"It is nice to have such an easy going partner." Katherin said with a smile. "I don't know what kind of ingredients we have access to, but I have always loved potato soup. Would that be alright?"

Daniel gave it a thought, and thought, "Why not?" He said, "Sure, let's go with that. Nothing can go wrong with it, can it?"

Cenhelm looked at Edwin. "Do you want to make chicken soup?" he asked. "Sure" Edwin replied. They started looking around for all the ingredients.

"oh come on...why not? I even help with the income of this place" Jannette said and changed her face to the one of a small child so the housekeeper would feel pity and let her cook

After taking a few deep breaths, Kyo felt he was calm enough to get up from the floor without causing any issues. He looked over at Sky on the counter and carefully removed her hands from her ears. Giving her a small smile, he picked up the book again to look through it with her for a soup they could work on.

"Just because we take a portion of your income doesn't make you any better then the other children. Chip contributes but you don't see him complaining. You will follow the rules or you will suffer the consquences." The housekeeper snapped.

A recipe caught Sky's eye. "How about this one?" She ask pointing at the recipe for tomato soup. "It looks simple to make."

"How old are you? Four? Act your age." he said in reply to the woman's mocking, then put on his gloves and walked back over to Sterling. "Shall I list the ingredients for the soup?"

Jannette got angry and for a second lost control of her powers almost revealing her real appearence, she took her mother's appearence just in time and sighed.
Now sitting on a chair in the corner of the room she started writing

Kyo nodded and started gathering ingredients. Tomatoes, onion, cloves, salt, milk, and a few other items all made it onto the counter along with a couple of measuring cups and spoons. He decided to take care of the knife work, so he pointed to the measurements of the ingredients that didn't require cutting and wrote out a request on his paper from before.
Can you measure these out?

Sky nodded. "Wait hold on!" She said hopping off the counter and she ran over to the housekeeper. "Miss, may I have a stool please?" She asked looking up at the elder lady

Katherin handed him the potatoes as she peeled them. She could tell that he wasn't that excited about this class but then again he didn't seem excited by anything.

Cassedy grumbled something under her breath, she trudged towards the hill towing some luggage. She looked angry, but she was actually relieved. As she made her way towards the home she studied it, smiling a bit now that she knew it looked nice. She made her way to the front door, knocking on it slowly and smiling slightly as she did. Looking over the work on the front she nodded in approval, as she brought her hand up to knock she sighed, slowly making her fist hit the wooden frame. "Hello!" She shouted, hoping to draw the attention of whoever sat inside.

Someone else late? Vindle thought. Seeing as the housekeeper looked a bit occupied, Vindle stepped out of the room and went to the door, opening it.
"Hey, come on in." Vindle said. Only then did he think about the housekeeper scolding him, but it's not like he cared.

So Chip listed all the ingredients for the soup. "You will make the noodles, and I will make the rest of the soup." he said as he began boiling the water in the bowl. As he waited for that to boil, he began cutting up the onions, carrots, and the celer with precise precision, and putting it in the bowl as he stirred the water with a wooden spoon.

The housekeeper carefully handed her a stool. She growled when she noticed that Vindle had left the room. She hated when the children did that.

"Thank you, I assume you are the keeper of this place?" Cassedy smiled at the boy, she wondered who exactly he was, it was always fun to find these things out. Instead of waiting for his answer she walked inside, placing her luggage by the door and smiling.
