Hi, this looks pretty interesting, so I did my own take on a classic character(s). I always liked the horsemen, because really everyone treats them as if they are bad, but really they would only be doing their job when they end the world, as they were created specifically to bring about judgement day. Anyway, I decided it might make sense for him to be released in this situation, because even if god didn't release him, I could say that he was released when the seals broke because the events of this RP ended up fulfilling the requirements to undo them. But will it help god, turn on him out of anger for being locked away for untold millennia or will it just default to the only thing it knows how to do and what it was created for, try to bring about judgement day during the chaos of the war? Gabriel has to stop the war from destroying humanity, but would he end up focussing so much in the war that the Horseman manages to destroy humanity regardless? Oh the possibilities
I know its a bit of a weird character due to actually having 12 powers in total, but he can only use 3 at a tike because each form is sort of a different being inside the one being, meaning he can only use the powers of its current form and no others (Thus, he wouldn't have four different auras stacked while tossing the plague and summoning hellhounds) in order to keep him on a similar sort of level as the other angels and demons
Name : The Horseman of the Apocalypse
Age: ?
Race: Technically an angel, but one might mistake him for a demon given his appearance and purpose
Powers: The Horseman is somewhat unique in that he has more than three powers... But only three at one time. This is because he has four forms. Humanity mistook this in its bible translation as four different being, but in reality all four are one and the same. Now, he cannot choose the powers, they are tied directly to his form, nor can his choose the form. Whenever he "dies", he resurrects as the next form in the cycle. Once all forms are exhausted, the cycle will repeat. This is the only way for him to change his form, and he cannot commit suicide as he was made so that he cannot die by his own hand to ensure he wouldn't accidently kill himself while delivering the apocalypse
Pestilence form abilities:
Black Death: A 'divine' disease, infection will almost certainly result in death. Highly infectious, lethal and incurable by human means, this disease was once nearly the extinction of humanity... But god didn't want that. No, the plague unleashed on the world was only a taste of what would come if they didn't mend there ways. As such, the strain unleashed on Europe was weaker... In this true, 'divine' form, death will occur less than an hour after infection in mortals, giving the disease enough to time spread but still be quickly lethal. In angels and demons it's effectiveness varies, but on average it takes a few hours. The disease can be cured through divine means, however
Nest in your eyes: Foul swarms of flies and insects fly at their prey, consuming and laying their flesh eating larvae upon their target.
Aura of Disease: One becomes weak and vulnerable to infection and death from diseases, even those that are usually not dangerous, as the horseman drains energy from all that is healthy around him. The effect is somewhat less dramatic and dangerous when effecting angels and demons than it is on mortals
Famine:
Wither: Energy is drained from the body, quite literally starving the body to death. The targets body shrivels into a lifeless corpse as they become weaker... And weaker... And weaker.
Cannibalism: The horseman consumes the flesh of another being, healing and empowering himself, as well as adopting their knowledge for his own.
Aura of Starvation: Wood rots away, crops, people and animals die and food soils as the Horseman steals its energy. This is the aura of the Famine. Demons and angels cannot be killed directly from this aura, though it can weaken them
War:
Frenzy: Weak willed beings and mortals become enraged and turn on each other and those around them, attacking each other with little regard for thought past the idea of war, killing and murder
Aura of Sorrow: An overwhelming sense of sadness over comes the being as the horseman feeds off their happy thoughts and leaves nothing but anger and sadness, empowering himself at the others expense
Dogs of war: Spectral wolves rise from the Earth, snapping and barking as they set upon a target to tear them apart.
Death
Aura of Dread: All that surrounds the horseman becomes filled with an immense sense of dread and mortality, causing the weak willed to panic and flee.
Doombolt: A single green bolt that exorcises the spirit from the body and immediately ends all biological functions within a mortal. In angels and demons, it usually takes multiple hits to finally kill them.
Arise: The bodies of the dead rise to serve the horseman, as unhindered by compassion and morals as he
Mastery of what weapon (two weapons)
Swords
Guns (He has a form called "War", what did you expect...)
Crushes: God created the horseman only to destroy, and the horseman has rarely been released before. He doesn't even know love, compassion or friendship exist, let alone have any "Crushes"
Appearance: ((I'll try and get some pictures soon))
Pestilence: The form of pestilence is often that of a rotting corpse surrounded by buzzing flies, with maggots feasting on its flesh. The horse it rides is also surrounded by buzzing flies, and although it can see perfectly fine, it appears its eyes have been eaten away by flies
Famine: The form of famine is a naked, emancipated human, which can appear as any age or gender. The horse it rides is similarly malnourished looking, the outlines of bones visible through its flesh
War: The form of war is that of a tall, strong man. Often, the form is also relatively handsome, to symbolise the attractiveness of war and giving in to ones brutal instincts. It will wear the uniform of an extremely warlike nation, often either a Roman soldier or a Nazi Waffen SS officer though possibly a colonial era uniform This form is a headless horseman: Its head is actually not attached to its neck, and the horseman can remove it. He can see without his head by sending the darker thoughts, emotions, instincts and lusts that virtually every being save the brainless have. It is unique among the forms as it does not always ride a horse: A WW2 Era motor bike would be rode should it take the uniform if an SS officer
Death: The horsemans form of death is merely a skeleton riding upon a skeletal horse, although like Famine is surprisingly strong in spite of it. It is rarely wearing anything, though he may appear wearing some white cloth. Regardless, the horseman is a fearful sight. The horses eyes glow with purple flames, but the horsemans eyes are merely empty sockets
