Image/Appearance: Biologically, Araki should be around 10 years of age, give or take. Physically, his transformations have rendered him hard to compare with Crystalla, but if one did he would look like a young adult. As mentioned, due to numerous transformations, the most apt description of Araki would be a wolf-Crystalla hybrid.
Standing at a few inches taller than six feet, his body is well filled out with muscle. That, in combination with his large crystalline structure, makes him weigh in at around a staggering 250lb. There were once clear crystalline formations on his back, but they did not escape the changes that his body underwent. Now they look less like crystals and more akin to smooth glass, albeit smokey and dulled. Calling them structures is no longer accurate either, as their shape more resembles twisted and entwined tendrils now.
While Araki does retain some of his Crystalla characteristics; such as their thick, tough, dark skin and eyes that shine in the dark; his features are noticeably more wolven. Most telling would be the legs he walks on, angled and bent like those of a wolf. His nails are now elongated and much sharper and durable, claws that can function as weapons.
While Crystalla are normally hairless, Araki’s transformation has left him with long white hair, long enough to trail behind him if he runs. While it looks like hair, there are some strange properties to it. When Araki’s emotions flare, the entire length can become rigid, locking into place. It is also incredibly difficult to cut the hair, in either of its states.
His eyes are still green though.
Personality: Araki’s still a brat, although that’s largely been overshadowed by other aspects of his personality, and he has a lot of aspects. Blame it on the fact that he’s been forcibly aged to nearly twice his biological age… at a minimum.
In any case, Araki can be a myriad of things depending on the company he’s in. Probably has something to do with its the most company he’s got… ever. He can be quiet and withdrawn, almost shy, in situations that require a delicate touch. In not so fragile social environments he can become much more uninhibited, displaying a wider range of emotions, and letting loose some inner aggression if present company demands it.
If there is anything Araki can be counted on being though, it would probably be curious. Albeit sometimes he doesn’t know it. Like when he’s too caught up in something else.
Powers: Well he used to be able to make big booms and other cool stuff like that, earth dragons, ice spears, familiar armor, and what not. Then transformations happened and his magic got slapped with a support tag.
Now he’s limited to magic that either heals or increases the capacity of an individual, ie, buffs. More basic augmentations such as increasing physical capacity, ie, strength, endurance, agility and what not are simple enough. The more complex changes such as increasing one’s senses or augmenting the mind are still coming along though.
There’s also the fact that he’s what amounts to a massive individual who’s quite stronger than he looks. Throw in some of his magic and he’s not someone most people would want to face in a melee.
Brief History:So he was in Bakery Town where he killed a Rift Beast and then decided to eat some of it. After meeting up with a few others and getting into a fight, his recent meal d ecided that albeit being dead and consumed it still wanted to give him a, “Fuck you.” Talentium rips through his body, another creature almost kills him, but is killed before, and stuff happens.
Talentium is absorbed into his body a few months later, he’s invited to a Witch’s conference, he goes, more shit happens that ends up with him dying. He actually does die, but then some higher being decides to intervene and resurrects him, but decides he needs another transformation while she’s at it.
Transformation occurs, he fights, he loses, he retreats, he’s brought to Dansila. Shit happens, he gets accepted as a student, he spends most of his time at a training ground with check-ups from the Doctor, who’s researching him. And then he gets thrown into what’s effectively kindergarten or elementary school. Likely the latter. Still a nightmare.
