Do I have to apply logic as to how I have the ability, or how the ability works?
There's a difference. Also what details? Like, for my electron manipulation (electricity basically) Do I have to describe how I use the power? Or can it be more simple like taking electrons and using them to make electricity, magnetic fields, which in turn can make some objects volatile due to their atomic state and others more stable?

how the abiility works, the way people got the powers is through genetic mutation at birth and it is triggered by anything at any age.

Okay, I'll make it pseudo science, but Leon is still gonna call it magic! :P

CUS YEAH, WHERE BAUSS LIKE DAT.

Cus he is special.. see my two characters are perfectly explained, one Intangibility is a thing, so ignoring the laws of gravity would essentially be easy to explain.. they'd er um.. darnit im stuck on that one oh and Energy Concentration, basically he can alter his body with energy levels to gain a new effect like sneaking, without trying or really fast running.. he could eventually reach speeds making it unseen to the human eye, or powerful fists.. it's something to do with a mutated brain that is more powerful and can send nerves faster and maybe he has some sort of new system that generates energy, a new organ perhaps it has been 20,000 years and it is a different planet, suggesting either they colonized from earth or earth is in the future?

So many possibilities.. maybe Harmonica's actually an older version of earth, and they had to move underground because the enviroment wasn't suitable for them anymore?

Such brain power I have ._.

And Im not confirming any of this to be true i'm just giving people idea's

MAYBE Harmonica is Mars?
