Connor frowned, "What is the plan?" He asked, as he connected to the internet, beginning to search once again on the net. He also checked news stories for any jobs, or any news of increased vampire activity back at the city. He didn't want to seem like he was prying, she needed to do what she needed to survive, just so long as he didn't find out about it, he was happy. As long as there was no trail, he could live with it.
He thought he could.
he didn't dwell on it much.
He typed fast, then cursed and got out his glasses, putting them on. He hadn't wearing them, but he couldn't exactly wear contacts on the job, and it really was just to read.
He looked up at her, waiting for her answer. He checked the time, knowing morning was coming and hoping he had done all he could for her to prevent the sun from creeping into the room. He set the laptop aside, finding nothing there at the moment. He ran a hand through his hair, watching her.
He glanced around briefly, taking in the room. Two beds, a TV, a table and chairs, and then the bathroom. Simple. All he ever went for was simple, being on the road a bit.
