was thankful that his blindfold gave him an excuse not to make eye contact with other people, because if he had to maintain it with Francis he'd probably start panicking. "I just wish I had control over it." He was a bit surprised that he managed to get that sentence out, even if it wasn't perfect.

Dorian decided to go over to another table and saw a man talking to another boy who looked really awkward. Dorian walked over cautiously and sat down beside the man who he thought was called Francis. Dorian stayed silent willing himself to say hi but just smiled nervously at him and said "H-Hi, y-you guys new here t-too?"

"Oh that is no thing to wish for, if you mind me saying. The world needs more who listen and fewer who speak." Francis said in his calm tone as he readjusted his monocle. He was about to continue when he noticed an another boy who seemed just as graceful as Sebastian. A house full of near mutes, perfect. He thought to himself but he kept his welcoming smile on his face. "Oh it is a pleasure young sir and why yes I happen to be a fresh arrival to this fine institution. My name is Francis Lock, may I have the honor of yours?" He said in his kind tone and doing the same slight bow as before.

Thank the powers to be that someone else decided to come in, so that the attention wasn't fully on him. He nodded at the newcomer's question. It seemed everyone here so far was new, aside from the employees. "Sebastian." He was far beyond the point of worrying about sentence structures and all, and just wanted to say what he needed to say. There were now at least 4 people around him, if not more, which was getting a bit too much for him.
