So far your character has :
Hit on the head with a gun
Pushed over via tackle to stomach
Ran threw Fire
Headbutted
Neck chopped hard
Ran threw fire again.
Smashed through a window
Landed on a place where another character has deemed that they where hurt badly.

Through all this, you haven't mentioned anything that has shown he is in anyway injured.
Sure his psychotic suicidal tendency to not live or die can make him not care to do these things, but the human body doesn't work that way and you would have been very injured by now.
Enough to probably stop CHASING PEOPLE.

wait what? look the doc gets hurt just the same as everyone else, hes just a luck guy who sees death as a way to see his son again and life as a way to redeem himself. pain is an after effect that he ignores, he still gets hurt. but he chooses to ignore it.

Even if he ignores it, that doesn't mean you should write about it so we all know, and sure you can ignore pain but it can make running harder, shooting a pistol harder....

Don't worry I made it so she has black short hair, small physique and her face is bloody right now.
In the confusion or from far away she probably looks like a boy so its fine :p

I doubt people wouldn't have already stolen all the petrol. Your best bet is going into a car repair shop and finding a hidden stash or something.
