Nothing interesting seemed to be in the global news, some minor crimes here and there but nothing that the literally the vanilla law enforcers could handle. No one seemed to be joining Elin so instead she turned the screen off and decided to have a walk across the base. She had already set herself in her room so she didn't need to figure out where to place her wild roses (Which were pretty much everywhere). She instead figured to see if there was a place where she hadn't explored before. As she walked outside once more where she was more comfortable, she saw the two wolves were and she could feel their mental conversation but she couldn't hear it. What she could also feel that they weren't really regular wolves either. She heard about one of them but the other was new to her.

Moira had been resting for a while in her shelter of vines when she felt a new mind enter the area. She peeked out and looked toward the female, she looked very strange, her skin a plant-like green. Are you lost child? She projected her thought toward the girl, probably this was a member of the team Mason was on.

Red X laughed a little. "You don't have a choice Nutcase. Or was it Weirdmind? Actually did you even give me a name?" He asked before feeling the impact of the fist. He was sent back a bit. "Heh... You're pretty good." Red X actually complimented before a motorcycle race over head having used a car as a ramp and it's jets to get up overthe roof. He shot a grapnel line at it and propelled himself up and onto it. He hit a button releasing a few flash bombs down onto the two heroes. "See ya later losers!" He said laughed a he continued to ride down off the roof.

Arachnid cursed mentally as his webs were knocked away by both enemies, he caught sight of the motorcycle as it rode up to the roof. He grabbed hold of his webs and snapped them toward the bike in a lashing manner, tethering him to the back of the bike. He pulled back on the elastic-like webbing and went forward like a slingshot, his feet sticking onto the motorcycle. He aimed a kick toward the back of the red and black clad villain's head.

"I'm Amani, nice to meet you you Mason." She said with a smile as they walked down the hallway trying to find the boys quarter. "I think I saw you in the kitchen earlier" She continued. She stopped walking for a second while Mason stood to her right, she looked past him into an empty room. Amani still wasn't sure if the guys and girls were really separate but this room was pretty far away from her own. She told herself it was just to put her dads mind at ease and so she gestured towards the empty room. "This one is empty, though I don't know where your luggage is" She said uncertainly. The room looked similar to the ones she'd seen already, it was just as big if not bigger than her own. With slight hesitation she made it to the doorway checking if the room was really as empty as it seemed.

She turned to Mason and wondered idly what his superpowers were. He looked like he'd know his way around a fight. In any case she doubted she would be able to beat him in hand to hand combat. Luckily they were on the same team. When Amani realized she was standing in the doorway she shrieked and quickly stepped fully into the room. Standing in a doorway for too long was bad luck. Standing in the room she realized she must have come across as a crazy person which made her cringe, her cheeks flushing. My face is totally red. She thought. This wasn't the first time she had embarrassed herself like this. When she couldn't come up with some sort of excuse fast enough she quickly changed the subject back to luggage and rooms.

She cleared her throat laughing nervously. "He..heh....my luggage just sort of appeared in the room when I entered, I found my suitcase in the closet"

Mason smiled a bit when she introduced herself to him, now he caught her name and that was good, knowing his teammates names was a good start. He slightly frowned when she had mentioned the kitchen, he was in there but he had gone because he felt out of place. "Yes, that was me." He stated, his smile coming back again, trying to at least keep the facade of happiness. As soon she stopped walking so did he, he looked toward her before diverting his eyes to the empty room. He stepped forward with aim to go into the room, stopping in his tracks when she stood in the doorway. He wasn't going to say anything to her, he needed to be polite to people here, he just stayed quiet and waited, leaning on the side of the door.

Mason quickly stood up when he heard Amani vocalize, that was slightly pulse accelerating for him. When he noticed how quickly and hastily she moved when stepping out from the doorway he suspected that she might have been superstitious. He saw her cheeks slowly redden, he wasn't sure what that was all about but he just kind of brushed it off. "Just appeared?" He asked in a confused yet curious manner, he suspected that maybe they teleported everything in with the same technology they used to bring them here. "Hmm..." He curiously opened closet to find suitcases with his name on them. "Oh..." He said in surprised and wonder, realizing she was still in the room he snapped out of it and turned to face her. "So um, what are your powers?" Mason asked in a slightly nervous manner, he wasn't very good at asking about personal information.

Geb tried to stay angry the best he could, but it was never in his nature to hold a grudge. With a sigh and a role of his pitch black eyes Geb uttered in a soft, yet sincerer voice the single word sorry. He sat, or as best a head could sit, in the girl's hand for a moment before smiling some. "Well I really am sorry and you should use club soda and wash with old water to clean the mess. Gets ride of me awfully quick." He said smirking some. "But can you try to save as much of... well me as you can? It takes forever to regenerate from scratch." He said as he looked, as much as he could turn his head, at the bits and pieces of him that laid around. "I'm Geb by the way." He said before smiling at the girl again.

The girl nodded listening to Geb about how to get him out of her clothes and not to get rid of all of him," I am Sayaka, and thank you for the apology." Sayaka just dropped Geb onto the floor and walked out of the garage, she started walking to her room to get some clean clothes and wash her hair, she wasn't gonna try to save any part of Geb, she was just focused on getting clean, it would be horrible if any of the mud Geb is made of got into the joints of her robotic arm or legs, it would hurt her and she would probably have to replace the limbs. When she was in her room, she shead her clothes and put on clean ones, she then went into her bathroom and started washing her hair out.

Geb smiled a bit more as Sayaka introduced herself, but it quickly died when she dropped him. "Ow..." Was all he was able to say after he landed face first onto the ground. He was able to roll enough so his head laid on it side and he could watch his new found 'friend' walk away. "Great first impression eh Super bro." Geb managed to chuckle out as he struggled to get his head to sit up right. "And sorry about the mess dude, you might want to wash that stuff out as fast as possible. It tends to get a bit ripe, if you know what I mean." He said as his head sat straight up. Geb then put on a strained look on his face, clenching his teeth and squinting his eyes, before all of the bits and chunks of him around the room began to vibrate some. After a moment they began to inch their way over to where Geb's head was sitting. Soon there was a large collection of muck sitting in the middle of the garage that slowly began to rise and take on the shape of a person. More details began to appear on the mass until it reshaped and became a full bodied Geb again, though his jaw was unhinged. He gave a lopsided grin to SB, who was still covered in Geb goo.

Superboy watched the bazarre scene unfold with quiet confusion, First they walked in, then he was plastered with Gibbed Geb. He spit out a bit of Gebs goo that was covering his mouth. "I..." he mumbled. As Sayaka walked away. "Wow... That... Happened..." He then saw the grin that asked why he had done nothing. "I didn't want to cramp your style... Need some help pulling yourself together?"

Geb couldn't help but laugh as he saw the somewhat lost expression on his Kryptonian friend's face. He snapped his jaw into place, chewing a few times to make sure it was working right, before smiling at Super boy. "Yeah because I'm a guy just dripping with style." Geb laughed as he stretched out his arms and legs, quite literally them stretching out a good foot before returning to normal size. He looked around the garage again for any left over pieces of himself, luckily finding none. "Nah I think I got it all, but could you give back any Geb goo you pull out of your hair. It's a real hassle to have to regrow it all." He said as he returned his attention back to Super boy, his normal smile returning.

Nathaniel stood over his current opponent with a bit of a worried look on his faceZ he had a bit of a violent first few meeting with him and things didn't seem to be getting better. He knew batman wouldn't do much and would want them to resolve their own problems so threatening to call was pointless but robin was right. He should have known better. "Listen dude. Lets stop this. You can take over the lounge but the actual bedrooms should be almost as big. And if it isn't good enough renovations can always be made." He tried to calm the situation as he calmed himself trying I better fit the role of a leader. That was easier said than done. Still now that he was better focused even after witnessing he kiss Rachel gave robin on the cheek he could try and settle this for now. "We shouldn't even be fighting each other. We should be fighting the bad guys." He added thinking he might get threw to his suspected reptilian foe. And if he attempted to continue attack Nate would simply dodge. And if necessary he would deliver a few high speed punches and kicks to the dragon man's torso.
Red X grit his teeth. "You don't like to give up do ya?" He asked calmly as he jumped up and caught th kick now steering the motorcycle with his feet as he pushes arachnid's foot away. "Too bad you're wasting your talents playing hero. I'm in the market for a new partner." He said chuckling as he threw two punches while releasing two x shaped devices which were very small almost unnoticeable. The decides would latch onto arachnid and shock him if he didn't move away and avoid them.
Wolf noticed the girl come. One of the new batch. He thought to himself not knowing whether or not the link was still up.

Ember, for the most part, ignored the girl's lecturing. There was really no reason for Batman to be called just because Ember couldn't hear his thoughts, nonetheless read. Reading was very important, probably the most important thing in all the universes, but it definitely wasn't a reason to call Batman. But he couldn't blame the girl for jumping to that conclusion since everything about her screamed only-child. If the girl tattled, that would only worsen the situation and Ember would never be able to read in silence. Without reading, he'd be forced to watch television. And the television would have to be able to record channels because there was no way Ember was going to risk watching commercials with water in them.

Since the fight seemed to be ending, Ember allowed the flame surrounding.his hand to die out. "No, you two can totally fight." Ember argued. The problem wasn't the fact the were fighting; it was that Ember couldn't read over the noise. "Just do it outside or be quieter?" He suggested, not even thinking twice about Robin kissed Rachel. If they were in a relationship, good for them! But... Ember just hoped the wouldn't break up and make the whole team awkward.

Amani watched Mason enter the room finding his luggage in the closet just like she had. It was kind of cool how the Justice League just let them pick their own room and then to have their luggage mysteriously appear. They were probably using some kind of teleporting device but still it was pretty awesome. It did raise the question though, were there hidden cameras everywhere? She knew there had to be some for security measures but hopefully not inside their rooms. She liked her privacy, at the very least her room should give her that.

Still a bit embarrassed at her seemingly out of place reaction to standing in the doorway Amani stood behind Mason. Her hands were folded behind her back, her head cocked to the side slightly which caused her long dark curls to fall to one side almost completely. She studied Mason while a soft smile crept up her face, he had the same baffled expression on his face when she had discovered her luggage and costume. Amani was dying to try it on, it looked incredible and the League had really found something which fit her to perfection.

After Mason had recovered from the surprise of finding his belongings in the formerly empty closet he turned back to her. "So um, what are your powers?" She noticed he was a bit uncomfortable which in turn made her uncomfortable too. It was hard to find out why. Maybe because she was standing in his room? Or maybe because of her weird reaction earlier, yeah that was probably it. Or maybe she was thinking too much of it and it was all in her head. Then again.........no she was driving herself crazy. It was just the awkwardness of not really knowing each other. Though if there was one thing to break the ice it was switching out superpowers right? Well not literally of course, she wasn't even sure she could that even if she wanted to.

"My powers?........" "Well....." There wasn't really any way to make it sound less stupid than it really was. She had tried to make it sound cool and awesome before but it always came out wrong. Like I can make all your wishes come true. She cringed even thinking about it, her dad would kill her for advertising her powers like that even though that was pretty much what she did. "I can grant wishes" "Though it's not as cool as it sounds, there are a few rules that come along" She added with a slight wave of her hands as a disclaimer. "I can do the easy stuff like fixing what is broken, making things appear and disappear" "Though nothing really every appears or disappears, it comes from somewhere" "It's how the Justice League found out about me" She added with a mischievous smile. It had been money from the vault of the League which she'd confiscated using her powers. Of course she didn't know she was stealing from the League. She had explained as much when they came to enlist her. It was a story she preferred to keep to herself, she didn't want the team to think of her as a thief or worse.
"How about you?" She started cheerfully.

"What can you do?" The young girl made it to one of his chairs with a do you mind look on her face before sitting down to listen, crossing one leg over the other.

When Sayaka was finished cleaning out her hair she gotten a comb and combed out the small pieces, she wanted to be extra sure she had gotten all of Geb out of her, when finished she tossed the comb away and rinsed out her hair one last time for comfort, when she was finished she headed back to the garage to see Super boy still covered in Geb, she walked up towards him passing Geb," I a completely sorry for what I have done, do you need any assistance getting cleaned up ? " Sayaka asked wanting to help the kryptonian.

Arachnid payed no mind to Red X's words, his feet didn't move when they were kicked at. He narrowed his eyes when he saw the X shaped weapons coming toward him, the two shapes began to speed toward him in a slowed pace, at least to him anyway. He flipped in the air, corkscrewing his body and dodging the weapons with ease, he didn't see any point in prolonging this fight. Placing his hands under the motorcycle, a small spider device crawled out from his gauntlet and into the bike. Now he was tracking X and he didn't even know it, he launched a web toward a build and slight shot himself away, getting out of sight in seconds.

Mason was curious on how they knew where to teleport his belongings, maybe they had cameras or sensors or something like that. He began to wonder, how far ahead did the league plan for him and any others that were with him, how didn't they coordinate with anyone to get all of this done? He was questioning alot of things, he didn't fully grasp the fact that they could do things without people's knowing, it was amazing and sort of scary in a way. He smiled a little when he saw his costume in the corner of the room, he walked up to it, placing his hand on the metal of the suit. He grinned a bit when a warm feeling met his hands, it felt like it was just cooled, was it literally just made and if so how?

He looked at Amani with a smile on his face, he was curious about her power, what could it have been? He noticed her eyes, they were a beautiful emerald green, he began to guess her powers based off of her looks overall. Maybe she was a plant person or maybe she used green energy or fire? He was probably wrong so he listened to what she had to say, granting wishes? That was something he never would have suspected from anyone, he smiled a bit when she spoke of her powers not being cool. "I think they're cool..." He said to her, trying to be assuring, he thought her power was interesting, then he heard the rule and then thought it was even cooler.

He deduced that she could teleport things from one place to another, he wasn't sure if that actually counted as granting wishes but he was always open-minded about things. He chuckled a bit when she talked about the league finding her because of her powers, noticing her mischievous smile. It caused him to smile a bit, he wasn't going to pry about what she did and why she did it, he could tell by her smile that it was something like theft, with her powers it was a given. He looked up when she asked what he could do, his heart rate was accelerated. "M-me?" He asked her, his cheek reddened out of nervousness, he was a little afraid to tell of his powers. "Well...for starters I can hear your heartbeat." He said to her, never looking away from her eyes as he spoke, despite how unnerved he was. He hoped that didn't sound weird, maybe he just drove her out of his room in that one statement. "My senses better than normal people, so is my physiology..." He said to her, deciding he'd demonstrate it, he gripped the end of his bed, lifting it with one hand with his arm straight out. He didn't show any signs of tiring because he wasn't tiring, he continued to hold up the bed. "I can talk to wolves by thought too." He said to her, he had stated all that he knew of, he wasn't sure there was anything else he could do in actuality.

"Thank you for helping me find my room, how can I repay you?" He asked her in an asking tone, he meant the thanks, he was grateful that she decided to help him. He knew there were bad people but he always tried to see the good in them and ignore the bad, no matter how horrible it was, just like with his father. Those days were behind him, that house was now his own and there was nothing for him to worry about. He checked his drawers to find nothing, slightly surprised at that, the lower ones however held undergarments and t-shirts, he shut the drawer as there was nothing wrong, not really wanting to arouse any suspicion from Amani. He kept an ear out for her as he went to grab his bags bending down and grabbing them both. He promptly placed them on the bed and began unpacking, he found a note inside, he opened and read it, the note said. I know you'll do great things, you always have, prove me right once again, pup... He smiled happily, seeing a paw print on it as if that were a signature, he knew it was Moira, his personification of his mother.

He place the note on the shelf, he wanted to hold onto this so keeping it somewhere he could see would be best. He neatly folded clothing and placed them into the empty drawers, thankfully everything fit properly and he wasn't forced to stuff them. He place the two now empty bags into the closet and closed it, he was glad to have finished with that so soon.

"Wow.....my hearbeat?" She said in awe. That is not creepy at all The thought alone was enough to speed up her heartbeat. So there would be no gossiping about Mason when he was around because he could catch on to what they were saying from the other side of the room. When Mason continued to talk and show his others powers Amani had to keep her mouth closed in amazement. He could do some pretty amazing things and he had multiple powers all tied into one. Super strength, enhanced senses and even telepathy with wolves. It made her powers seem like child's play in comparison. He was probably going to be one of the heavy hitters on the team. Learning about her teammates and their powers made her think. How are we going to work together, would we be any good? She was sure, or at least she hoped the Justice League had chosen each of them based on their compatibility and powers, not because they had such fun personalities. They were superheroes after all, with superpowers meant to save the world. She had zero field experience, her powers weren't the kind you could practice by yourself. When they enlisted her a couple of weeks ago she hadn't really given it much thought. She just told herself it was all going to work out. Though now she was not so sure anymore. So far from the powers she'd seen her own where completely out of their league. Amani was worried she would be more of a liability than a valuable team member. She sighed. What she needed was something fun to keep her mind off of it.

"Thank you for helping me find my room, how can I repay you?" She smiled at Mason. "I didn't really do anything, I just walked with you" He was starting to unpack, something she still had to do too. Her stuff had been half unpacked when Mason came in, but she didn't really feel like unpacking right now. Where is the fun in that? She walked to his doorway and jumped outside as if she was crossing some sort of ravine.

"I'll leave you to it then, if you need anything you know where to find me" She said winking playfully at Mason. While she walked down the hallway she pondered on what to do in the time she had left for dinner. She was in distraction mode, meaning watching movies. Her worries about her inexperience and lackluster powers were already pushed to the back of her mind. I could do with a nice movie. Yeah she was really in the mood to watch something fun. There were only a couple of things besides watching movies she enjoyed. She had already cooked and she doubted any of the boys wanted to get a pedicure with her. She didn't know the girls well enough to ask them along either. Maybe that was the problem not her powers, she didn't know any of them. Not like she did say her dad or her brothers. The missions were undoubtedly going to take them to some dangerous places, and she was scared to go without anybody she could trust. Wow can I be anymore doomsday about this whole thing? She thought, amazed where her mind took her sometimes.

Amani skipped down the stairs and when she rounded the corner and entered the living room jaw dropped. There was glass everywhere, it was a total mess. There were glowing sigils on the walls. Amani was pretty sure this wasn't what their living room was supposed to look like. She carefully stepped over the glass recognizing Ember and Rachel who were standing close to a new girl she didn't recognize. "What happened?" She asked looking at the broken windows. "Oh my god......" Did someone jump out? She thought horrified. It was only one floor high but still you could break a few bones easily if you fell awkwardly.

While the cloaked teen was starting to get up again quickly after getting thrown like that, he noticed his opponent was already up and ready. The nameless kid got up as quickly as possible and positioned himself at his proper fighting stance again, only to hear the KF speak. Looking at this other kid trying to stop the fight the nameless teen looked at him with anger and fire in his eyes, but slowly and surely canceled it and began to calm himself down again as he walked towards the speedster to go back to his room. Once he was close enough to the KF though he tried to grab the speedster just to give a good, fireless punch to the face, and this time he wasn't letting go of the other teen's arm. "First you try to command me like I'm some mindless dog, willing to just be obedient to a 'leader' who done nothing yet to prove his worth other than be arrogant and force himself as such on the team... Then you threaten me when I stood my ground and tried to defend what I was going to call my room of living... and when it's time for you to be a man of your word, you dare back out of fulfilling your very own threats. Threats that YOU gave me?!" As he spoke his hands began to catch on fire again and his eyes began to shift as his anger was more and more expressed by every word the masked teen said. Closing his eyes and with a sigh and some deep breaths to calm himself down the masked teen would let go of KF as the flames began to die out again. "I'm done..." Was the next thing he said as the black cloaked teen continued to walk towards the large building the two came out of, now with a more (barely) calm tone of voice as he walked. "Leave me alone unless it's absolutely necessary."

Once he was away and alone in the forest he noticed that the other kid sent the two of them relatively far from the building. ' How dare he just give up like that! KF was it? Some leader... The fight could have been so much fun too if he just stuck with it. I'll give that human one thing, he knows his powers and he is fun to fight. That speed... that can't be his fastest can it? If not then he's the biggest fighting challenge here... I can't wait for next fight.' thought the cloaked teen before giving off a slight chuckle. He was still pissed about the fact that a good fight was ended so quickly though he had to admit that he would lose or would barely win against someone whose ability in speed is unmatched. Even still it would have been a very fun fight in his opinion. "Heh... I wonder if our mission will be more fun." Said the cloaked figure speaking to himself out loud as he continued to think more on fighting and tactics in combat than anything else he could possibly place his mind on.

Nathaniel didn't say anything. If he was gonna end this he'd have to man up and let the punch and the little rant slide. Still. They were fairly far from the building. And the runes from earlier might have warn off. And even if they hadn't it didn't matter. "Right." He said as he sighed and ran off even passing the teen who's name he hadn't even known. He sped up into the lounge and began removing any clothing, luggage or anything that shouldn't be there. He even proceeded to erase or paint over anything and everything. By the time he got back the cloaked teens stuff would be outside of the room on the main floor of the headquarters. It may have seemed childish, but considering the only reason he didn't really lose and the room was still a lounge he wasn't gonna let the guy have the room. It wasn't even like he wanted it either. Still now it was pretty much just as it had been before the teen "moved in". Nathaniel even cleaned up the glass.

He sat on the couch and sighed hoping he didn't get any further criticisms or questions about the fight. He grabbed the tv remote and flipped it on. Of course he was still prepared in case the teen decided to try and once again fight over the room he'd just emptied out. He sighed and laughed a bit. He couldn't believe how quickly day 1 had turned. He hoped something would happen. Maybe he could talk to someone. Maybe something could happen and they'd have a mission. "I can't believe that guy. Argues with me when I tell him this is a team room and not a bed room... Sucker punches me. And then acts like he should be the angry one when I try to let bygones be bygones." He mumbled to himself. Maybe he could have handled it better, but still. He tried talking, then explaining, then threatening and things just snowballed. Fuck...
"I really don't like you." He said calmly before witnessing Arachnid leap off the bike. "Well... That was easier... Okay... Yeah... Tracer..." He said as he continued hopped up and turned landing perfectly on the bike. "Right... This bike needs to be destroyed." He said said as he rode about 8 more blocks and then turned into an alley. He left the bike and set it to self destruct. It wouldn't necessarily explode. It would more so implode. There wasn't anything on the bike which would lead to him or his identity. He left nothing behind. "That takes care of that." He said to himself before disappearing. Soon he would be at his current base of operations.

It didn't take long for the cloaked teen to finally reach the entrance of the building again. He was practically unharmed from the fight, giving KF more punches than the cloaked teen himself took though maybe he finally beat the sense into the other teen. He's not the leader, no matter how much he tries he can't force himself into it and that the cloaked teen just wanted to be left alone when it came to the speedster and his own personal minions... As the teen walked his mind grew more clear and he begun to doubt himself and his reasoning for being here. ' She said if I stayed I can help people... I can live... I can be happy... Maybe she was wrong? Maybe... I don't belong here. I should try to make friends at least... maybe find someone who won't be so judgemental of who I am." as the teen thought he walked inside the base only to see a strange sight... His things were outside the room as though they were carelessly thrown out and inside was the speedster himself...

Looking down onto the floor the teen noticed several things, the gold was everywhere, scattered across the ground, his books now had bent pages and the such, his "board game" was ruined on the ground, the metal top layer snapped as the cloaked teen tried to carefully maneuver it off the pile of gold, hitting a glass bottom piece and shattering it. Finally was his pocket watch, which was still perfectly fine and on top of everything. The door was open and the cloaked teen could see KF inside watching something as he then sat on his knees in horror of all his belongings, most of which were fragile or his very own life on the ground carelessly... The teen just stared at the ground, unable to think or move as he couldn't think anymore. ' Why?...' was the only word the teen ask to himself as he looked at the chaos before him. He soon took off his cloak, yet still covered in a leathery black armor/robes, just so he could gently place everything on them before walking around aimlessly again, trying his best not to be upset on what the Speedster just did.

The teen looked around almost in every room he knew was not taken already, and still nothing. To him it seemed as though everything was either already assigned or were a series of smaller rooms that were for guests or unexpected, all of which were too small for him to logically live in, eventually he just gave up and placed everything on the ground again, trying his best to repair what was broken as best as he physically could as he swallowed his rage, his hand shaking in it as he tried to fix everything while count the coins to make sure they were all there. 'I shouldn't have come... I knew I'd be hated without reason... I knew they'd judge or act like this... Why did I trust her? They are all the same... and will always be the same.' It wasn't long for the teen to count the coins, each and every one of them had something small different about them so after a quick search he was able to determine that they were all there and again he placed everything gently in his cloak before walking around, now in hopes of someone who can repair what was now broken. 'I could have sworn there was a genie here...'

"You sure you got this?" A voice rang up in a car, four men pulling on masks and loading up what appeared to be automatic weapons. One of them was a hooded girl, wearing a bandanna mask to conceal her identity. She nodded to the voice and took out a handgun from her jacket pockets, opening the door and climbing out of the car. Her nod was the signal as the others climbed out of the vehicle, calmly walking across the street with their arsenal at hand as a second group of armed individuals exited the vehicle. Their eyes shifted around at the concerned bystanders as they walked up the steps and into a three story office complex.

Their entrance didn't seem to be noticed at first, people just going about their business as if everything was okay. When one person saw the group of eight gunmen he fell quiet, and his action spread throughout the lobby like a wild fire. There were at least twenty people, and they were all facing men with guns. There was a few seconds of peace, until the men raised their guns, one of them shouting a command. "EVERYONE DOWN ON THE GROUND!"

Parking Garage, back section of the building

"Maybe they'll finally learn enough what is what.. And handle their own cases, that will help us a lot that's for sure." Lewis said to another suited man sitting next to them as the pulled up in the parking garage, driving slowly to park the car. They were following a lead to a misdemeanor case, but in seconds their routine checkup became something else. The other suited person nodded with a slight smirk, adjusting his badge necklace until something cut into the silence, echoing it's danger throughout the building. Automatic gunfire let out and seconds later people were pouring out of the door in front of their car. The two detectives exchanged glances of shock before scrambling out of the car, Gerald shouting into the police radio before tossing it onto the dashboard.

"10-33! Shots fired on location!" The two detectives rushed across the lot and towards the steps, the suited one who had no name stopping one of the fleeing civilians.

"Hey hey is there anyone in there?" The suited officer asked, receiving no response from the panicking civilian. As a result he let the civilian go and followed Detective Lewis' lead in drawing his gun. They proceeded into the back door, guns raised.

Rachel returned from the garage just in time to see Kid Flash throw out the cloaked dude's stuff and the dejected way the latter walked away cradling something. Thanking herself for installing her countermeasures against intrusions like this, the girl walked over and smacked Nate on the head before gesturing at the boy. She glared and walked over, tapping him gently on the shoulder.

"Did that dolt break something?" She asked quietly, understanding how difficult it must be for the boy. He was a lot like her, she thought. Both were reclusive up until now and still trying to fit with the rest. Even with the amount of teasing she had given Kid Flash earlier, she wasn't entirely sure if she could trust him yet. Something told her the guy had a good heart, if only he used his head a little more when he did stuff. "I'm not sure I can fix it but I'll give it a shot.,, In the meantime, why don't you find a room that's just as spacious? I'm sure Kid Flash wouldn't mind you remodeling the rooms a little so long as you keep away from common areas."

Mason had a worried look on his face when he heard Amani's heart rate accelerate, now he felt like a creep. He decided he'd tune out of that particular sound, he looked away momentarily, feeling like he had been caught doing something wrong. He didn't show it but he was curious about everyone's powers now, different powers meant different plans of attack. Maybe he could learn everyone's powers sometime, if he did then maybe he could think of strategies for the team whenever they went on their missions. When she smiled at him, he smiled back, still standing up in the room. "I probably never would have found anything if it wasn't for you walking me." He said to her, his smile bright, he had been grateful for her willingness to help him.

He raised an eyebrow when she jumped put of the room, he didn't even want to question what she did, it was probably just her thing and who would he be to judge her? He was pretty sure he knew where Amani was going, her room to unpack, remembering that she was in the middle of it when he found her. Mason smiled a bit when she spoke to him, however when she winked at him hid expression was one of slight surprise. He was never around girls since he lived in a forest so that was new to him. He watched her go before looking around in his room, marveling at his suit one last time. His ears perked up to the sound of Kid Flash talking, he also heard another voice, this person sounded alarmingly saddened, it was most likely the one that Kid Flash fought. He knew who initiated the fight and he knew both of them were in the wrong no matter the case. Mason exited his room, shutting the door behind him, he walked his way down into the living room, he saw a veil of some sort stopping his way.

"Ugh, magic..." Mason said quietly as if he detested the barrier and all magic in general, he did in fact, he didn't like magic. He his pendant began to glow a bright light blue before its light touched the magic, making it evaporate like it was a mist. Now that the barrier was gone he walked into the living room, he glanced over at Amani for a moment. "Everyone is fine.....I think..." He said, after hearing everything those two were going through he was unsure about their emotional statuses, he looked over at Kid Flash. "You were wrong for this, you shouldn't have engaged him in the first place. You could have avoided this if you hadn't threatened him, I for one think he has full right to feel how he does right now. I know you realized your actions were wrong, but you came to your realization far to late." Mason said to him, in-fighting like this, it was wrong and was something that couldn't be allowed to continue, what would happen during a mission? His new worry was that he'd lose his team because of petty rivalries.

Kid Flash was oddly quiet. He was thinking. I hope I didn't break anything. I tried to be as careful as possible. He didn't know what to do right now. It wasn't until someone spoke to him that he snapped out of his daze. He listened calmly before standing up and facing Mason. He placed a hand on his shoulder. "You're right." He said hanging his head a bit in shame. "I should have kept things calm and made sure it never escalated. I mess up the second I brought a threat into it." Yes. He knew he was wrong. And he knew he had to make it up to the cloaked teen. But for now it might have been best to just leave him alone. Luckily there hadn't been an trouble so he didn't have to worry.

Of course the second the thought crossed his mind the alarm went off. "There's trouble." He said getting a bit more serious. "We need to meet in the war room." He said quickly before sighing. "I'm going to make it up to him. Don't worry. I just think he wants his space for now." He added before running off down to the first floor of the base and into the war room so to speak. In the short amount of time he'd changed back into his Kid Flash Uniform and was now ready. He pressed a button. "Team to the War room. We've got our first mission so to speak and we shouldn't waste time." He said calmly before letting the button go. He began search the computer. "Geez... maybe Robin will get here quick so she can hack some security networks and get us a look at who or what we'll be dealing with and get a good idea of the situation." He said to himself. Blue prints for planning wouldn't be bad either. In fact they would be great.
