Yesterday was such a blur, from getting a crown to going grocery shopping twice to touring a shit apartment...*sighs*

Hey! So, tell me about the places you saw c:

And I'm starting on something right now. We'll see how my Caesar is, haha.

The first place was super upscale (I guess the realtor finally got the message that we're willing to pay for a bit more space or two parking spots etc) but since our house hasn't sold just yet, we don't have all cash like most offers being made so we'd have to go at least 200k over which my mom is okay with, my dad, not so much. I really liked it but it needed to be tweaked in 1-2 spots which again, we wouldn't have money for that. The second place had less of a nice view but it was still nice, in the same complex. The issue is the balcony being so close to the other neighbor and it's by a busy street. Lastly, we saw a place with a good view, two parking spots and it had gas (most places have ya know, electric stoves) which is a big plus for us since we're not fans of electric. We were about to put an offer in the last one but then someone got back to us that another offer in all cash was made above asking...

So it's pretty much, we either have to shell out more than we should, or wait until we have actual cash on us. It's really annoying since we always find one or two we like but in the end, someone ends up giving a better deal. I can tell my mom is getting impatient because they spent a good half hour planning the layout of the last house. I thought it was "okay" but it would need a lot more work since it was pretty dated but so far, no luck just yet but we move out in about 10 days so something should come along, homes go on the market pretty frequently.

I really commend people who buy and sell a house will staying sane.

And that's good, Caesar should be a fun role to the play with. His actor is often pretty cool, it's a shame we won't see him in the final film. I'm excited to see how things go for Prim and Haymitch. I'm sure Caesar would love her, I have no doubt she'll also enjoy his charms and see it's not all so bad. :3

That doesn't sound fun. I hope you guys can find something that you like and that works for your budget. Buying and selling is tough, but I wish you guys all the luck in the world!

Yeah, I didn't end up seeing the first Mockingjay, so I'll have to catch up around the time the second one comes out. It'll probably come to Netflix or something. I'm not a huge fan of the casting in the movies, but I like the effects and the story enough.

I think Prim will be pretty comfortable once she warms up to Caesar. It's going to be the crowd that makes it weird for her, but it won't be too bad. And Haymitch will be fine.

Thanks, budget is slightly adjustable but personally, I'd rather not push it too far.

I enjoyed Mockingjay but it gave me some Haymitch x Katniss moments and you got more Gale and Effie too. Prim was a little grating but hey, she was that way in the books too but it was nice to see Katniss be a sister to her and have some support for that grade A PTSD. ^^;

Haymitch is a boss, nothing much seems to rattle him at this point but probably once in the arena and being in danger with Katniss, we'll see. And crowds are awful, I feel yo pain baby duck. <3

It's not the acting or the characters that I have a problem with, haha. It's literally just the casting choices. But Mockingjay was also my least favorite book of the trilogy, so there's that.

Ugh, if Katniss gets hurt in the arena, Haymitch will be so upset ;n;

Yeah Mockingjay was very 'eh' but at the same time, I don't mind it like most. I'd re-read it if I was doing the whole series over again but ah well. I'd say the movie is still worth a watch, even just once.

If/when any of our fab four get hurt. More bleed will need to be shed, though I have a feeling that goes without saying. XD Shit is about to get very real.

Oh, I'll watch it. It's just going to have to come out on DVD/TV or be on Netflix first. My favorite is still Catching Fire just for the arena and all of the extra information we get about the games and past winners.

I think they're all about to do some self-discovery, tbh.

CF was good though I do think it should have been paced differently in terms with MJ, but you can't really change it anymore. But to see the 13th District in MJ was really good, since I think the book gave me a different idea of how things looked.

A lot of intense development is gonna happen heheh. I'm sure the new turn of events will push people beyond their breaking point, but once they're put back together again, it'll be for the better~

It's funny. Bother to finish it one time just to get closure but the seasons after Steve Carell leaves are just terrible. The best episode is season 4's dinner party. I think it was the first episode I ever saw and it had me hooked.

Don't worry, I'm sure it'll be good. Better to do three good ones that matter than filler I think. Either way, it's good though. It should have ended when he left. The last episode is satisfying, but getting there was just impossible. And like, Ed Helms took over as the manager but then he was hardly in the last season because of the Hangover and it was a mess, tbh.
