Depends... Could simply be scrambled eggs. If you remove the yolks and whip the remains (whites) quickly enough (and throw in a touch of sugar), you'll get whipped cream.

This is all assuming that you've cracked the eggs and removed the shells first. (I would assume so, but I don't like to leave things to chance with Spam sometimes. XD)
