Chaos is good. After all, unity is the desire of tyrants and despots. Democracy requires that everyone pulls in different directions. It's the only way to make progress.

Well, Aswell and Vivia seem to have vanished (The other islands I assume are just too small to see here, given the ratio), and lesser Morland (I think?) Has shifted a good way from East to South, hasn't it? XD Other than that, it looks pretty good.

We come from one weird shaped continent xD

Lydiah is next up.

Yay :D

I can easily solve my detailed Lydiah map issues by flipping the image, erasing the names and retyping them. Simple!

Also, it so far appears that I have one of the largest, if not the largest, navy. So none of you pirates try sneaking into Lydiah by sea! (go and ambush the land-based caravans in the mountains instead...).

Yeah I will be doing a more specific and detailed one at a later date. This is just a VERY VERY basic map to get the idea.

Aye, but does the dozen extra little ships make up for the four massive ones and the quality? :p
Not that it matters, you're poorer than I hoped, not enough profit to be made starting a war over your goods. Though I do plan to acquire some more ships... Anyone selling? XD That, of I need to form an alliance so that the majority of ships are on my side, else my contingency plan if things go south will be an epic failure.

Hmm, I'll have to start some trade routes (is that possible?) with other nations to get more wealth. Nevertheless, I still have the highest GDP.

I can ally with you if you want. Together out navys would rule the waves :D

Here is the flipped, zoomed in detailed map of Lydiah if anything specifically takes place in the country:

Also, gowia, could the currency symbol for the Lydiahn crescent be the pound sign? It's just how I imagine it, and it would make it more unique (I'm British anyway. Dollars are too confusing! American, Canadian, Australian etc...)

Also we should have multiple continents that remain uncolonized, so theres more to spread out to. I also like to purpose having NPC nations that the player nations consider uncivilized, that we can subjugate to our will and make them colonies.

Also I don't have a land border withy Lydia, darn XD.

OMGOSH, you forgot the last H! *faints*

Oh well, I'm sure that we can make sea trade routes (if that's possible in this RP). It would be cool if we could think of a good way of representing major roads/trade routes on the map.

NPC nations would be good, but I think gowia said he didn't have time to include them. I guess if they were, they would be like the city-states from the Civilisation video game series.

Btw, are you going to RP as a nation gowia?

Don't think he will, must be hard having to keep track of all the stats.

As for trade routes the only major port of the Lance Empire is on there Eastern Coast, although having a trade route to a Western Coast Port would promote growth and development there, epically since this is coming from a nation which is a trading hub. Also trading with the Lance Empire might open up protection from them since they want to secure there trading partners, you probably end up with two brigades of regulars(In the Lance Empire a Brigade is 3000 men) and if your good to them maybe even a brigade of veterans.

Presumably any natives will be Zulu tech level, so if natives do show up we probably wouldn't have a hard time curbstomping them anyway

Seeing how most colonial trade relied on sea routes, I hope we get sea trade routes. It could be a very profitable use of my navy, you know... 'inspecting' those trade routes... Muhahahah

And hands off the pound sign! I might not have the stupid accent that the Yanks loves to say we have, but I've as much claim to the pound sign as you >:( Jk, feel free to have it xD

Right just answer some questions :) Trade will boost currency. Iluvator I can change yours to pound, I am also british i just know that GDP is internationally done in the American Dollar, new continents will be discovered and they will have NPC civilisations to 'colonise' just I wont make NPC nations on Edoniras. Some will be Zulu tech level some will be ming dynasty china. I wont RP as a nation, as duck said the stats are a bitch to run properly enough to give you guys a good time and I will also be coming up with random events etc for you guys and I don't want to be biased at all, even subconsciously. Sovi3t I will look over your sheet now.

Yay, more Brits!

I think I'll go with a more cosmopolitan approach with the natives. Given that my armies a pile of crap, I could always do with some native allies xD It also helps if the Natives aren't perpetually attempting to kick you out

Gowia, would it be possible to slowly fix our bad traits via things like reform? Like could I have the Emperor slowly institute policies, slowly though as not to piss of conservatives or reactionaries, to re-institute free market or make my navy not shit.

Oh and me and Darkwolf's nations will be allied from the start, if that's alright.

Also my plan for where there are native nations and not tribes is to rule it like how the British Ruled India, by offering the native rulers deals in exchange for control of that territory. They would remain in power and as authority figure but they would gain benefits, also it help prevent rebellion from natives as they still see themselves as being ruled by there rulers, not evil colonial masters.

Haha yes we brits are multiplying ;) Ermm yeah both you and duck have a similar idea for approaching them, its fine to do but all might not accept you.

It is totally possible to remove bad traits slowly through different actions. Alliance from the start is fine:) Again some may accept that others may not. Tech is a good way to go...
