I feel bad about changing this but I am going to go for the gaining powers by touch, the other way is too complicated for me to constantly follow and RP. I'm keeping the limit and after half an hour to an hour (5 to 10 posts) it fades, I'm really sorry for doing this but it will be less confusing for everyone and easier to follow (rule wise. So basically if she already has 3 powers just touching her will knock her out.

Oh ya Jane may join but Alice is fine the asylum is better than a apartment building with foster parents and her power isn't that usefully unless you want the keys of a guard. It she would have to practice.
