Plot ideas
1.) New Peaks is one of the first private schools in the world to allow those "alternative life forms" to attend. This draws the ire of other rival schools and pro-human groups. These opposing parties eventually infiltrate or already have infiltrated the school, with students AND instructors. When they feel the time is right or when they get a signal from whoever... they strike. Sabotaging school events, framing semi-human students for crimes or whatever, and ultimately using outright force to try and get the semi-humans out of New Peaks.
2.) One instructor, or maybe a former employee who was fired, can use a suggestive type of power. Similar to a Jedi Mind trick, but much more subtle and taking a longer time to actually get results. However, once the power starts working and is in full swing, the person under the control thinks that the suggestions are their own idea.The control inflicts mental damage slowly, but by the time it is found out... its too late and the controlled person has done something horrible to harm or maybe even kill another instructor or student, damaging New Peaks' reputation in the eyes of the world.
3.) Flip-side of Plot #1. New Peaks is one of the LAST private schools to allow the semi-humans. Pro-human groups knew it was a losing battle and finally stopped fighting it, but the Pro-Alt.Life groups are still butthurt about it taking so long, and do some shit to harm the human instructors/students, not realizing that its doing nothing but hurting their cause.
