"Hey! Can you hear me? You need to wake up, or we are not going to leave this place alive!" A female's voice blurred through the sounds of war and destruction. The lab itself was more or less destroyed, completely mashed by whatever high-powered projectile blasted into it. They looked like the only ones left, now... But the Sith were hunting through the massive cloning complex, and soon they would find what they were looking for. The Jedi girl didn't matter - they could just kill her off when they finally caught up.

The blonde-haired Jedi was helping this half-naked guy along, or rather she was carrying him by holding him close to her shoulder, as he was unconscious. "Come on, I can't do this alone... Please just wake up!" she urged the mysterious character as they neared the exit. Right now the Jedi Code didn't matter - the young padawan was terrified. If the Sith caught up, she was only one person, and not even that experienced! Escaping with her life, but more importantly the Force-sensitive, was the best she could hope for. If it came to it, ...she might have to die to save Mr. Unconscious!

Everything was black. Oram couldn't make out what was going on. However, he could hear something. A faint voice. A woman? But why? His eyes opened slowly. "What the... Who?" He was dazed. confused. He couldn't figure out what was going on. Soon, however, the sounds of war registered in his mind. That woke him up. He pushed the girl away and backed up into the nearest wall. "What the hell is going on?!" He looked down. "Why the hell am I half naked?!" He shouted looking around making his confusion and slight fear evident along with his annoyance. The last thing he remembered... The last... HE COULDN"T REMEMBER! Images flashed by, but not much. He couldn't make out the memories that were so desperately trying to resurface and make themselves known.

Oram had to calm down. If he didn't he could die right? "Alright... Alright... You... First... I'm gonna need some clothes... And..." He paused a little embarrassed to bring something like this up. "I'm gonna need you to tell me my name if you know it." He said looking around before running his hands through his hair. "And we need to make it fast. By the sounds of things we can't have much time. So I'm gonna need you to help me out." This must have seemed crazy. Trusting a stranger to help him without further questioning who she was. But she was carrying him and woke him up right? She couldn't be one of the bad guys. Unless she was and he was too. "Look... Don't question... And save explanations for later." He added in case she was confused.

Rynari was taken aback by the sudden confused outburst, "What...? Your name? You're Padawan Maximus, Oram Maximus. Don't you remember anything?" she asked him. Being told not to question him was odd, but understandable - she could feel the dark pull getting ever closer. The Sith were hot on their trail now. The blonde padawan jogged over to a cabinet with Oram's surname name on it and used a nearby terminal to open the magnetically sealed doors. Inside was a set of Jedi robes, with two lightsaber hilts resting on top of the neatly-prepared garments.

"Uh.. There, I think those are your belongings. See the robes there, like mine? You're a Jedi, do you remember that?" Ryn asked, equipping her own lightsaber, one that was much longer than normal. The girl visibly vexed as the sound of boots trampling echoed through the cloning complex. "I'm supposed to take you back to Coruscant, where the main temple is. But that is.. only if we escape this place first."

"It feels like I should know what you're talking about, but honestly I still can't... Oh whatever. Just lead the way." Oram spoke quickly, but clearly as he dressed himself also being sure to take the two lightsaber hilts. This was all so strange. What in the hell could possibly be going on? Why was there a war waging right now? What would come of it? THe young man just couldn't wrap his mind around all this. The sudden information was too much. Still even in his confusion he had to admit that there was something about having the lightsabers in his hands that just felt right. "We need to move."

Ryn simply nodded and turned to leave, "Follow me, we're almost at the landing platform. There should be a shuttle waiting for us," she explained. After darting down the long, polished white halls of the Kaminoan building, that automatic door slid open to let the padawans leave. It would immediately shut behind them, leaving three Sith Assassins standing there, their yellow and red eyes piercing into their mortal foes. Rynari was stunned, having not even realised they were being followed. Thankfully the assassins only had force pikes and vibroswords - they wouldn't be stopping the two from leaving.

"Close one. Alright, the shuttle is right over- ...Oh no..."

As Rynari turned to face their only means of escape, a single blade of red illuminated in the dark, stormy horizon. A Sith, and a smart one it seemed. He stood before the Jedi shuttle, pilots and crew dead at his feet, "...Hello there, my friend." he greeted Oram nonchalantly, whilst he didn't spare any of his attention on Ryn whatsoever. "I'm here to rescue you from the Jedi..."

"Do not listen to him. He is only here to corrupt you... There is no emotion, there is peace..." Rynari recited with a hushed voice, hoping her only ally wasn't about to follow the Sith instead.

"Corrupt, or free? Peace is a lie; there is only passion. You don't want to live as a Jedi mind-slug, do you?" The Sith asked, almost adding a hint of enthusiasm.

"Wha..." If Oram wasn't confused before he was definitely out of it now. Peace? Passion? Corruption? And the Jedi... He remembered that... Yeah... He had chosen to leave and train with them some time ago. He'd left his parents and home world. Which was okay by him because as far as he knew it was still okay and hadn't been attacked by the Sith. Still this wasn't everything. It was only a piece of the much larger memory. "Listen... I don't know who you are... But I decided to get this girl home." He said grabbing Rynari. "Based on how you talk you seem pretty smart." Maybe Oram was wrong. Okay he WAS wrong. This was a Sith! But for some reason the sith's manner of speaking and the fact that he hadn't just attacked gave him some bit of hope to negotiate. "Let me get this girl home. She's young. Naive." So was he... And he was working without most of his memory. "There may be a chance that the sith may gain another Ally. Of course, I'll go with you in exchange for her safety." This was a long shot. They could just take him and kill her. But that wouldn't further there plans would it? Crap this was an impossible situation.

"I could care less about what happens to blondie. I'll only give you two choices... One, come with me and together we'll become the strongest Sith in the galaxy, Master and Apprentice. Or two, I'll drag your lumbering self off this stormy hellhole of a planet and throw you in the cargo hold." Karavus said indifferently, taking his curved lightsaber off his belt.

Rynari raised an eyebrow at Oram's attempt at keeping her safely out of all this, "He forgot option three... Listen, we can fight past him and take the shuttle. Together he won't be able to take us," she tried to persuade her hopefully-fellow Jedi. The rising pressure from the Sith's direction foretold an unwinnable battle. But an escape? All they needed was time, not a victory.

Oram couldn't do that. At least... not in his condition. "One problem..." He mumbled. "I have no idea how to go about fighting right now..." He spoke in a quiet and low voice as he tried to better assess the situation. There had to be something they could do right? "You got a plan?" He decided it best to listen as he stared down the sith. "So either way I end up with you and no idea whether or not this girl will be okay?" He asked calmly. "I don't know man... You're not really selling this thing for me." He tried ot joke and give off the appearance of confidence, but he was scared out of his mind on the inside.
