No OCs allowed, there are ocs that look like canon heroes or have powers similar to superman.

Since it's going to be a parallel universe, yes, we are going to be doing a DC verse Marvel storyline.

We could say Luthor is President and Osborn is in charge of SHIELD. This two both wanting to get rid of heroes decide to start a war, setting up both sides to go to war with each other by declaring War with each other and framing the other heroes but that is just an idea.
