DMT is not only the most powerful psychedelic, it's one of the safest drugs available and the trip only lasts around 15 minutes.

You could try the Uberman Sleep Cycle, it's supposed to train your body to instantly go into REM during the brief times you sleep and give you very vivid, lucid dreams. I tried it once but my schedule didn't allow for me to continue, plus I started getting bored with so much extra time on my hands since I was only sleeping about an added total of 3 hours, I didn't know what to do with myself. I may try it again someday if I have the time.

I read somewhere that hallucinogenics can actually trigger schizophrenia in late teens-late twenties, if you're already predisposed to it. Not sure how true it is, but it didn't seem like alarmist anti-drug propaganda, sounded pretty compelling.

I'm gonna try this too, I hope I can get some good lucid dreams out of it

Had an insomniac friend who went days without sleep as the norm, a lot of the time she would just stay awake until she unconsciously passed out. That plus drugs made her one strange person.

Also not sure if 80 hours would be long enough for hardcore hallucinations, you'd barely be entering deprivation, even if you managed to make yourself go that long without passing out/microsleeping without someone helping you do this craziness.

Drugs or Lucid dreaming are the safer bets for hallucination. With the downside to drugs being that they cost moneyz and the downside to lucid dreaming being that it takes time and effort to pull off. Addiction to either would be very bad for you.

I've done lucid dreaming before for a while, writing down your dreams is a pain in the ass though
