Suki went to follow Umichi as he led the way to the woods. She stayed silent, keeping to herself, walking slow enough that she was neither close to Umichi, nor Paka. She felt it best to stay by herself for a few moments, to think things through.

She would never be able to stay mad at Paka for long, but she disliked the fact that he seemed to disrespect the choices she had made here, One of those of course being Umichi. She chewed her lip, trying to think, but unable to really as she looked about, wary of danger, and wary of losing Umichi and Paka in the night, like she had with the rainbow Nepent. After a minute or two, she ran up to catch up with Umichi, looking back to see if Paka was by them too. She gave a sigh, then trotted over ot her cousin.

Paka ran a hand through his hair, and went to follow. "If you get in any trouble" He said to Yui, "Message me, okay?" He wasn't about to let Yui die after just trying to save her earlier. Nor did he want everyone else to die either, Which was why he was frustrated at what seemed to be going on here.

He sighed, and followed, moving to catch up with Suki, and Umichi. He stayed at the back, watching Suki, hating that she seemed to be very mad at him right then, but he didn't know what he could do to fix it, to make it all better, considering he didn't know what he had done wrong, other then what he had been doing his whole life, with her brothers.

He winced, and cursed himself, thinking maybe that was the problem. Why did girls have to be so hard to understand, especially those you were related to? he grumbled to hismelf, keeping an eye on the other two, and making sure he wasn't split from them.

He was working his way up to going over to Suki when Suki jogged up to catch up with Umichi, and Paka thought that just said it all. He sighed, but stayed with them, only now he looked at anyone but them.

He looked up at the sound of footsteps, seeing Suki coming over ot him. He blinked, and stopped walking, waiting for her to come to him. She gave him a hug, and said "Please stop being mad at me. Stop being an annoying idiot"

Paka couldn't help but laugh, "Oh, Suki. I'm not mad at you, I'm just...worried"

Suki shrugged, "I'm not worried. Umichi's a great guy, and I've been doing okay in this world with him. You don't have to worry. Please...Umichi's important to me"

Paka sighed, and took her hand, starting towards Umichi, "I can try"

Suki smiled, and started back, running off ahead, and then matching her pace with Umichi's

When Suki caught up to Umichi, he smiled to himself, but as he turned to look at her, she fell behind and trotted to her cousin. Looking ahead, he sighed softly so neither would hear. They are cousins, nothing to worry about. he forced himself to think, before his thoughts wandered. His thoughts raced around for a moment, before finalizing one thing I am nothing but a fool when it comes to her he smiled to himself, laughed in his mind at his own foolishness, and how quickly he became a fool. He tried to listen on their conversation, but could only get bits and pieces. Some of them were "idiot", "not mad", "guy" and "try". There wasn't enough for him to piece together the conversation, so he was lost.

Seeing that Suki and Paka were getting along again, and approaching him he smiled and thought It's good they are getting along again. I just hope he doesn't try to take my neck or something. "It's good that you two are ..." Umichi trailed off. He put up his right hand indicating to stop, and looked both left and right. Although he knew where the enemies were hiding due to <<Detection>> he still looked the other way, just in case. Facing right, he pointed at a tree, and then another. "Between there, five of them" he whispered to Suki and Paka.

Using his hands to indicate a pincer attack, he softly said, "You two on the right, I'll go from the left." It would be more effective to get them all at once, and take them by surprise. Of course without the <<Hiding>> skill, it would not have been easy to just hide and take them by surprise, but it should be simple enough for the low levels. Umichi was careful, because he did not want another hoard attack, nor to be taken by surprise by the Nepents. However, he did not realise that the Nepents were rooted, to the ground. They could not move themselves, but they could use their roots to attack still. The roots attack would not sprout from underneath like it did from the Large Nepents though, making it simpler.

Hoping they would agree to the strategy of attack, Umichi would creep from the left, and would see that there were five Nepents, if they did agree. All of the Nepents rooted in the ground, their roots would be wriggling above the ground though, some of their roots at least. The Nepents were the same as a normal Nepent essentially, in terms of exp, health and level. Two Nepents would be near him, and three were on the other side where Suki and Paka would be. If Suki and Paka were in position, Umichi would begin charging a <<Sonic Leap>> and charge one of the Rooted Nepents, quickly execute a <<Horizontal>> from a crouched position, finishing the two on his side getting one of the Nepent Saps. This would only happen if both Paka and Suki agreed. Otherwise, it would not happen.

Suki nodded, indicating she understood what Umichi was getting at, and she gripped her <<Annael Blade>>, ready to attack, as she and Paka began to move towards the three near where they were, content to take on one as Paka took on two. She was wary of there being more, not wanting to have a hoard attack, and not wanting to let her guard down. She was wary that this might be hard, given the quest, but saw that the Little Nepents were rooted, making it simpler, and she was wary of underground attacks.

She felt Paka near her, and was reassured, but a little bit annoyed that he was virtually on her back. She moved towards the solitary Nepents of their three, and she began to attack, goig with <<vertical arc>>, and following through with <<horizontal>>, and finishing the Nepents off with <<horizontal square>>. She smiled to herself, pleased with how she had done, and looked about, to see how Umochi and Paka were doing.

Paka seemed to be doing fine, so Suki stepped back, deciding that she wouldn't take a risk this time. She let Paka kill the remaining two Nepents of theirs, looking over to Umichi, knowing he would be okay too. She looked about, deciding to keep an eye on their surroundings and make sure there was no one else around, no monsters, and nothing that could surprise them. While her <<detection>> skill wasn't that high, she knew she could spot any low level hiding.
Paka agreed with the plan, simple because it seemed the easiest, and best to get this done quickly. He took the two that Suki left for him, staying close to her but then she leaped away, to go fight her Nepent and Paka sighed, and went to attack the two left to him. He moved, forming and charging his attacks, going with <<Tsujikaza,>> and <<Ukifune>> an using <<howl>> to keep the two Nepents aim at him. He had soon dispatched them, and looked to check on Suki, but she appeared to already be finished, and was standing guard.

Paka sighed. He supposed he ought to give a little begrudging respect to Umichi for this plan, but that didn't mean anything and it also didn't mean he had to like him, or even let Umichi know. He kept his Katana at the ready, a simple blade that he had enhanced some.

Finishing the two he had, Umichi closed his eyes for a moment. He was seeing if he could feel any other Nepents or not. Feeling that there was one further away, it wasn't one that was being shown through <<Detection>>. How come I can tell there is something over there without it being shown by <<Detection>>. Is it an outside system skill like <<Switch>>? he thought to himself, pulling out some throwing knives. Opening his eyes, he threw the knives as a <<Triple Shot>> into a Nepent. A small flash of light polygons could be seen in the distance he threw them indicating he had killed a Nepent. He could tell it wasn't a wolf or a boar or something else due to the exp and col gain. What he didn't notice was that the knives flew about 30 centimeters in front of Paka.

Hoping Paka would ignore it, he started to speak, "Well, I got one Nepent Sap, what about you guys? How many more do we need?" Umichi asked, using his right hand to flick through the options and open a trade to Suki. Giving her the Sap. "As I was saying before, It's good you two are getting along again." He then said to both Paka and Suki. There were no more Nepents that were in the vicinity. They would have to keep walking.

Taking the lead, he said "Let's keep going a little, so we can finish it." After a little bit of walking, he turned to the left. "Three of them" he said. Approaching slowly, behind three trees. There was one behind each. He stopped for a moment, closing his eyes to see if there was another. It seems there wasn't. "One each. I don't sense others, but be careful. Hopefully we can finish our side with this" Umichi said. He stepped over to the right side of the one on the right. With a quick <<Slant>> he killed it, but did not get the sap. Looking up, he waited for the other two.

Luckily for Umichi, Paka was distracted watching around them, making sure nothing could come up on them, and essentially just making sure Suki was safe. Yet he did feel the attack brush passed him, but by the time he looked about, the attack had landed on the Nepent and he dismissed it as a breeze or something of the like.

He checked his inventory to see if he had any sap, but didn't have any such like and he sighed, wondering how many Nepents they would have to kill before getting all the sap they would need. He wondered how low a drop rate it was, and sighed. He didn't reply when Umichi commented on them getting along, just shrugged, following

He followed along as they searched for more Nepents, and went to attack one of te three before Umichi even spoke aloud about them, using <<Ukraine>> to single shot kill or, receiving the sap they needed as the Nepent died.

He looked about seeing Suki finished with her Nepent too, having not wanted to distract her with a trade while she was fighting. He sent te sap to her, assuming that she needed it, being the groups alchemist.
As te fighting stopped, with Umichi killing his two Nepents, Suki relaxed somewhat, and smiled as Umichi gave her the sap. She checked her inventory, seeing that she too had received sap as a drop. Pleased, that meant they had one to go. This was going better then she thought it would. "I just asked him to be nice" she said, in response to them getting along. "It must be killing him, I'm sure, but he will do it" she smiled at her cousin happily, she was glad he hadn't seen how close Umichi's attack had been, and had been relieved when she had seen the Nepent disintegrate when the attack hit.

She trailed along as they went hunting for more Nepents, nodding when they reached the three Nepents behind the trees, and she approached one to kill, using <<horizontal>> and <<vertical>> to kill the Nepent, but she didn't get anymore sap, but was thrilled as Paka sent her one "that's three" she said with a smile, "we can head back to town, or see if Yui and Yumi need any help"She thought that was a good idea, and she looked to both Umichi and Paka for their opinions.
As Yui and Yumi left the safe zone of the town, they would see a herd of Frnezy boar, nearly 15 of them, who were yet unaware of their presence, but at their movement they would look up, and prepare to attack them.

One boar squeal, and charged at them.

Fujiwara sighed as he and Ayame moved back to the town. The night had passed a considerable amount, but at the very least they had the materials necessary for the creation of the scythe... Minus the wood, that is. The time of day didn't seem to be suitable for hunting for a woodcutter at this time of night, but at the very least they had anything else. As Fujiwara was checking his inventory to make sure that they had everything ready, however, he noticed a new item in his inventory- a Piece of Wood.

"Uh... That is... Where the heck did that come from?" he asked to nobody in particular as the two of them walked back to Cleo's shop. "Actually... You know what? If we have it, then I'm not going to question it. Let's just go and see if we can make you that scythe."

Smiling, Ayame nodded to him as the two of them walked back through the Citadel and back to Cleo's shop. Reaching the entrance, Fujiwara knocked knocked on the door and the two entered the small shop.
"Uh... Hello? Cleo?" he asked, carefully looking around before noticing Cleo busy stoking the flames for a fire.
"Ah, there you are! You've got the materials, I assume?" she asked, turning to Fujiwara and away from the burning furnace.
"Yeah, got the things you needed right here. Wolf fangs, bronze ore, leaves, hooves... The wood. Yeah, it's all here." he said, handing the materials to her one by one.
"Alright, let me get right to that for ya! Give me a second, all right?" Cleo said before beginning work on the scythe.
Ayame watched in awe as Cleo slowly crafted the scythe... Or, at least, she would have, had everything they had brought her not instantaneously broken the second she tried working on it.
"Ah... Sorry, sorry. Seems I gave you the wrong list of stuff. I'll get you the right one right away. That all right?" Cleo asked, quickly making a second list and handing it to Fujiwara. "I've never seen a design for stuff like yours, though... Maybe that's why I just can't seem to get it down right..." she mused to herself as Fujiwara looked over the list and sighed.
"Well... Not like we've got many other options. You fine with hunting for more, Ayame?" he asked. Shrugging, she thought to herself a bit before nodding.
"Well, it's not like we can make it any other way, and I doubt anyone else is willing to try. Might as well, right?" she stated before Fujiwara nodded and read the list aloud.
"One boar leather, two pieces of wood, one wolf fang and three copper ores. Hey, this actually doesn't seem half bad. But... Well, actually... Is there any way we could just fund you for the wood instead? It's a bit troublesome to go woodcutting at this time of night..." he asked Cleo as he looked the list over twice more.
"Well, I can see what I can do. I mean, I did put all your effort to waste, after all..." Cleo trailed off before Fujiwara nodded,
"All I needed to hear. Come on Ayame, let's make one more trip to go murder some animals." he said before walking out the door. Sighing at his weird sense of humor, Ayame waved farewell to Cleo before following him out the door.

Yui and Yumi saw the approaching Frenzy boar, and Yumi quickly began to move, attacking the charging boar, and quickly killing it, happily receiving a <<Boar hoof>>. She danced aside as the other Frenzy boars aimed for her, spinning aside, and attacking as she could.

Yui, taken by surprise, had quickly recovered, and aimed to help Yumi, keeping an eye on both of their health, ready to get health potions out of her inventory to drink down. She attacked Frenzy boars, managing to move amongst them without losing too much health. Every few kills or so, Yumi or Yui received the required <<Boar hoofs>>. They had soon gotten through 10 of the 15 or so Frenzy boars, neither having declined much passed the yellow in their health.

Yumi jogged back, breathing slightly fast, reaching her next level, she quickly took the chance to use the 3 base points she got from leveling as Yui managed to continue fighting the frenzy boar.

Yui quickly managed to kill two more Frenzy boar, and looked over her shoulder as Yumi returned to the fight, tackling another one. In another few moments, they had killed off the remaining Frenzy boars, receiving all the <<Boar hoofs>> that were needed. Yumi looked about, wary of any more Boar.

"Lets head back to the town" Yui said, "And the safe zone, the others seem to be okay" She flicked a quick message to Paka, getting a reply back quickly, stating that the they were heading back to town too, and she told Yumi so.

They both headed back to town, waiting for Paka, Suki and Umichi to join them.

(kinda blah...)

Fujiwara sighed as he and Ayame reached the gates. The second trip outside the gates over the course of a night... It felt a bit excessive, but at this point leaving Ayame out of the loop was like leaving valuable resources unused in a strategy game. Looking around the gates, he noticed a small pack of wolves near the area where he had killed them earlier.

"Hm... So they generally respawn near the same areas, huh...? I guess that's pretty interesting..." he said to himself before directing Ayame to the wolves ad rushing in himself. The duo (mainly Fujiwara) quickly dispatched the pack with minimal effort before he noticed another pack spawn nearby. Opening his inventory, he noticed that he had all three copper ores and a wolf fang already. Shaking his head in disbelief, he turned to Ayame.
"Hey... How many wolves were in that pack?" he asked, cocking his head to the side.
"Erm... I'd say maybe five or six?"
"Well, that's pretty... Weird then. But we're done with wolves for now." he stated before opening up his map and looking it over. "The boars should be... I guess... Wow, they're a little ways back, near the road that leads out of the town. Lead the way, I guess." he said as Ayame sighed and smiled before walking back to the gate.
"And... There aren't any. What the heck?" Fujiwara asked himself as he looked over his map again. "It's like the entire section was wiped clear of boars. Who the heck would-" he began to say before facepalming and sighing. "Right. It must have something to do with that werewolf bullcrap. Alright, come on Ayame. We only need one leather and they should be respawning soon enough."

Nodding to him, Ayame began walking around the area, noticing a few lone wolves here and there but no boars in sight. She turned to Fujiwara who was having similar issues locating the creatures. Shaking her head, he walked over to Fujiwara and began to speak.

"Hey... You know, if our group's the only one up at the moment and are at the root of the missing boars... Maybe you could ask them if they have what we need?"
"Actually... Yeah, that'd probably be better in the long run. Why didn't I think of that?" Fujiwara responded before quickly typing up a PM to send to Umichi.

"Hey, got a second?
I seem to be missing a boar leather for the whole weapon crafting sidequest thing that we split off to work on. Since every boar in the area seems to have disappeared off the face of the map, I was wondering if you guys had any on you. Because... Well, I don't know exactly how the respawn timers work in this game, and your team seems to have been the only one awake at this time of night. Yeah. So, got any?"

Satisfied, Fujiwara sent the message before closing up the menu screen and turning to the town gates.
"Alright. I'd say that's enough of this no-light hunting for today. Let's head back to town and see if we can't find anyone selling some pieces of wood that we can use." he said before moving back to town. Shrugging, Ayame followed closely behind.

Paka received the email from Yui, and relayed it to Umichi and Suki, "Yui and Yumi have finished gathering the <<Boar Hoofs>> that we need for whatever thing we are making to take down the werewolf" He said, "And we have all the <<Nepent Sap>>, so we should head back to town now" He said, "and get this quest finished"

He looked to Suki and Umichi to see if they agreed. Suki nodded, "Yeah, lets get back to town, and find out what we have to do with the Sap and the hoofs" She clearly glanced at the time, seeing that it was nearing 4.30. She had a troubled look on her face, which she quickly concealed, and her expression went blank. Suki was thinking about her family, her brothers just now getting up to start the days work, feeding some of the animals, doing anything else that needed to be done, and she sighed, looking away from both Paka and Umichi.

She trotted off ahead, looking about them, searching for any sign of monsters, but it seemed asny others were either not in the area, or sleeping. If they slept. Which was good, because Suki was starting to grow a bit weary from the continual fighting and walking. She wanted to end the quest, and stay in town for a little while.

Seeing that they had got the three they needed, Umichi agreed to Paka's idea. "Yeah, we should see if they need help or not and then head to town." Looking at Suki and Paka, Umichi then started to walk out the way they came from. Not long after he started, Paka told them about the message he received from Yui.
"Yui and Yumi have finished gathering the <<Boar Hoofs>> that we need for whatever thing we are making to take down the werewolf" He said, "And we have all the <<Nepent Sap>>, so we should head back to town now" He said, "and get this quest finished"
"Alright, let's just head to town then" Umichi replied to Paka.

Turning to Suki as she agreed, he saw her change the look on her face, before he could recognise the type of look on her face, to a blank expression. He wanted to ask what was wrong, but he wasn't sure if that was the most appropriate question. Unable to tell what she was thinking or what was wrong he closed his eyes and sighed silently. As Suki trotted ahead, Umichi got a message from Fujiwara.

Fujiwara said
"Hey, got a second?

He didn't reply yet. First he messaged Yui and Yumi, "Hey, did either of you get any Boar Leather? Fujiwara needs some. If you have any send him a message." Umichi then asked Suki and Paka in case, "I doubt either of you have any, but did either of you get any Boar Leather? Fujiwara needs some." Looking as Suki was still going straight, "Suki, to the right" he called out to her. Umichi had good spacial awareness and a good sense of direction. Although any direction would get them out of the woods, turning right from where Suki was would go directly to the front gates of Citadel, if one went straight. Umichi continued to follow Suki who was in front of the trio, smiling to himself as he looked at her. He stayed alert though, nothing was coming at them, so all seemed good.

Suki looked over when Umichi asked if anyone had any Boar Leather, and she checked her inventory, coming up with nothing, and she shook her head, "no" She said, just as Umichi said "Suki, to the right" She blinked, and shifted, changing direction to go towards the right, and she looked back, seeing Umichi smiling and looking at her. She smiled as well, but blushed slightly, looking back ahead. She loved this time of morning, as the sky was beginning to lighten, and she noted that even in this world, animals seemed to start to wake, and she spun about suddenly, happy, despite being where they were, and she jogged back to Umichi, with a smile. She felt, for one of the very few rare moments, at peace in this game.

She looked over when Paka said "I have some Boar Leather" He said with a yawn, "I got it a few days ago, and was going to get some leather armor crafted from it, but Fujiwara can have it, lets just hurry up and get to town"

Suki shot Paka a look, and he sighed, but didn't say anything else, and Suki smiled, pleased. "I'll tell Fujiwara that we have some then" She said cheerfully, already bringing up her menu to send Fujwara a messing, simply saying 'Paka has some leather. We will give it to you when we get back to town'. She sent it, and looked ahead, looking for the town.

Paka sighed again and ran a hand through his hair, staying nearby Umichi and Suki. He didn't know what he was going to do from here, but he would stay with Suki, and make sure all was okay, and try to keep them both alive, until they could get out of this game. He wondered if that was possible, beyond beating the game. Was Kayaba a player in the game, he wondered? Could they find him, and beat him, and get out the game early? He didn't know, and Paka pushed those thoughts away for later, trailing behind the other two.

Hearing that Paka had some leather, and Suki would message Fujiwara, Umichi was content with the fact things were moving smoothly. With Suki jogging back to him, with a smile, he felt at peace. Although it was a death game, they could still enjoy moments like this. It's fine to just enjoy these moments right? I just hope moments like these can continue. he thought to himself.

They approached Citadel, and there was Yui and Yumi at the entrance. "Yo. I think we should all split to get the different parts done. Yui and Yumi get the weapon made, Paka, get the leather to Fujiwara and Suki can make the whatever it is that the alchemist told her to make. Once we are done, probably best to buy what you need and then meet back here to head out. Anyone have any problems with that?" Umichi discussed the plans to the group, asking to see if they had any other ideas.

Fujiwara glanced at his inbox as he heard a notification pop up on the side of his view. Quickly opening it up, he saw that it was a message from Suki. Looking at it inquisitively, he opened it up and read it over. Ayame casually peeked over his shoulder and leaned on it as she read the note with him.

"Ah, so that Paka person's got some leather, right?" she asked, looking at Fujiwara as he closed up the message and pulled up the map.
"Well... It seems that way. And it looks as if everyone's gathered at the gates to the town, so that makes finding them a lot easier. Heck, we're already there, after all." he said, closing up the map and walking over to the rest of the party.
"Hey, seems like everyone's here. Seems like that's one less thing to go find." he said, waving to everyone and walking over to them. "We're almost done with the weapon-making thing, so we should be about ready to tag along with you guys for the main mission in a bit."

Suki was relieved as everyone joined up again at the city gates, pleased to see everyone safe, and alive. She let out a slow breath, happy. She looked up the inventory, for the Nepent sap, satisfied to see it there, along with the mandrake root. Suki guess what she would have to do with that, mix it together to create a the required ingredient, which she guessed would be used with the weapon she assumed Yumi would make with the blacksmith.

She gave both Yumi and Yui a hug, glad they hadn't seemed to have too much trouble collecting their required items. She was already amazed at how quickly she had come to consider them both great friends. She supposed something like this would through you close to people, to develop close ties.

She couldn't say she hated it.

She would still go and ask the alchemist what she was suppose to do, not wanting to mess it up, and be at fault for ruining the quest and have to do it again. so she nodded as Umichi discussed what they should do, and said "I think that's a good idea, get everything done quickly" She smiled, "I'll head over to the Alchemist" And before anyone could complain, or tell her to stay, she jogged off down the street, towards the Alchemist. She had soon learned how to make the mandrake oil, which would coat the blade that Yumi would make, in order to take down the "Werewolf".

Suki took pride in what she did, and was thrilled with the outcome, successfully making the Oil. She soon returned to the gates, smiling and looked about.
Paka followed along until they reached the city gates, and therefore reached the safe zone, where he relaxed slightly, ceasing his vigial of the surrounding area for any monsters. He nodded, having no arguments with the plan Umichi. Before he could suggest to Suki that he join her, she had already started off, jogging down the street, and Paka sighed.

He looked about, wondering what to do, as he set up a trade to Fujiwara, giving him the boar leather, so Fujiwara could complete his quest of making a weapon, whatever weapon he was making. He sighed, and decided to wait there for everyone to join up again,
"Sounds good" Yumi replied, smiling and returning Suki's hug, "I'll go make the weapon then. I hope I can do it" She looked around at them all, before following Suki's example, heading off towards the blacksmith. Yumi wasn't at all sure if she could build the weapon, but thought under the blacksmith's guidance she thought it would be possible.

She tried not to think that she only had one shot.

She approached building the weapon with her usual cheer, following the instructions of the blacksmith in order to craft the weapon, and she hammered the blade, although it was merely the action, swinging the hammer up, and bringing it down for a tap, with three taps later the blade, named Silver Boar Blade formed, and Yumi let out a whoop, thanked the blacksmith, and headed down the street, back to the group.

"Some one has to wield this, I think" She said

"And polis it with the oil" Suki added

Seeing that they agreed, Umichi saw Paka stay, "I'll be right back," Umichi said to him. He decided to wonder about town, looking to see if there was anything of interest. There wasn't much, but after looking through the skills, he saw <<Acrobatics>>. He decided for now, to change his <<Blade Throwing>> for <<Acrobatics>>. With that, he jumped up and down a few time. It seems he could reach his natural jumping height with it equipped, which was actually somewhat high. Taking one step and a jump, he twisted, and did a flip. His body still felt a little stiff, but it was better than without it. He was probably able to do better aerial maneuvers with this skill.

For only a couple of minutes, he was just testing out the skill, getting some exp in it quite easily. Umichi then headed for the gate, seeing Suki arrive before him, he smiled. After reaching the gate, he turned to see Yumi with the Silver Boar Blade. Hearing Yumi state something obvious about wielding the blade, Suki added that they would need to polish it with oil. "Well, it looks like a one-handed straight sword to me, so I think to wield it. Any problems?" He asked. If no-one complained, he would send a trade to take possession of the weapon to Yumi and one to Suki to get the oil.

Fujiwara thanked Paka as he traded over the boar leather before closing up the confirmation window and checking his inventory to make sure that the trade had gone through. Seeing the material in his inventory now, Fujiwara and Ayame nodded to the party as they moved back into the city. Quickly weaving through the city's roads as they had done a few times ago, the two ended up in front of Cleo's shop once again. Before Fujiwara could open the door, though, Cleo opened it from the other side and smiled.

"I had a feeling you two would be back soon. I've got the wood you requested ready." she said as she, Ayame and Fujiwara entered the shop. "So, given that you're here you've got everything else, right?"
"Yeah, I've got everything right here." Fujiwara said, quickly materializing each of the materials that Cleo had requested of him earlier. "You sure it'll work this time?"
"Of course, of course! Trust me, your stuff won't go to waste again!" Cleo responded happily before gathering the materials up and tapping them each a few times with her hammer before starting to smelt the bronze ore in the furnace.
"And three... Two... One... Now!" she said, quickly pulling out the bronze (which was now an ingot) with a pair of tongs and lowering it into a bucket of water.
"You know... Compared to the stunt you pulled last time, this one isn't exploding in your face." Fujiwara said, the snide remark apparently not fazing Cleo in any way.
"Well, that's just how the cookie crumbles sometimes, eh?" she retorted as she brought the ingot onto an anvil and lined it up with the rest of the materials before tapping them all once more with her hammer.

At that point, Fujiwara and Ayame stared, the former in more bemusement than the latter, as the shape seemed to shift multiple times, as if rotating through the different established weapon types before finally setting on the shape of a scythe.
"Well, that was... Interesting." he said as Ayame picked up the scythe and swung it around a few times. "Well, how is it?"
"It's a lot better than that oversized toothpick you gave me earlier." Ayame said jokingly before laughing a bit. "But in truth, I didn't expect it to be this comfortable. It's weird, holding something like this. Feels like I'm an anime protagonist or something."
"Alright, if you say so. I guess it's about time to go. Thanks for the stuff." Fujiwara said as he and Ayame left the shop and headed back to the gates. Once there, the two waved to the party present at the gate and approached them all.
"I guess we're about ready... Maybe. We're still not letting her on the front lines, though." Fujiwara said to Umichi before leaning against a wall and sighing. "Geez, sleep schedule's so damn weird right now..."

While Suki, currently, used a one handed sword, it wasn't a weapon she was comfortable with completely to fight what could be a field boss, so she nodded, "you're the best to wield it" She said, with a smile, trading the oil to him, knowing she would be better as support in this situation then anything else. She saw Paka nod, and given that he weilded a Katana, he didn't really have any argument.

Suki laughed as Fujiwara said that his sleep schedule was weird right now, "live on a farm, and you'll be okay" it was better to laugh, then to dwell on what her family was doing in the real world. "I think the rest of the day, we shouldn't do too much anyway" She thought it was a good idea, thinking that a day here and there to relax might beneficial in staying alive.

She looked out as the sky continued to lighten, glancing to the time, seeing it was nearly 5 am, "We should get moving" She said, looking back, seeing Yumi trading the weapon to Umichi, then looking to Fuiwara and Ayame, studying the weapon they had gotten made, seeing that it wasn't a typical weapon for the game, but it clearly was a weapon, and hopefully would work. "A scythe?" She asked, "Is there any skills for that?" She wondered outloud.

Receiving the sword and the oil through the trade, Umichi flicked through his item list. "I am still hesitant on bringing Ayame along, but if you two really want to come, I won't stop you. Just be careful." Finding the Silver Boar Blade he equipped it, his Anneal Blade <<3S3D2Q>> disappeared and the Silver Boar Blade appeared strapped to his back. While looking for the oil, "You figure out how to activate the sword skills with that scythe yet?" he asked, bringing a jar of oil out. He drew his new blade, tapped the jar, and his right index finger glowed. With his finger, he traced along the length of the sword, along the sword one could see it start to shine from the oil.

"You guys, the chances are, you guys won't be able to afflict much damage on the Dire Werewolf. After all, it is said that they are weak only to silver and a few other things. It is likely to be fast, don't let your guard down. If you don't think you are up for it, I recommend you stay behind." Umichi told the others his opinion, test swinging the sword. It was lighter, but a little slower. The quickness enhancements gave him a bit of a speed edge on his Anneal blade. "If anyone has an idea of a strategy speak it up, but for now, I think it is best to find it first." He told them, starting to head South as they were told. To the forest with a clearing where the Dire Werewolf stays.

Ayame nodded at Suki's comment, casually spinning the scythe around before planting it in the ground.
"Well, I find it a bit better. It's a bit unorthodox, but if this is a game I might as well have fun playing it~!" she said, smiling before Umichi began to speak. Following his rundown of the boss, Fujiwara began to speak.
"Well, it's not just you who's kind of on the fence about bringing her along, but at the same time nothing's going to be respawning for a while and I need her to start gaining levels. Regardless, we'll probably be sticking to the back line and keeping any minion spawns off of you. If anything big happens, I can probably tag Ayame out and block hits for her. And... Well, we haven't really figured much of anything out yet regarding skills for the scythe yet but we'll get to that soon enough, I guess." he said as he began trailing behind Umichi. Ayame shrugged and followed behind, warily looking around for any signs of attack.

Paka sighed, knowing that no one would be able to do much, without the Silver Boar blade, but he still spoke up and said, "if worse comes to worse, I have my Howl Ability, so I can drag the beast to me while the others get out. I can have a crystal ready to go, once everyone is safe" he said, trying to be reassuring, but he knew the only way he was going to be able to do that, was if Umichi was dead, and he saw Suki grimace. He winced, not liking that scenario either, but planning for the worst seemed the best, rather then having them all be killed by a rabid wolf.

He eventually shrugged, and started to follow, his Katana at the ready, just in case there were more monsters around, and just in case the werewolf decided to jump out from somewhere. He wasn't' too happy about bringing along someone without much experience, and without proper knowledge of their weapon, but if they were going to be a team, then there had to be a certain amount of trust.

Paka would simply make it his job to make sure that he could get as many of them out alive as possible, at least until his own demise.
Suki stared after Paka as he started to walk, seemingly unperturbed by what he had said, but Suki was beyond troubled about it. It was almost as if Paka didn't think that they could all get out of this alive, and Suki didn't like that. There was absolutely no way that Suki would Believe they couldn't get out of this alive, andn she gripped her Anneal Blade tight in determination, and jogged after them, soon catching up with Umichi, glancing back at Paka.

Suki thought that just because they might not be able to do much damage, didn't mean that they couldn't distract the beast, and if Umichi was in trouble, that's what she would do, stab and attack it, to distract it, and give Umichi time to react. She didn't voice this, knowing both Umichi and Paka would crush that plan down to the ground. Instead, she kept it to herself.

It didn't take them long to reach the area where the Dire Werewolf was meant to be, and Suki began to look about, uneasy. The beast could just appear, throughout the trees, and she was right as there was a quick movement, and suddenly the Dire Werewolf was there. She stepped back, to give Umichi room to fight and wield the Silver Boar Blade
