"Well I was only asking." Aoba stuck his tongue out in return and then looked at Gerard. "Well, he said he owed me...I don't know if interest is what you would call it." He gave a small shrug and then continued. "I would think so... He beat up three demons on his own." Father Gerard leaned against the wall and nodded. "And, well, he said he's the son of Satan so, I think that would be a good idea as to why..." Aoba was aboutto askif Kuro could take him to the library, but caught Gerard's surprise. Immediately, the priest's eyes widened and he nearly stumbled over.
"Ex- Excuse me?" Gerard coughed. 'Kuro is the son of- well this has gotten a lot more. . . Wow.' He ran fingers through his hair, but was unsure of how to respond to it. Aoba gave a confused look.
"Was I not suppose to say that...? S-Sorry." He looked over to see Kuro laying down. He hoped he wasn't mad for telling the priest his status, not sure if it was a bad thing to tell him. Maybe Kuro didn't hear, or he just hadn't reacted, but the demon asked a question pertaining to the farm.
"Oh, well of course. Chickens, cows, pigs, sheep, turkeys, and I do believe that's it for a starter. Anything else you may want, feel free to ask. As for seeds, you'll be getting an assortment of vegetables, fruit, and wheat. There was no specifics considering it was a lot of small packaging. You'll also get tools, and a wagon- of course." He looked at his pocket watch and then sighed. It was time for him to leave again. "It's time for me to go. I shall visit again some other time."
Aoba nodded, a little less saddened by his departure this time. "Alright." Was all he said before waving with a smile. Once the priest was gone, Aoba wandered to the couch and looked over and down at Kuro curiously.
