[OOC] The Wonderful World of Planet Earth (Crossover RP)

Earth. Population is 7.046 Billion, as of the year 2012. It has a name that rolls off the tongue. This world has many secrets and things that go unnoticed by the everyday citizen. A world with mystery and intrigue, there are people who have seen and do things that you probably wouldn't ever believe. The current year is 2014, and the President of the USA is a man by the name of Barack Obama. Just like any other year, significant events have taken place in history. But, history is still left unwritten. Special people, heroes, villains and those in between, as well as Gods in the Higher Planes of existence are what keeps the balance of this world in check and for the wicked, in there grasp. 14 years ago, in the year 2000, an event that is now known as the "Dimensional World Merge" occurred. An event where several countries and places and people from very different but similar worlds were cast onto "our" Earth without warning. 14 years later, each society that phased into our world is independent of us, though sometimes tensions may rise between those with different views of how things should be run. After all, there are wicked people out there and some countries that we merged with and or beings that coexist with us have advanced technology and strange abilities beyond our current level, technology that could be used to the advantage of wicked and sinister purposes. And that's when you have to ask yourself one simple question: who are you? who will you play as?

A free form crossover RP that took me no time to think up, at all. The idea is this: your fictional characters or whoever you play as all live in together in the same Earth, which is actually our Earth, ambiguously give or take a few details. You start out, wherever you live, if you live in Japan, it's just another day in Japan for you. If you live in a fictional country, or have fictional enemies, congrats, your fictional country coexists on the planet with Modern Day Earth. The same goes for (mostly) everyone else. And that's where the magic happens. You get to shape the future of Earth. If you're evil, maybe you're trying to blow up the Earth and someone has to go and stop you, It'll probably be broadcast on TV. It's all up to you what happens. However, there has to be a good reason for whatever you do, whether big or small. And there are rules and restrictions. Here they are.

1. No God-modding, auto-hit or anything of the sort. If someone is in a fight, I decide who win, or lives or dies if there is an argument over it. I am the GM. My word is law, no exceptions or loop-holes.
2. No character limit. But, YOU HAVE TO KEEP TRACK OF THEM.
3. Don't ignore other people's posts under any circumstance whatsoever.
4. I will allow some god-like characters or gods, but if some are ridiculous and have no business being here, they will be denied. This will be on a case-by-case basis. Tread lightly, think with common sense please. These beings need a reason to be on Earth.
5. Be creative with who you register as please. It just gets stale to see if you're just trying re enact the entire series of whoever your characters are.
6. Like I said before, if your character comes from a made up country, that country now exists "IRL" on Modern Day Earth. Pay attention to this rule, It's important. so you don't contradict the fictional and real elements that exist. You can't play as Lelouch and have another character watching Code Geass. (the third sentence is now false.)
7. My posts will more often then not have events transpire, like if your fictional character threatened to attack America with nukes, America will respond. Pay attention to my posts, they keep the plot going so don't rapid-fire post constantly, I will post as often as I can.
8. Have fun, most of all.
9. I will add more if I feel the need too. So pay attention to the first post & rules for updates. I will (probably) tell you if I updated something here.

His Pokemon, Pikachu, Lapras, Snorlax, Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise.

Other: After defending his title for two years straight, Red went into seclusion on Mt. Silver and trained his Pokemon for another two years. However, he has now come out of seclusion and traveled to Unova, into public view once again.

Personality: Kogoro is lazy and hates doing work, and can have a bit of an attitude at time. However, he has respect for Mii.

Powers/Abilities: Can create copies of himself, and is quite a skilled and swift fighter due to being the descendant of the "ninja-for-hire" Tenzai Clan.

Personality: Though she has a cheerful personality, she can be selfish as well as short-tempered. Though she would never admit it, she has a crush on her tutor Kogoro. The way she speaks can be a bit dated at times.

Powers/Abilities: She's a cheerleader, and as well has been trained in the monastic martial arts since she was a child.

Cold, heartless and completely loyal to Megatron, Soundwave often spies on both friend and foe. He is also quite intelligent, capable of concocting and carrying out plans to fulfill his objectives.

Of the Minicons who stand with Soundwave, Laserbeak may say the least, but he quickly distinguishes himself, as his powerful laser attacks can pin down an Autobot attack force... when it isn't cutting them to shreds.

Frenzy

Frenzy's tendency to lash out at anyone who reminds him of his size would make him a textbook case of Short Bot syndrome if it weren't for the fact that he'll lash out at nearly anybody for almost no reason at all. He's a follower, not a leader, and his ambition is limited to making trouble and hurting people. He can usually be found as part of Soundwave's throng of underlings, but he's also been known to tag along with Barricade—that guy's always tracking down somebody to beat up.

Rumble

Rumble loves using his quake-producing armament to shake up the opposition. Though he is most often found by the side (or rather, inside) of his powerful commander, Soundwave, Rumble can be a surprisingly effective warrior on his own. His piledrivers can open up the ground below his opponents, throwing even the mightiest warriors for a tumble! It's these moments of chaos that keep up Rumble's morale.

It's not often a weapon comes along that will make Megatron consider trading in his fusion cannon, but the Riot Cannon is that weapon. Essentially a modified fusion cannon, it fires off high-speed rockets than can really put a crimp in someone's day. With the right upgrades, the last rocket in every clip packs an extra surprise, containing 5 times the explosive power of ordinary rounds.

I'm gonna be denying your CS, and here's why. Assassin is from the Nasuverse. He hasn't got any country he orginates from anymore, yes? that means he has no starting point. Because he is a servant. Servants are summoned, my friend. Modern Earth is not in the middle of the Holy Grail War, and like I said in the rules if you read them, this is not a canvas to re enact the entire series. As for this, these are accepted as long as we are following the timeline that the Transformers crashed to Earth. They continued the war on Earth, which gives them a reason to be there. But, Rule 5 was made with you in mind. Restrain yourself, your love of Transformers is admirable but we're not re enacting the series to the last detail.

Being a modified human, Lyzer makes use of eletrical powers from her body to fight. Her Something akin to Benimaru Nikaido from The King of Fighters and Goro Daimo from the same series. She's als a skilled mechanic and has some knowledge on science and magic.

She uses The Bloodia Mech when fighting giant mechs. She carry firearms as well, but they are set to stun, since the guild is against killing.

Powers/Abilities:
Being a Cat girl, she has great strenght and speed, rivaling Silvy, Izuko uses a kind of unique martial art style. ((Think of Taokaka from Blazblue.)) Ragna and Silvy had a hard time containing her once. And even after the fight she didn't stop. Only food will calm her down.

Personality: It's hard to tell what is in Shu's mind, his calm and cold.

Powers/Abilities:
((No, i'm not giving him Black Hole powers this time, we are not in Crossover Creek)) Howerver, Shu has high knowledge on physics, magic, and he built the Granzon.
Weapons/Items:
The Granzon, that can turn into the Neo Granzon when using a combination of an Evil Chant and Physics Lesson, Neo Granzon has a tendency to erase your existence from the universe instead of the world.
Other: He was the one responsable for the discoveries of buried robots.

Personality: While he haves his good Politician Persona, behind it lies a cruel man that do anything to achieve his goals.

Baron is extremelly fast for a human, easily surpassing Silvy, he can channel powers from the Chaos Dimension (a Type of Hell) to increase his already great strenght.
Weapons/Items:
Uses a Raipier much like Polnareff uses Silver Chariot, he also uses a cutlass when he gets serious and want to split his enemies apart.
Other: He is currently the Maior of Okimara, while he does good things for the city, he's secretly planning a Coup and trying to find a way to open the Door to the Chaos Dimension.

Powers/Abilities: Kirby can copy abilities by inhaling enemies or their attacks. For example, if he inhales a fire ball, he would gain the "Fire" ability. he could hold his breath and float around as a way of flight.
Weapons/Items: Despite these being abilities, he can use a sword, cutter, whip, and ninja stars. He also has a Warp Star to travel around.
Other: He has a big appetite.

Personality: Quote doesn't seem to understand basic things, and just does what he wants. Some might say he's quite like a "troll," as he pretty much likes to mess with people many times. He doesn't seem to have actual goals, and just goes does it for fun. Meaning, he has no actual side to take.

Country of Origin: Dreamland
Powers/Abilities: Quote, without the paintbrush, is able to create clones of himself and as many as he wants. Yet, they don't have an sign of intelligence, so if he has a lot or little amount of clones, they will always have the behavior of babies or just plainly brain dead clones.
Weapons/Items: Quote has a magical paintbrush and paint bucket that can basically create anything or clones of anything he thinks of. Yet, if he has too many clones, they will share a certain amount of intelligence, which is why he doesn't make too many clones. As for creating anything, it has to he something he knows, so he can't create anything he doesn't know himself.

Personality: Aege is like a quiet and cool boy, not really tolerating to be messed around with. He only does things that interest him, but consider Kirby and Saito to be friends with him.

Powers/Abilities: Aege has time manipulation, but can only stop and resume time around him and those he chooses to be effected by it. There is a limit to how many times he uses it at one go, to the point where he can't stop time anymore from the fatigue.

Personality: Saito usually is wimpish and easy to scare, especially with Aege's usual coldness would scare him. But there are times where he would have some childish fun and being mischievous, which always lead to Aege beating him up.

Powers/Abilities: Saito is able to fly at fast speeds due to his own set of wings, and has great manipulation over winds that he can create blasts of winds for attacks.

He still has no reason to be on Earth. "Unknown" means he doesn't have one, if he has one put one. That won't change the redundancy of the character in this type of RP, however.

As for this, these are accepted as long as we are following the timeline that the Transformers crashed to Earth. They continued the war on Earth, which gives them a reason to be there. But, Rule 5 was made with you in mind. Restrain yourself, your love of Transformers is admirable but we're not re enacting the series to the last detail.

I considered Bruticus and the Combaticons., and I'm still debating it.

Also, if there has to be a country of origin, I might add a few Decepticon drones and the Nemesis.

The thing I was trying to get across was that if in your universe your character lived in a fictional country, like Dreamland is sort of Earth like, it coexisted with the "real" modern day Earth. Your characters are robot aliens from another World. But they continue the on Earth after fighting on Cybertron, right? so you don't need to change anything you can leave Cybertron as is on the App. " It's just the whole "Robots in Disguise" shtick, ya dig?
