Just in exam period right now. Almost finished though. So we can discuss this more once I am done, if you don't mind waiting that is.
If you wish to create one yourself, you can. It's all up to you. I mean, there's no restriction on how many RPs about something there can be (like a limit on Naruto RPs as an example). At least from what I can tell. So yeah.

LolAlso, if anyone would like, when I am more available, to help me GM this, because I have 1, no experience making anything, 2, no thought out plans.Just thought I would give it a shot when I first registered, and thought it would be good to get everyone's opinions. In the first page, Little_Ninja wrote "I have not decided anything definite, but would like to make it simply set in the same world, but without all the same characters." So i'm guessing that we won't really be using the characters in the manhwa but make original characters with a different plot. I think we can make our own abilities too, since it says in the first page but that's really all up to Little. We'll just have to wait :)

That's exactly right. It is as Winter said. Original characters with different plot. Can have abilities from the original series, but can make up your own (otherwise there wouldn't be enough if too many people joined)
You would need to discuss your ability, your level (from a 'The Gamer''s perspective) and etc. I won't be on for the next two days cause of exams. Feel free to throw your ideas in and talk to each other.
