Roxy wouldn't have any problem with Drake using stolen money. She won't keep the money simply because she wasn't the one who stole it. There is no telling what kind of trouble is attached to it.

Kinda. He had to live on the streets since he was 16. But he doesn't know what she thinks either, so far he has only been a burden from what he is getting.
