Red X grit his teeth. "You don't like to give up do ya?" He asked calmly as he jumped up and caught th kick now steering the motorcycle with his feet as he pushes arachnid's foot away. "Too bad you're wasting your talents playing hero. I'm in the market for a new partner." He said chuckling as he threw two punches while releasing two x shaped devices which were very small almost unnoticeable. The decides would latch onto arachnid and shock him if he didn't move away and avoid them.
Wolf noticed the girl come. He thought to himself not knowing whether or not the link was still up.
Arachnid payed no mind to Red X's words, his feet didn't move when they were kicked at. He narrowed his eyes when he saw the X shaped weapons coming toward him, the two shapes began to speed toward him in a slowed pace, at least to him anyway. He flipped in the air, corkscrewing his body and dodging the weapons with ease, he didn't see any point in prolonging this fight. Placing his hands under the motorcycle, a small spider device crawled out from his gauntlet and into the bike. Now he was tracking X and he didn't even know it, he launched a web toward a build and slight shot himself away, getting out of sight in seconds.

Amani watched Mason enter the room finding his luggage in the closet just like she had. It was kind of cool how the Justice League just let them pick their own room and then to have their luggage mysteriously appear. They were probably using some kind of teleporting device but still it was pretty awesome. It did raise the question though, were there hidden cameras everywhere? She knew there had to be some for security measures but hopefully not inside their rooms. She liked her privacy, at the very least her room should give her that. Still a bit embarrassed at her seemingly out of place reaction to standing in the doorway Amani stood behind Mason. Her hands were folded behind her back, her head cocked to the side slightly which caused her long dark curls to fall to one side almost completely. She studied Mason while a soft smile crept up her face, he had the same baffled expression on his face when she had discovered her luggage and costume. Amani was dying to try it on, it looked incredible and the League had really found something which fit her to perfection. After Mason had recovered from the surprise of finding his belongings in the formerly empty closet he turned back to her. "So um, what are your powers?" She noticed he was a bit uncomfortable which in turn made her uncomfortable too. It was hard to find out why. Maybe because she was standing in his room? Or maybe because of her weird reaction earlier, yeah that was probably it. Or maybe she was thinking too much of it and it was all in her head. Then again.........no she was driving herself crazy. It was just the awkwardness of not really knowing each other. Though if there was one thing to break the ice it was switching out superpowers right? Well not literally of course, she wasn't even sure she could that even if she wanted to. "My powers?........" "Well....." There wasn't really any way to make it sound less stupid than it really was. She had tried to make it sound cool and awesome before but it always came out wrong. Like I can make all your wishes come true. She cringed even thinking about it, her dad would kill her for advertising her powers like that even though that was pretty much what she did. "I can grant wishes" "Though it's not as cool as it sounds, there are a few rules that come along" She added with a slight wave of her hands as a disclaimer. "I can do the easy stuff like fixing what is broken, making things appear and disappear" "Though nothing really every appears or disappears, it comes from somewhere" "It's how the Justice League found out about me" She added with a mischievous smile. It had been money from the vault of the League which she'd confiscated using her powers. Of course she didn't know she was stealing from the League. She had explained as much when they came to enlist her. It was a story she preferred to keep to herself, she didn't want the team to think of her as a thief or worse. "How about you?" She started cheerfully. "What can you do?" The young girl made it to one of his chairs with a do you mind look on her face before sitting down to listen, crossing one leg over the other.
Mason was curious on how they knew where to teleport his belongings, maybe they had cameras or sensors or something like that. He began to wonder, how far ahead did the league plan for him and any others that were with him, how didn't they coordinate with anyone to get all of this done? He was questioning alot of things, he didn't fully grasp the fact that they could do things without people's knowing, it was amazing and sort of scary in a way. He smiled a little when he saw his costume in the corner of the room, he walked up to it, placing his hand on the metal of the suit. He grinned a bit when a warm feeling met his hands, it felt like it was just cooled, was it literally just made and if so how?
He looked at Amani with a smile on his face, he was curious about her power, what could it have been? He noticed her eyes, they were a beautiful emerald green, he began to guess her powers based off of her looks overall. Maybe she was a plant person or maybe she used green energy or fire? He was probably wrong so he listened to what she had to say, granting wishes? That was something he never would have suspected from anyone, he smiled a bit when she spoke of her powers not being cool. "I think they're cool..." He said to her, trying to be assuring, he thought her power was interesting, then he heard the rule and then thought it was even cooler.
He deduced that she could teleport things from one place to another, he wasn't sure if that actually counted as granting wishes but he was always open-minded about things. He chuckled a bit when she talked about the league finding her because of her powers, noticing her mischievous smile. It caused him to smile a bit, he wasn't going to pry about what she did and why she did it, he could tell by her smile that it was something like theft, with her powers it was a given. He looked up when she asked what he could do, his heart rate was accelerated. "M-me?" He asked her, his cheek reddened out of nervousness, he was a little afraid to tell of his powers. "Well...for starters I can hear your heartbeat." He said to her, never looking away from her eyes as he spoke, despite how unnerved he was. He hoped that didn't sound weird, maybe he just drove her out of his room in that one statement. "My senses better than normal people, so is my physiology..." He said to her, deciding he'd demonstrate it, he gripped the end of his bed, lifting it with one hand with his arm straight out. He didn't show any signs of tiring because he wasn't tiring, he continued to hold up the bed. "I can talk to wolves by thought too." He said to her, he had stated all that he knew of, he wasn't sure there was anything else he could do in actuality.
"Thank you for helping me find my room, how can I repay you?" He asked her in an asking tone, he meant the thanks, he was grateful that she decided to help him. He knew there were bad people but he always tried to see the good in them and ignore the bad, no matter how horrible it was, just like with his father. Those days were behind him, that house was now his own and there was nothing for him to worry about. He checked his drawers to find nothing, slightly surprised at that, the lower ones however held undergarments and t-shirts, he shut the drawer as there was nothing wrong, not really wanting to arouse any suspicion from Amani. He kept an ear out for her as he went to grab his bags bending down and grabbing them both. He promptly placed them on the bed and began unpacking, he found a note inside, he opened and read it, the note said.
I know you'll do great things, you always have, prove me right once again, pup... He smiled happily, seeing a paw print on it as if that were a signature, he knew it was Moira, his personification of his mother.
He place the note on the shelf, he wanted to hold onto this so keeping it somewhere he could see would be best. He neatly folded clothing and placed them into the empty drawers, thankfully everything fit properly and he wasn't forced to stuff them. He place the two now empty bags into the closet and closed it, he was glad to have finished with that so soon.
