I wasn't much of a Marvel fangirl (maybe it's all the movies and shit lately, I like it but damn, there's too much right now) so I had no idea what I was getting into. It was pretty awesome and comic fans mostly enjoyed it too. The action scenes and action overall is fucking top notch. It's what I wish SHIELD had been or what Batman had been, in terms of a hero I mean.

I'll try the first episode and see what I think, I just think the family drama + crime can be cliche but I have heard the ending is fairly good. I also heard good things about Stocal Recall or something like that, some UK comedy.

Oh no, you don't need to finish it up if it feels natural to keep going.

I never got into the SHIELD show but tbh, I never tried either. I'm generally not a fan of comic shows. Like, I can't stand Gotham and Arrow is so ultra serious. It's probably the same in regards to the Flash show. I only like them if they're animated, like Young Justice was fantastic. I like action, so maybe I'll swallow my pride and check it out.

It's good. Things really start to get intense after episode 6 and the ending is great and really satisfying. And I saw that! I saw the title and I think the the guy from You're The Worst is in it, so I plan on checking that out.

I tried getting into SHIELD but after 3 episodes I just lost interest. I really want it to do well though (for the right reasons). I have heard people are getting annoyed with Gotham but I've heard decent things about Arrow or the Flash. I loved Iron Man Armored Adventures though, that is some guilty pleasure for my inner shipper. But Daredevil is really fucking dark and like, pretty violent. Blood? I'm cool with blood but there were at least 4-5 times I physically moved away from my phone because some of that stuff is fucked up, but good on them for going "there." Check it out if you're bored, if just to hear their nice opening credits music haha.

I did hear it picks up around 6-8 which is a shame if it's a small season. I like things to pick up by the third at the latest. But I'd love a good ending so I'll probably give it a chance since the praise is pretty good.

And yeah, I wanna check it out too, hear it's not as cheesy or cringey as it sounds.

Oh, that's definitely some incentive then. I like a show that isn't afraid to make me uncomfortable. I'll add it to my list and maybe check it out tomorrow or something. I get picky about watching new things sometimes and idk why. I think I'm afraid I won't like something and then I feel guilty for it. But yeah, fuck that Gotham show. I watched the first episode and it doesn't know what the hell it's doing with itself.

It's a shortish season, yeah but I think episodes 6-13 really make up for the first five. It isn't that the first episodes are boring, it's just kind of setting everything up for the rest of the season and letting you get to know the characters a little before shit starts to hit the fan. Lmao. That's about the highest compliment Gale is ever going to get. It doesn't matter if he saves everyone on his own or stabs Snow in the face, Haymitch will still only say he's okay. And yeah, 2-3 posts will be good before we move on from the night. I think Prim will want to explain herself a little about why she doesn't want to tell everyone about them and Haymitch is salty about his ankle.

I give them props. If was on normal tv, the action would have been watered down for sure. *nods* I know what you mean with starting new shows. It can difficult but if they're worth it, you're golden. I heard Gotham bit off more than it could chew in terms of characters. Such a shame but I wouldn't have watched it anyway.

Do you think there will be another season for Bloodline or is it looking to be a one series show?

That's good (Bloodline getting another season) a lot more shows need love as so many get pulled before they get any traction. Places like Hulu and Netflix and Amazon are doing much better than cable these days.

It must be really hard on my parents, with mother's day and father's day coming up within the next month or two and me finally getting my state grant (which will be saved for me to move out again) I'd like to do something nice for them. I think them waiting on stage would work, we could have them fiddling with clothes, talking to Peeta and Effie before hand cause they gots to dote.

Kid brushes have all the fun. Some even played songs at one point. I do that with my phone nowadays when I brush my teeth. It would be nice to have rainbow so no colors were left out.

I was thinking of taking them to a nice steakhouse we go to for happy hour and then ordering what they like and paying for it and leaving them be, since that's probably better than me sticking around.
