The U.S. military would logically want to take custody of the robot's wreckage, and Superman is willing to cooperate with them. Batman is obviously not as trusting, so I think it makes sense for him to go behind Superman's back and secretly obtained some of the alien tech. Also, I'm really looking forward to having Superman and Robin interact. Superman is so iconic and our Robin is so often starstruck that I think it's going to make for a fun dynamic.

Yup. That's why I already took time to have Batman drawing up plans to obtain parts of the robot including bits of its' internal circuitry in a few of my earlier posts. Also why I had him specifically instead of Batman taking it.

Superman, Batman, Goku, He-Man and Conan would like to have a word with you lol! Anyway I prefer him without the beard and i wasn't really found of the hook hand he had. I really like the New 52 look they gave him

They can if they want, but I've got a beard so I'm probably too manly for them.

I agree, his new 52 look (which to me is pretty close to his classic design.) is pretty good, I just think he needs to be bearded. The pic I used for my CS was the closest thing to his new 52/Classic design with a beard that I could find.

Personally I like the New 52 look, with or without the beard. Not really a fan of the long hair and hook hand.

Nah I could never really get behind the hook hand either, but I always thought it was better than the stupid water hand he picked up later.

That said, his animated Justice League look had just about everything I don't like about Aquaman's appearance, yet I still thought it was awesome. Worked so well for the show.

Oh, um... I kind of want to make a little note due to all the namedropping that's been going on, but... Before anyone mentions anything like the Sinestro Corps, Red Lanterns, etc., I think it'd be a good idea if the Green Lantern Corps were the only Lanterns operating at this point in time. For one thing, it means we can use things like the founding of the Sinestro Corps as plot points later on, which would be kind of neat to play out.
