"Ah, ok then. Whenever your ready, Addie." Vindle said, smiling. Although he was disappointed that Rosie wasn't able to go to the gym, he didn't reveal his disappointment.

"Tch, that hag! Where's the benefactor, he's gotta be nicer than that hag! Or is it a she... Argh, I don't know but the hag needs to be fired or something!" Rosie ranted. She could be heard outside her room but not all the way downstairs.

Kyo nodded a 'thank you' to the house keeper and ate silently as the happenings in the room continued. He still couldn't tell if Katherin had understood him, but he figured he would ask later. If she didn't he would just have to keep looking for some way to communicate. Not really a big deal. It was a little surprising how calm she seemed from where he was. At least, that's what he thought he saw, but the pink kitten floating in the corner of the room might not be real either. Either way, he just focused on eating until the housekeeper finally called everyone to go to the gym. He stood silently, pushed in his chair, and prepared to get going.

"Hey! Whoever is yelling keep your language appropriate! We've got little kids here!" Rosie yelled after coming out of her room.

Kyo tensed at the sound of a loud voice coming from somewhere. It bothered him for some reason. He stood still in the dining hall, suddenly unwilling to leave.

Muh-thuh-fuh-kuhz, re-pronounced in Trevor's head. He was not sure what that was supposed to mean, but the voice sounded angry. His mother must have done something. Trevor picked up his crow and held it close to his chest. He remembered times when he was angry at his mother. He did not miss those times, but he did miss seeing her smiling face, especially that smiling face she would give his dad when he came back to the apartment after work. He squeezed the bird, and the stiff feathers still attached to the corpse. The feathers were stale with dried, darkened blood.

He stopped squeezing the bird and held its face close to his face. He puckered out his lips as to imitate the beak, "Gym time," he explained at last, in a quiet early-elementary voice. Inside Trevor's head, the bird had responded with an exuberant amount of glee.

"To the gym!” G said, then walked up to the new girl. “Hello, I’m G. I can change my gender."

'What an odd ability." Katherin stated. "I sm not sure how you could develop that. Do you know the way to the gym?"

“Uh, that I don’t…” G laughed. “Maybe we should just follow the others."

Seeing that others were getting ready to leave as well, Kyo started walking to the gym. He had been there once or twice in the amount of time he had been here, though he sometimes couldn't remember exactly how long that was. Long enough to know where the gym was, apparently.

Luke was inside the gym meandering about by himself trying to avoid the other kids. He kept his eyes to the floor. He would look up occasionally to make sure he wasn't about to run into anyone. That's the last thing he wanted, human interaction.

Addie smiled, and reached her hand out to search for Vindle, so that they could make their way to the gym.

Vindle stood up reached his arm out near Addie's hand so she could grab on. Come to think of it, I have no idea where the gym is. Should be easy if I use the shadows, though. he thought.

Addie gingerly grabbed onto Vindle's arm, and then proceeded to lock her arm around Vindle's, in order to stay close. "Thanks, again, for helping me out." Addie said, with a small smile. She preferred now to look down at the ground.

Edwin woke up and looked at the clock. "Oh no" he said. They had slept in. They had just gotten here yesterday, so they didn't know where anything was. Who knows where everyone was. He ran over to Cenhelm's room. "Wake up" he said while knocking on the door. Cenhelm quickly got up and got dressed. They both walked around until they heard voices. They were coming from the hallway. They went over and saw some people walking. They didn't know anyone there. They quickly went to the back and followed them to wherever they were going.

"It's no problem." Vindle said, smiling. He was using a thin shadow line that guided him to the gym, with his guiding Addie. Once they arrived to the gym, the shadow disappeared.
"We're here." he said.

Trevor made way to the gym. He followed the group, or at least what seemed to Trevor as a group marching their way to the gym. He held his crow, securely, and inserted one of the feet into his mouth, "Mmym time!" Gym time! he said excitedly. Following orders was one of his biggest tasks, in Trevor's opinions. He remembered when he had a hard time following his mother's tasks. She would get angry and frustrated and . . sometimes he would get a spanking. He knew if he followed orders, she would be happy!
