"Sorry it's more out of habit if anything" she said having not exactly noticed it so calmed herself down and gave him his breakfast before sitting down to eat her own. "We'll need to go look after Wisp first and then we can play a few games with her this afternoon once we're back if you like?"

"what do you mean? Why would you make a habit of rushing? What sort of games to do play with a foal?" Zack asked confused. It seemed like just when he thought he understood her she did something to confuse him again. Would he ever know what to expect form her? Or would he spend the rest of his life confused and uncertain?

Keita frowned a moment "That's not the right word I guess you could say I'm used to a routine, doing things at certain times so I tend to rush if I'm running late if it's not a day where I'm relaxing like a few days ago" she explained to him "and you can play horse ball with them, they pick the ball up and throw it, also they like to run around so some will play chase with you too"

"Thats too weird." Zack shook his head. "I guess I will come with you. I can't imagine playing with a horse."

"I'm quite weird I know" she smiled and after they'd both finished she headed over to the stable with him and got to work mucking out and tending to the foal carefully while she got used to them both still.

Zack watched her interacting with the foal. He had never seen anything like it. He thought the pal was a work animal not a play animal.

"When they're young like this they learn through play and it's good for to associate us with good things" she smiled and moved his hand to touch her warm fur. "She's a sweet foal huh?" she smiled at him.

"I don't know that I understand. I thought the foal was a work animal. Woundnt it be better if she associated you with work rather then play?" Zack asked. She didn't see the point of playing with an aminsl that was expected to work. "To you play with you slaves and workers too?"

"Foals are basically children, if they associate work with play then they'll learn to enjoy it more and be more willing to work as well as getting used to my prescience too that way she's relaxed around me and when she's older we'll introduce her to the tack and get her used to being ridden and pulling carts, it's a slow process since she still needs to develop properly" she said to him and then showed him where a lot of horses liked getting a scratch "A lot of horses like being scratched there" she smiled.

Zack shook his head. He didn't see how playing games taught the foal anything. Still he didntbknow antsy thing about horses. "You are the expert." he watched he interact. He wasn't sure that he should interact with the creature too much until he had a better understanding of what she was doing.

Keita looked to him and tried to teach him how to interact with the foal so at least it'd be used to him. She let the foal sniffed his and then it investigated his reddish hair and nibbled a bit of it before pulling back confused.

"Sorry little one. I'm not eatable." Zack patted the foals nose. "Do horses see color? Maybe he thinks I'm a carrot." He joked. He liked Wisps. He thought she was a beautiful animal. Not that he was an expert.

Keita smiled |Hmm not sure but maybe" she smiled at him "but it's good that she's investigating you" she smiled and stroked the foal who went over to him again curious as usual and made her laugh a bit. "She defiantly likes you though that's for sure"

Zack smiled and scratched the foal the way she had showed him. "I think she can tell that I am different." Zack was a little concerned that the animal could tell he wasn't like other humans. Could other creatures tell he wasn't from Earth? If animals could tell could humans tell? "This could be a problem."

"It's fine, she won't tell others" she whispered "and humans can't tell so don't worry" she said quietly and soon enough the foal became comfortable and started to play around with them both before she picked up Wisps halter which was hanging outside the stable and put it o the foal she then took her out to the pasture where Storm, the older shire was. "It's quite finny watching her interact with him now apparently" she said to him.

Zack wasn't sure but he hoped she was right.he was trying so hard to appear like he was human. It helped that he had a humanoid shape and appearance. But his behaviors gave him away.

"Zack honestly it's ok, a lot of humans do have weird behaviours now days so don't worry so much" she said to him quietly to try and get him to calm down. Plus animals don't care about such things so it won't cause any problems"

"I'll try." But she wasn't the one who would end up in a lab if the world discovered his secret. He wondered what her people would do to her. He frowned at the thought. He didn't like the idea of her being hurt because of him. He wrapped his arms around her and held her against him. "I don't want you getting hurt because of me." He whispered before lowering his mouth to hers. He knew she didn't like him holding and kissing her like this, but he needed to do so.

Keita was rather surprised like before but quickly relaxed and kissed him back although she was still as red as before as well. Pulling away to breathe she looked to him "It'll be ok, the won't find out anything" she smiled at him softly. "So don't worry Zack" she said and this time kissed him quickly on the lips.

Zack ran his thumb over her lips. "I have to worth. If anyone finds out what I really am there will hurt you. I don't want to cause you pain. You must teach me how to be human. I want to be able to protect you." Zack told her.
