I am going to explain the office building to help anyone going there.

James and Jason Law Firm

First floor has help and information desk, waiting room and toilets.
Second floor consists of security room, meeting room and a large main cubical room
Third - twelve have offices and cubicle rooms. Toilets on some floors and break rooms.
Thirteenth floor has a large open boss office with waiting room and meeting rooms.
Roof is generic roof.

I think it's still dark. Probably really early morning because Lillah and Steph were just going to sleep for the night before all the commotion. And no more than a couple hours could have passed with all this.

Yeah I was think early morning, was thinking the sun rising soon so there is a small amount of light.
