Retcon: @Krodin said that Conor uses the Law School to create a hormone that increases his reaction time to the point where he can dodge bullets, but Life is the School for that. However, I can't give Conor that School, as he already used Law in E3. The reason I didn't point this out earlier was because it was irrelevant to the RP as it was then. Now that Conor is actively facing bullets, though, I'm retconning out that detail.
