The Lions of Wallstreet (GOT RP)

Instead of ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ they should have had made a movie called ‘The Lions of Wall Street’ a movie about the three Lannister Children. Tyrion would be spending all that money on hookers, Cersei would drink and Jaime would somehow try to keep it all together… that is if he’s not busy with Cersei (dining/surfing/on his table) or partying with Tyrion.

There will, of course, be many other characters from GOT and lots of conflict, I'm sure. Probably less blood and guts, though. The ages of characters will significantly change from those in the novels or TV show; for example, I plan to play Cersei in her mid-20's, therefore if anyone intends on playing Joffrey, Myrcella or Tommen, they would perhaps need to be cousins of the Lannisters, or possibly siblings.

OC's are acceptable, even encouraged, but it would be desirable for some canon characters to be taken up first.

The RP will probably have mature content, to warn anyone who may be uncomfortabe with subjects such as sex, drugs or other such topics.

Interested, though I'd likely prefer to be a canon character. I'd have to think about that a bit more, but this has drawn my interest. I'll keep an eye on it and see how it develops.

Definitely interested. Quick question though, would it be mainly based around Wall Street or would that just be the setting?

Wall Street is just the background, to pull it into a modern AU. It will probably lean more towards almost a 'slice of life' RP but with the lovely, twisted, power-hungry characters from the GoT universe :)

However, I should probably point out, and please don't hate me...I haven't read the novels yet. I have my last exam a week today and I'm buying myself the first book as a kind of 'reward' to myself. I'm also only on the fourth episode of the third season of the TV show.

Hey. y'all. So I wanted to run by you a few different plotlines. Unfortunately, I can't take credit for the wordings. They're from Tumblr, but they're basically what I had in mind, only worded better. I'm not sure who the credit for the final image goes to. Anyway, these are a few of the Plotlines I'd like to play, leading on from what Silver Carrot was saying about mob-bosses and such. With these plotlines, I figure we can have almost as much violence as the show.

Mafia Lannisters

We report today that Mafia don Bobby Baratheone has been found dead in his house. His wife Crercei's family, her younger brothers Tyrion and Jaime as well as her father Tywin have taken over the illegal gambling bars of the Baratheone Family, as well as the rest of NYC’s organzied crime. We also report that Commisioner Edward Stark received a threat this morning, finding the head of a horse in his bedroom. Police believes that the Lannisters have wanted to send a message to New York’s chief of police — That’s it for now, and here is Lisa with the wheather.

Perhaps it was better this way. How could he ever live after all he had done? After all he had seen. We’ve all been living a lie and there’s nothing sacred about this world. Beauty had died in the trenches in France.

But surely there had to be some beauty. He had to remember. The sweet summer days, and his father’s face, and Tyrion’s smile. And the taste of Cersei’s lips. There was still beauty in all of those. In Tyrion’s love. In his children’s golden hair. In the softness of his lover’s skin.

NOTE; Ths RP is still not completely centred around the Lannisters, and I can't wait to see how other characters will be incorporated. The Lannisters are simply my favourite, that's why the AU suggestions are based around them.
