The energy surrounding T’charrl calmed down and so did his expression, letting out a sigh upon seeing the General backed right off against the wall as a result of his attack. He didn’t like having to resort to that, it was so negative and his great grandmother never approved whenever her spirit visited. Letting out a sigh, he looked to Kabocha quickly when he suddenly got excited over what he did, feeling it to be a little odd that someone as powerful as him would find happiness in that, “Huh…? Oh, uhh, I didn’t”, he spoke, smiling nervously a little before frowning, “It’s how I learned how to do everything, I just…did it. I think that’s what really scares me about it…”

The General had no idea what he was dealing with, he couldn’t possibly think he could try and control such a power when he had absolutely no idea how it even worked. There was definitely a limit to what he could do with the power, but finding that limit was a great distance away and would probably end up corrupting him before he found its limits. Everything he did just happened; he had no control over it or knew how it happened. Rubbing his chest a little, he looked back to the General who was back to trying to move around and put up a fight, something that the man definitely shouldn’t be trying to do after that attack.

“You should be! I attacked your very spirit with that…you shouldn’t even be moving right now”, he spoke, frowning a little, “Just give up! You’re under arrest and everything you say and do will be used against you; I’m not going to kill you like you wish to do to me and this entire city!” The man was just crazy; he was trying to act like a leader of all the people, like an overlord and everyone was just his minions. Raising his sword slightly before sheathing it, he stared down at Yusef, still keeping ready just incase he tried something as a last resort, “You shouldn’t be trying to kill me, anyway, if you wanted my power. All your research is gone! Your cruelty will end here”.

"So basically you've got no control over your powers?" Kabocha asked, raising his eyebrows in surprise.

It was a little bit like Ki again in that regard. If one could use it but wasn't practiced they could accidentally fire off energy, or in T'charrl's case use it without their knowledge. This power of his was getting more and more curious, and honestly Kabocha wanted to know a bit about it. Not quite to the obsessive level that the general was at but enough to spark his interest. To say that they should use this power to fight was ridiculous, why would anyone want to get involved in fighting? Coming from a Saiyan it was a touch hypocritical, but these people had no business getting involved in the battles of others. Heck, he couldn't imagine them being of much help on a battlefield anyways, even if they did manage to make this power work for them.

"I'm not going to give up... Our people need this..." the general replied, his voice coming out in pained gasps.

The blow to his body hadn't done any fatal damage, but it sure hurt like it did. It took every bit of his mettle to stand there as he was, trying to show bravado in spite of his injuries. Eying his discarded swords he frowned, knowing there was no way he'd be able to lean over to get those right now. If he was going to keep fighting as he said it would be with his bare hands. Either that, or he could take to more drastic measures...

"Your people need to stop fighting each other, and they definitely don't need a lunatic leading them."

Yusef glared at Kabocha as he spoke, gritting his teeth. What did the Saiyan know? His people were the worst offenders when it came to fighting, and their king was as bloodthirsty and manic as they came. Even if he might not be under the king's rule right now that didn't change what he was, nothing would. Not only was the Prince blind, but he was allowing perhaps the largest threat of them all to pull wool over his eyes. They were tricking him, deceiving the boy into believing they were his friends. He was too gullible, someone like that could never lead, that was for certain. It was why he had to be silenced, he'd only lead their people to ruin.

"Lunatic...? I think not. I see what must be done, while others do not. You might call me insane..." Yusef began, reaching into his cloak. "But our children, and their children will hail me as a hero. As the one who opened the door to a new world, to a universe! The Kaesstrians will become powerful... And nothing you will do can stop me!"

Kabocha watched the general ramble impatiently, starting to lose his willpower over not knocking the man out. He really bought into his own twisted reality didn't he? Power in the hands of someone like him only led to trouble, history had shown that plenty already. When Yusef reached into his cloak the Saiyan instinctively put himself before T'charrl, standing just to the boy's side with an arm outstretched to cover him. Expecting some more knives, he was puzzled for a moment when instead the general withdrew a small black container. Shaky hands pried the container open, and out came a syringe. Kabocha looked at the tool curiously, wondering just what the man was up to. It was filled with a blue-ish liquid that seemed to glow, something he definitely didn't recognize. As he stared at it a sudden realization hit him, making his eyes widen in surprise. The energy that T'charrl had shown just seconds before, it was the same thing coming from that vial. If it was in the syringe, that must mean the general intended to use it.

"Wait, don't! You've got no idea what that will do to you!" Kabocha shouted, stepping forward and reaching out. "Don't be an idiot, hand it over!"

"I know precisely what this will do... It will give me the strength to beat you two... And the power to lead my people."

Not heeding the shouts of the Saiyan Yusef lifted the syringe, and with no hesitation drove the needle into a vein in his neck. Groaning uncomfortably he forced the syringe down, slowly pumping the liquid into himself. Once it emptied he let the tool fall to the floor, gasping as a hand shot up to the injection site in pain. It only took a few seconds, but soon a burning sensation was wracking his neck, gradually spreading to the rest of his body. The pain from the blow earlier became dull compared to this, the general shouting as he staggered back against the wall. His whole body felt like it was on fire, and he could feel the liquid pumping through his veins, spreading the energy through his body.

"This.... This is the key...!" Yusef stammered, barely able to speak through the pain. "With this... We'll achieve... Greatness!"

Another groan accompanied his words, and then he fell uncomfortably silent. Kabocha almost thought the man was dead, but kept himself securely in front of T'charrl just in case. Upon closer inspection he saw the general was indeed still breathing, hunched over though and gripping his own body firmly. Had the solution not worked at all? Giving the Prince an uneasy look he gestured for him to stay there, frowning as he slowly began to walk forward. He had barely taken two steps forward when the general began to emit small sounds of discomfort again, in of itself being a bit unnerving. However then he began to laugh, only adding further to the confusion and uneasiness that had settled over the room. Just what was going on? Kabocha immediately gave himself a mental slap for asking, as soon they got their answer, and he would really rather have not.

Yusef remained slouched over for a moment, his laughter ringing out in the otherwise silent building eerily. It wasn't a happy laughter or amused, but just... Insane. It started off as a chuckle and eventually devolved into a cackle, making him sound just as mad as they had pinned him as. Things were about to become much, much worse than that. An unsettling cracking sound could be heard, and his body began to visibly shift. At first it just looked like he was twitching, but then suddenly his entire being began to expand. His shoulders bulked out, followed by his arms and torso. His legs followed suit, gaining muscle mass unnervingly quick and lengthening as well. An already big Kaesstrian to begin with, soon the general was outright massive. He had to easily be at least 3 meters tall, towering over both T'charrl and Kabocha now by well over a meter. His body had expanded with his size, giving him a rather bulky and intimidating appearance. The worst part of it all wasn't his appearance though, but the energy that his body began to give off. Kabocha sensed it and instantly could tell it was off, it just wasn't natural. The Beastman was more natural than whatever this freak show had turned himself into.

"See...? See? I told you!" the general shouted, cackling again. "This is what we can become!"

Kabocha really did not like this. His power had rapidly risen, and even if it was a different energy it felt overwhelming. Whatever had been in that solution had turned the general into a monster, or more of one. This wasn't good, he now definitely had the power to hurt some people. Gritting his teeth he did the only thing he figured he could try, rush in to try and keep the general away from T'charrl.

"Kai! Choi! Get in here, we need you!" Kabocha shouted, speeding towards the general.

Yusef lifted his head slowly to spot the Saiyan, smiling wickedly at him with a crazed look in his eyes. Despite having a punch thrown at him he made no move to stop it, taking it head on, literally. As the fist collided with his forehead he wasn't quite sure what to expect, and thus was pleasantly surprised when he scarcely budged. Seeing the shocked look on the Saiyan's face he gave a short, harsh laugh. With a massive claw he quickly swung out, smacking Kabocha aside and into a cabinet easily, the boy crashing through it painfully. Intoxicated by his new found strength Yusef settled his gaze on T'charrl, stalking forward slowly.

"Come here... Little Prince...!" he chimed whimsically, laughing again. "It's time to die!"

T’charrl gave a little nervous smile and shook his head, “Well, no…I mean, would you know how to do anything without a trainer?” he asked him, letting out a sigh, “I don’t know anybody who can do what I can do”. That was probably the biggest problem he had right now, he was definitely one for struggling with his abilities and could only control them when he wasn’t using them and just seeing all the spirits that still hanged around or came to visit. It was a little worrying; he didn’t know where his limits were or what he could even do when things just happened and he reacted to them.

Looking to the General, he frowned a little when he tried to get up but only ended up sounding completely defeated and crippled after T’charrl gave him a good charge. He didn’t like the fact that he had managed to do something like that to someone as strong as the General; just imagining if he accidentally did that to his mother frightened him. Stepping back slightly at the sight of him, he looked to Kabocha who spoke up for him, a frown appearing on his face before he nodded. They really shouldn’t be fighting like this, the reason for all the fighting had been going on since well before he was hatched.

T’charrl let out a short gasp when Yusef spoke again, probably because he wasn’t expecting the guy to continue trying to talk after all that. He was definitely a little insane, he had always had that stern quality to him and the guy could barely hide that he was angered by nearly everything that went wrong. He had probably become angered when the Princes arrived, the fact that the man’s power was suddenly dwarfed by the Saiyans probably had him in a fit before. He needed to arrest the guy now, he was letting him chat on for way too long and it wasn’t doing him any good. Frowning a little, he went to approach the General, finding it a little hard to get his footing, “We don’t need to become powerful! Our people are happy enough being where they are, if we wanted space travel…it’d be for peaceful reasons!”

This was getting ridiculous; they might as well put him into a hospital at this rate and give him treatment for this crazy. Coming to a halt when Kabocha stopped him from going closer, he looked to him curiously before to the General again, wondering what he was doing. As he took out a little black container, T’charrl couldn’t help but feel confused right up until he spotted the syringe and the strange liquid inside. It felt horribly familiar, taking a second before realising what it was. It was his energy, or at least the energy he managed to control. He wanted to grab it, but Kabocha was already trying to take care of it with unsuccessful results; Yusef had quickly injected it, his decision upon the matter being incredibly reckless, “What do you think you’re doing?! You could kill yourself!”

This man was insane, it was even worse when Kabocha wasn’t letting him do anything about it. He should had just knocked him out instead of even letting him reach into his pockets, but that would had meant getting close enough to him before he tried to use his weapon on them. Feeling immediately unsettled, that feeling just got worse as Kabocha moved towards the madman only to stop as the man suddenly began to transform. Stepping back himself, he could only watch as he grew large, the power his body giving off simply managing to scare T’charrl even more. His mind immediately went to the thought that something like that could happen to him if he let his power go out of control, that he was destined to be a monster after all.

Pulling back immediately, he nearly fell over his own feet and reached for his sword again, wondering just how he was supposed to fight such an opponent, “Become monsters?? No! No I don’t want-…nobody wants to become that!” Looking to Kabocha for help, all he managed to do was call out for his teammates before Yusef immediately set his sights on him, the Saiyan’s attack doing nothing to the transformed man. Staring at him, he gasped when Kabocha was smacked away as Yusef set his sights on him, “W-What…? But you need me! That was probably your only formula you got from me!”

The twins had been spying on the event the entire time, kind of hoping that Kabocha could handle it but obviously not. Everything was quickly turning bad, the man had gotten considerably bigger and even managed to show up Kabocha and smack him away like he was nothing, “Get out of here! Warn your men about this madness!” Kai quickly told the soldiers before he took Choi by the arm, “C’mon, we’ve gotta stop that guy!”

Choi wasn’t too thrilled to have to fight this man, especially seeing him like this. Almost with a little bit of reluctance, he went after Kai and immediately got into formation as they slipped in front of T’charrl, charging up their energy shots, “Maybe it’s time for you to die instead!” Immediately, the twins fired off Ki shots at the hulking man, hoping to do all they could to keep the man away from the Prince, “Get out of here! It’s not safe!”

"Need you? I NEED YOU?" Yusef chortled, laughing as he lumbered towards T'charrl's frightened form. "I KNOW the formula now! You're just a hindrance!"

This was going to be far too sweet. With the kind of power he now had the general was positive a single blow or two would be enough to finish off the Prince and his little Saiyan friend. Why rush a good thing though? He knew he was powerful, but he wanted to see precisely how powerful he was. And what better way then to test it against a Saiyan? Kabocha would wait though, there was a much more pressing desire to toy with T'charrl first. The boy's frightened look only served to amuse Yusef, laughing loudly at the boy's expense.

"Do try to fight back. I don't want this to be over too quickly!"

There came a bit of a surprise then, something that Yusef had somehow managed to miss. Before he could get close enough to strike down the Prince two more Saiyans appeared, from where he couldn't be too sure. Before he might have been intimidated by more of their kind by showing up, but drunk with power all he could do was grin. Let these children keep showing up, he'd squash them all like insects. There was no way he could lose, not now. Grinning wildly at the two twins he planted his feet firmly on the ground, letting out a pseudo-growl as they began to charge up their energy. How curious... He could feel that energy, something he'd never been able to do before. An effect of the injection perhaps? If he could do that then perhaps he would be able to sense all Saiyans, and he could systematically eliminate them. Not only would he be the savior of his own race, but of the entire galaxy. Think of the prominence he'd have then.

With a fair amount of Ki gathered Kai and Choi let their attacks fly, blasting across the room at the massive Kaesstrian. Any sane person would have avoided it, seeing as it was a set of attacks from two fairly strong individuals. In his euphoric state the general couldn't be bothered to move, too enthusiastic to test his new limits. Spreading his arms to his sides Yusef grinned, bracing as he took the attacks head on. The resulting explosion created a bright light, kicking the clutter of he room all over the place, several items smashing against the wall as papers subsequently caught fire and were reduced to ash. As the blinding glow faded and everything settled the twins and T'charrl would likely be shocked to see the general still standing, virtually unscathed save for a few hairs where the attacks had hit. What's more, he was laughing at them.

"This is incredible! I feel great!" Yusef roared, laughing as he flexed his bulky form. "I'm indestructible like this!"

Drunk with power might be an understatement, the general was absolutely consumed by it. It was better than he ever could have dreamed, without a doubt. He had to wonder, did he now posses abilities like the Saiyans and T'charrl had demonstrated. Looking down at his claws he focused for a moment, almost shouting with glee when his skin glowed slightly. The Prince had been talking out of his rear, there was nothing to this power, it was merely another tool. Smiling sinisterly the general placed himself firmly on the ground again, opening his mouth as energy began to gather. It was almost like second nature, he couldn't quite explain how he knew to do this, it just was. With his maw full of energy he reared back before releasing his own attack, aiming directly at the twins and T'charrl. Rather than hit them as intended the blast was redirected by another, flying into the far wall and blowing a hole right into it, a rather big one at that. Surprised at the interference Yusef looked around, chuckling when he spotted Kabocha standing up again.

"Well done! I expected you to roll over and die!"

Kabocha had managed to pull himself out of the cabinet, and subsequently the wall. The hit had been hard, as in getting hit by a speeding truck hard. This guy wasn't just a nutcase anymore, he was scary strong to boot. His stepping in to deflect that blast had barely worked, and now it looked like the general was his number one fan again. Smiling slightly the Saiyan clasped his hands together before holding them forward, beginning to charge his energy between his palms.

"Guys? Get down!"

This was probably a REALLY bad idea in this small room, but they had to stop this guy as soon as possible before things got worse. Once his energy had reached a fair size he unleashed it all in a single blast, hoping to not kill the general outright. Well, he wouldn't have to worry about killing the general, or even hurting him for that matter. It wasn't a blast that Yusef could just brush off apparently, but he certainly could redirect it. Using his new power the general blocked it first with his hands, and then lifting his arms he threw the blast up over his head. The energy didn't explode, instead tearing a gaping hole in the floor, then the floor above, and finally through the roof. It would fly well up over the city before exploding, shaking the now unstable structure with the shock waves. Stunned by how useless his attack had been Kabocha dropped his hands, staring mouth agape at the general.

"Uh... Anyone got a Plan B?"

The twins were trying to put up a fight, their attacks were hitting with great precision and doubling their strength by throwing them all in the right places; however, it seemed none of it was going to work and all of it was just going to end up making the General just as cocky as ever. They were tasked with protecting the Prince and they must do so with great care, but when the Prince was being faced with a monster like this it was definitely something to face like nothing they’ve had to face before. They couldn’t kill him, they had to bring him back alive but even then it was looking fairly impossible to kill such an alien when he was hardly paying any mind to their attacks.

Looking to T’charrl quickly, the twins ceased their attacks for a moment and moved closer to him, the twins could only stare in surprise at the sight of the General still standing and without a scratch no less. Everything was going to have to be revised now, but Kai’s annoyance lay in the fact that Kabocha waited so long to apprehend the General and allow this to happen. Making a quick look to see if Kabocha was getting up yet, all they could do was get defensive as the General continued to laugh and show off his power.

T’charrl was fairly stricken with all sorts of emotions, so much so that he could barely stand just from the weight of them. He didn’t know how this happened or why such a power would have that much of an effect on someone, but what really worried him was that all that the General was just now was his biggest fears coming true. He would become a monster if he misused his powers, but if they continued to grow and that was the end result then that was all he had to look forward to in the future. He would become a monster too if he ever lost control, he didn’t have a trainer either to keep his powers in check and stop that from happening. He didn’t want to become what the General was now. Completely stricken by the possible guilt and distress, he had barely noticed the build-up of energy and when he did it was coming straight for them; however, luckily for them Kabocha had quickly intervened and was back up again, but at the same time he was now charging an attack and forced them all to duck down.

T’charrl fell to the floor when he tried to go down, but the twins were quick to help him by shielding him from the possible explosion that would follow. Instead of the attack hitting the General, he hit it straight up and created a large that went straight up and high into the sky. This place was getting unstable, it wouldn’t be long before all this fighting would destroy the entire place. As T’charrl gazed up before towards Kabocha, his antennae twitched before he placed a hand on Choi’s shoulder, “You grab his swords and the other keep close to me, we’ve got to get to the surface before quakes happen and bury us”, he spoke quickly before spreading his wings and immediately flying straight to the tunnel, practically dragging Kai to get them to follow him up with hopes that Choi was quick enough at snatching and following suit.

"That's all you've got? I thought you Saiyans were supposed to be better than that!"

Yusef laughed as he dusted off his hands, looking up at the hole now above his head. Some attack, though nothing he hadn't been able to handle. Now everyone seemed to be properly unnerved by his strength, and to him that was an utter delight. If opponents feared the power this much then no one would even dare try to stop the Kaesstrians. They'd become a superpower amongst the stars, no longer bound to this homely world of theirs. The general felt like he was seeing a new age dawn, the flood of euphoria and excitement making it hard not to laugh. That, and he was just finding their attempt to stop him funny.

Kabocha couldn't believe that attack had absolutely no effect, he'd put a lot into it. He could do far more granted, yet he was fairly certain that leveling the city was going to be frowned upon. That left them in a rather strange predicament now, as they couldn't kill the general and seemingly couldn't fight him either. Where in the heck did that leave them then? Looking to the others for help he paid attention to what T'charrl was doing, immediately picking up on the plan. The building itself still stood, but the occasional piece of wood or rock fell down, hinting at the compromised integrity of the building. Fighting above ground was far from ideal, there was the chance of collateral damage. If they stayed down here though they were liable to be buried, and that wasn't going to do anyone any good.

The general had heard full well what T'charrl planned to do, and had absolutely no intention of letting them get away with it. Disregarding Kabocha once more he turned to the three others, grinning as he watched them start to move. He couldn't stop all of them, sure, but he could prevent their escape. Spreading his wings, which had expanded quite a bit as well, he raced across the room to try and get himself in front of the hole to block their exit. Again that pesky Saiyan interfered, this time managing to land a hit on him to make him stop. A hard kick slammed into the back of his neck, knocking him to the ground as he caught himself on his hands and knees. Growling in frustration he glared up at Kabocha only to be kicked yet again in the back as the Saiyan flew straight down, driving his foot flat into the general's back, nailing him against the ground.

"Come on, hurry up and get out!" Kabocha yelled, waving on Choi who was gathering up the swords.

Someone had to keep the general busy for the time being, and unfortunately that task looked like it fell to him. Having been busy waving on Choi he was caught a touch off guard when he felt the Kaesstrian shifting beneath him, springing off just in time to avoid being snatched in one of his massive claws. It was just the two of them in here now, meaning he had to scram too. Turning around he tried to fly off towards the hole, barely getting in the entrance before his leg was grabbed and he was pulled back. In a small panic he spun about, charging up Ki and throwing it directly in Yusef's face, thrilled it was enough to get himself free. Kabocha wasted no time then flying out of there, not even wanting to look back as he raced up through the hole and out. The others were a fair ways above him, and as he flew up to meet them he finally glanced down, frowning at the lack of a pursuer. Stopping himself at their level he stared down at the hole, not liking the eery silence that had settled.

"Come on... Where is he...?" the Saiyan mumbled, scanning the building in its entirety.

He really ought not to have said anything. Not a second after the words had left his mouth did the general come speeding out of the hole, that crazed grin back on his face. Kabocha tried to defend himself and keep the general at bay, but after throwing up his guard the punch broke through and he was sent crashing onto the nearest rooftop, skidding a bit against the stone surface and coming to a halt. Groaning he looked up at his friends, lifting an arm and firing a Ki blast at the general to drive him off. Alarmingly the alien mimicked him, firing back with another blast from his mouth that made his attack explode halfway through its path. He was hoping to keep the fight on himself to make sure T'charrl was okay, but the general quickly shifted his attention.

"Little Prince... Come here...." the general laughed, opening his arms as he glowered at T'charrl sinisterly.

In a blink he went on the attack again, pushing himself forward and speeding towards the twins. He opened his mouth once more, letting off a quick blast at them before continuing his flight. He planned to use his size to simply knock them out of the way, already knowing he could bat away the other boy easily enough.

Choi couldn’t help but feel as if his life was suddenly on the line with that command and what for exactly, a couple of blades? He didn’t know if he should had followed up on that command, the were just a couple of weapons and the General was obviously not going to use them anymore so surely he wouldn’t get angry over them using the weapons. Frowning a little, he gasped when the Prince suddenly took off with Kai and the General made a leap for the Prince only to be stopped by Kabocha. Hesitating for a moment, he looked around before immediately dashing for the swords. They were easy enough to find, one was sitting off in a corner and the other was nearby after being blown around. Snatching them immediately, he flew straight for the hole and up, trying to catch up to his brother and the Prince.

The flight up to the surface was no problem, the debris that was still falling was easy enough to avoid considering the side of the hole and how easy it was to simply fold his wings and let the speed carry him upwards before he burst through to ground level, landing on the solid ground with a sigh. The building above was still intact but barely, the structure clearly shaken by the large blast but not showing any signs of further destruction quite yet. He was worried; he didn’t know how he was supposed to do this at all. It would be like trying to fight one of the Saiyans, but this featured one of his own kind and his own type of energy if a little twisted.

Watching as Choi shot up, he held out his hands as the swords were given to him, taking them in a tight grip before slowly moving forward, “Okay…uhh, you two stay back, but if any shots go astray, think you can catch them for me?” he asked up, looking around quickly before hearing the noise of something coming up the tunnel, but thankfully it was just Kabocha coming up first. He needed to think of a plan quickly, but nothing was coming to mind as fear sat in his heart and tortured him. He needed to try and clear his head, he wasn’t going to do any good by thinking this way.

Hearing the noise of the General’s wings flapping their way up the tunnel, he took in a deep breath before the crazed man burst right out of the hole and immediately Kabocha was in there, only to go flying again with a strong hit. This wasn’t good at all, who knew how long this would last for before the General ran out of steam and got lazy or even whether this whole thing was permanent or temporary. Using the time to prepare himself, he looked up again when the General spoke only for him to rush in with an attack immediately.

The twins were quick to stand tall to try and defend, firing up their own Ki to battle against the General’s own blast. With a sudden blast coming their way, their Ki was quickly fired off and exploded the energy, it all immediately becoming hard to see passed the smoke it had inadvertently created. Charging up another attack for good measure, they had to immediately stop when T’charrl quickly came in instead, the swords he was carrying were burning with T’charrl’s energy, “You’re not leaving this place! You want to use this power?? You’ll have to learn how to fight against it!” He immediately went into throw as many slash attacks as he could, the thought of taking the guy down burning in his mind before he tried one of the General’s own attacks as he charged up energy in his mouth and fired it immediately at him.

Yusef released another large amount of energy, scarcely trying to contain himself despite being in the city. In part he had no knowledge of how to control his output, only how to actually use the power. The other part was he simply didn't care. People might die if their fighting got out of hand, but when they learned of what he'd done for them and that they were now powerful enough to protect themselves. He already had the favor of the masses with this latest breakthrough, he was certain of it. Now was his time to demonstrate what strength awaited them, and what better way to show it off then to win the war and kill a few pesky Saiyans. The General closed his mouth as his and the twins' attacks met, smirking as they clashed and created a massive plume of smoke. It took the two of them to counter him, and he was sure he had even more power than they did. He could win this, there was no doubt of that.

"Surrender and your deaths will be quick!" the General shouted, letting out a short, hard laugh. "Or put up this pitiful effort if you wish, I don't mind either way!"

The smoke seemed to be dispersing rather quickly all of a sudden, and it became obvious the cause behind it was the Prince. Yusef grinned, enthusiastic that he was getting to face off against the young Prince finally. Seeing the glowing swords he spread his wings, darting about with a laugh as he evaded each swing. This was utterly fantastic, everything was enhanced by this power. Strength, speed, endurance, not to mention the strange new abilities he had. For the life of him he couldn't fathom why the boy was so nervous about this energy.

"Fight against it? I would hardly call this a fight!" Yusef retorted, ducking under a slash deftly.

Hunched over as he was the General prepared to deliver a hard punch to T'charrl's gut and make him drop his weapons before retaliating. Just as his arm drew back and his elbow bent though he was caught off guard seeing a familiar glow rapidly build up in the Prince's mouth. Not sure how to deal with it at such a close range he tried to dart back and away, but just as he got the first gust of his wings the blast was fired away. It was all Yusef could do to protect himself, raising his arms up over his head and curling his hulking frame, surprised by the intensity of the attack. The burning sensation was much like when he'd taken the injection, albeit certainly nowhere near as intense. It was like when bleach touched your skin, irritating and painful just enough to make you really want to avoid it again. One the blast had stopped he hesitated for a moment, peering up over his arms with a furious glare at the Prince. Where he'd been hit was red and rather sensitive, like Yusef had touched a hot surface. His discomfort only served to fuel his sadistic rage.

"If you can do that, weak as you are... Imagine what I can do!"

He had to try something, and so the General held all four of his hands roughly together, spacing them just apart. Concentrating hard his brow furrowed, doing his utmost to imitate what he had seen earlier. When a spark lit up in his hands he beamed ecstatically, and then nearly broke out in laughter as energy began to gather. The orb was small at first, and whether through his own lack of discretion or overzealous attitude it expanded to nearly the size of a small spacecraft. With this, he mused, he could certainly destroy these whelps, no question. Lifting the mass of energy up over his head the General slowly rose up, laughing as he stared down at T'charrl. The sphere nearly blocked out the sun from their vantage point, and it basked the city below in an ominous blue hue. Not least to mention the unsettling crackling sound that it made, sounding almost like a shorting circuit.

"Can you stop this, little boy?!" Yusef shouted, laughing ecstatically. "Let's see how strong your power is!"

Yusef was on top of the world right now, he was basically akin to a god. He was stronger than the Prince, than his damned mother, and even superior to these Saiyans. No one on this world could stop him, and after the troops were given their energy no one could stop them either. The Kaesstrians would strike out into the universe, a force to be reckoned with. Reeling back he threw his entire weight forward, hurling the orb of energy downward at T'charrl, grinning menacingly as he imagined it engulfing the boy whole. Just as it seemed to be about to hit him a burst of energy slammed into the side of his attack, slowly bringing it to a halt before beginning to push it back. Baffled he followed the trail of energy, annoyed to see Kabocha perched on the rooftop he'd landed on, throwing plenty of Ki into his attack to stop the General's. If that could be done by Saiyans then he could certainly mimic it. Growling angrily Yusef stretched an arm out, and after a brief moment's struggle let surge a wave of his own energy, slamming it into the orb and slowly pushing back against the Saiyan's.

"You're all going to die! I'll tear you to shreds with this attack!"

Kabocha stood on the edge of the roof, one foot angled over it to give himself better stability. He was making headway with his counterattack right up until the psychotic Kaesstrian began to fire back. With the General's seemingly bottomless fountain of energy it was too much for Kabocha to handle alone, and slowly the energy began to come back their way. Gritting his teeth in frustration he poured more Ki into his own, still finding that it wasn't enough.

"Gaaaah! Kai!? Choi?! Help me!"

T’charrl was fair trying hard and able to force himself to try his hardest against the General, swiping the swords as fast as he could and finally letting out a blast of energy. He was just doing what came to him on instinct and after seeing the General do it, he wanted to try the attack against him as well. Using the energy as an attack like that didn’t feel right, just like using it before made him feel awkward for doing it as well. Pulling back to try and get some ground again, he looked to see if the attack had done anything to him only to see it had managed to hurt but hardly phase the monster of a man if only make him angrier.

T’charrl was running out of things to do, he just did whatever came to him while trying to avoid becoming as vicious and despicable as this man had become. Frowning a little as Yusef rose up into the air, he slowly backed off to give himself some room just incase he had to be quick and move if the General tried to do something; however, what he went to do was only scaring him even more. The sight of the energy gathering up as it did was very intimidating, seeing it grow in size and threaten the entire city with its power. He couldn’t understand how the General could do such a thing just to try and destroy him, it all merely to test his limits. Feeling completely lost to what to do, he could only hope that he would soon figure it out before the man suddenly threw it down at him, catching him completely unprepared.

Luckily for him, Kabocha quickly stepped in to try and stop the attack, his own energy trying to push the attack back before it could impact the planet. There was no way he could keep that back, the twins were quick to try and join in and fired their own Ki in succession to keep it from impacting. T’charrl could only watch and stare as they struggled, his wings fluttering slightly as he tried to resist fleeing and hoping it would follow him. Looking down at his own hands, he frowned as he threw the swords to the side, watching them slide across the floor before he took in a deep breath, finally deciding what he was supposed to try and do.

The man was completely underestimating his ability and if he could channel energy naturally, it shouldn’t be too hard to channel what the General was able to create. Looking to the twins before to Kabocha, he spread his wings and immediately flew towards the great ball of energy, “Don’t waste your energy!” he spoke quickly, holding out his hands and tried to draw the energy towards him instead. He had to stop this man, he couldn’t allow this to happen any longer. Keeping steady in the air, he drew in his determination and tried to force the energy into himself.

The drawing of the energy was soon proving to be successful, the mass of energy soon began to dissipate and follow into T’charrl’s body. He glowed as it was all drawn into him, his eyes closed as he tried to contain the strain of taking in such an aggressive energy. Just because it was artificially created didn’t mean it wasn’t possible for him to take in; however, that didn’t mean it wasn’t painful to do. He had to try and control the energy when he had otherwise no control over it before, hoping it was the key to taking away the General’s power for good. The energy drained away fairly quickly into his body as his eyes opened to focus on the General as he struggled to keep it under control, smiling a little at the General, “You…really want me to blast this all back at you, huh?” he spoke, raising his hands in the same fashion that the General did, “You wanted to see how strong it was, right??”

Yusef was throwing as much energy as he could at his own attack, trying to force the orb down. In his little world he was going to obliterate the boys, and the thought of collateral damage to the city below wasn't a factor to him. So long as it was the first Saiyan retaliating he could steadily send his energy down with little effort, grinning wildly as he did so. When a second one joined in and then a third however he began to steadily lose ground. While he had an innate knowledge of how to use his powers actually feeding more force into his attacks was something beyond his knowledge. The mass of energy began to flow back his way, in terribly small increments but nonetheless it moved back. He couldn't fathom why he was unable to overpower them, as just a second ago he seemed akin to a god compared to these boys. He refused to accept he might lose though, right up until T'charrl pulled a fast one and shocked everyone.

Kabocha stood as he was, pouring larger and larger amounts of Ki out in order to counter the General's genocidal attack. Moron, he had to realize just how devastating that attack would be. The guy went on and on about furthering his people, but if this thing hit then they'd all be wiped out. Thankfully the twins stepped in right when it was needed most, and with their three blasts combined they halted and reversed the path of the orb. It was really becoming more and more of a mystery of how they were supposed to capture this Kaesstrian alive. He was crazy strong after all, and they'd have to beat him to the point of exhaustion just to get him to submit. Or, they could try something completely different. A blur flew right on by Kabocha, and he watched in silent shock as T'charrl sped towards the clash of energy. Just what in the hell was he planning?

"Nnn.... No! Get away from that!" Kabocha shouted, straining himself to keep pushing. "It'll explode!"

Or maybe the energy wasn't set to explode. Rather the massive orb that the Saiyans had been fighting against looked to be dwindling, at a fairly steady pace no less. Seeing what was happening Kabocha abruptly stopped his blast, signaling for the twins to do the same. He could scarcely believe that T'charrl was absorbing all of that energy, there was no way he could contain it all, not for long. Hopefully the Prince knew what he was doing, because this could get messy rather quickly otherwise.

"What....? What is this?!" Yusef snapped, watching as his energy was drained. "Give that back you damn pest!"

Before he knew it that mass of energy was all but gone, and he could even feel his power being sapped out of him as a result. The only reasonable thing to do then was stop his own blast, glaring furiously at the Prince. How dare he take that power like some kind of leech. It most certainly wasn't his, and he didn't have the proper mettle to handle it. He'd give way and buckle under the force, he had to. With a weak, pathetic frame like his there was no real possibility that he'd be capable of doing anything.

"You're bluffing boy! You hardly know how to use your powers, you couldn't do that!"

If it was a bluff then it was certainly one that the Prince was confident of. Considering how much pain had been caused by the blast earlier taking on one of greater size now would be outright agony. He couldn't well back down despite that though, that was simply out of the question. The General refused to be intimidated, certainly by someone he considered so inferior. Rather than back down as common sense might suggest he began to laugh, clutching his gut and shaking his head.

"You honestly expect ME to submit to YOU?" Yusef roared, grinning broadly as he stared down T'charrl. "You don't know what to do with that power!"

Emitting a sharp hissing sound the General lowered himself before flying forward, gathering energy in each of his four hands as he raced ahead. With a loud shout he threw each hand forward, a ball of energy coming from each and spiraling towards the Prince.

"I'll not be stopped, not by you child!"

The Twins were fairly focused, but Choi’s expression could show how confident they were in being able to fight off the huge ball of energy. It wasn’t like Ki, it couldn’t just be set to explode at any time but it didn’t appear as if the General knew how to do that and the Prince probably didn’t either. Kai had little to think about right now, he just wanted to get rid of this thing before it hit the surface and killed countless around them. With concentration heightened, Kai and Choi had barely noticed T’charrl flying to it until Kabocha shouted and the twins turned their direction towards the alien.

T’charrl was doing something far too risky right now, but it certainly only seemed to be the one thing that was working right now. Halting their attacks as the energy was sucked up by the alien, they looked between each other before to Kabocha as Kai immediately spoke up, “That guy’s as crazy as the big guy up there! Did he not see what happened with that guy?” he spoke, feeling the need to back away from this, “We shouldn’t be near these two, it’s energy we obviously can’t fight against and if that Prince doesn’t let that go he’s probably gonna pop”.

Choi was especially worried, not because of what was happening but what would probably happen after the battle was over. Whether the General would win or T’charrl seemed fairly sketchy at the moment, but the thought of T’charrl exploding himself just made everything worse, “Ohh man, the Queen’ll kill us”, he groaned, grabbing his hair, “What do we do?? That energy is impossible to fight against! What if he does actually pop??”

T’charrl was a little annoyed; it wasn’t as if he couldn’t hear the Saiyans talk amongst themselves and doubting his survivability. He had told his mother when she first found out that he could channel the energy as well, but whether he could hold onto it and get rid of it without channelling the torment into the planet was definitely something he couldn’t consider. He’d have to try and do something with it without harming the planet or others, his body acting as a vessel for the gigantic amount of energy.

It felt like it really was going to tear him to shreds, his muscles feeling the strain and his own energy fighting to consume it so that it wasn’t a threat anymore. With his hands out in front of him, he fair struggled to try and pull it out of his body at a reasonable amount and sure enough the General was fairly pissed off at the fact he was holding onto it too. He probably felt that drain quite a lot, it was probably even worse than being kicked in the face at this point. Holding his hands out, his arms shook slightly as the energy continued to run through his body wildly, “You shouldn’t underestimate your opponents! You…are nothing!”

Sharp pains continued to run through his body, he could control them but he was worried about what they meant for him and his health. Pulling back his hands slightly, he looked down at them as they continued to shake, the energy sparking out his hand and even his hair stood on end, shimmering slightly. Taking in a few deep breaths to try and retain control, he looked up at the General angrily and clenched his fists, pulling his arms back to gather the energy there, “It will be easier on you if you did! Using power in such a reckless way…”

Before he could say anymore, the monster of a man was soon tearing his way towards him, firing off energy as he did that went straight for him. He didn’t have time to counter that, his hands were behind him and the General was coming at him very fast. Tightening his fists, he kept his ground as he only managed to move one forward, grabbing the energy as they came at him and pulled them into his body as well as the General barrelled straight for him. The energy was giving him a strange vibe, he could only feel the draw towards the General growing as he continued to struggle with the energy.

Without a moment to lose, he dashed right out of the way only to end up making a grab for the General as he barrelled passed him, his intention on making one last drain for the energy; however, before that could progress into anything T’charrl suddenly yelped, dropping to the ground while managing to land neatly on his feet. It was suddenly becoming way too much, he didn’t know what was happening but he knew it couldn’t be good for either of them. It didn’t feel like the energy was going anywhere and was simply growing in might, his heartrate only increasing, “G-General! This power…is this why your mind went to hell with it??” he questioned him, his secondary arms on his chest while his other two stayed ready yet shaking, “It’s funny…just how little you know of it. Just what do you think it is…?”

"I am the savior of our people, I am the light that will guide us forth!" Yusef shouted, growing angrier by the second. "YOU are nothing!"

Whatever T'charrl might be doing it wasn't going to win him this battle, of that the General was certain. He was the superior being here, this was only a minor set back. He would just create another attack like that, he had the energy for it, he must have. Sooner or later the Prince would tire of exhaustion, and then he could wipe these troublesome children out in one fell swoop. He may have absorbed that attack, but everyone had a limit, he was sure of that. He'd just fill the boy up until he was primed to burst, what a fitting way for him to go. Flying forward at high speeds the General gathered his power in each hand, tossing forward four smaller blasts that circled erratically at their target. Despite having multiple projectiles though each of them was grabbed and absorbed yet again. His energy might be useless now, but he could still definitely use his brute strength.

"Absorb this!"

Reeling a thick arm back Yusef tried to send a hard jab directly at T'charrl's head, easily with enough force to cause considerable damage. The Prince turned out to be faster than his attack, deftly avoiding it and lifting off above him. The General turned his head in time to see the boy reaching for him and then abruptly drop to the ground. Being carried a few meters further by his own momentum the Kaesstrian halted himself in mid-air, turning around and glancing down at the boy. Just what was he playing at going down there now? Well, he may not have directly caused any damage, but T'charrl did seem to be in some degree of discomfort, and that was more than satisfying. Smirking he crossed his arms, easing himself ground ward slowly.

"My mind is fine boy, I assure you. I'm just enjoying my new power is all." His tone quickly went from casual to angry as he was taunted, being on the precipice of snapping mentally. "I know more than you do about it! I've studied the energy, I know how it works far better than you boy!"

Talking was getting rather tiresome, he wanted to end this right now. Growling furiously the General crouched low to the ground, and with a strong gust from his wings sped directly at the Prince. Coming ever closer he suddenly darted into the air, gathering energy and tossing it right down from above, flying over and behind the other Kaesstrian. He would then lower himself back to the ground, trying to ram his large frame into T'charrl to drive him to the ground, and subsequently beat him until he was no more. As soon as he was done here, the Saiyans were next. Then he'd find the remainder of their friends and cleanse this world of those pests. Finally, he'd deal with the Queen. It would be a shame she couldn't watch her son die though.

T’charrl could feel it coming, his fears of what would become of him soon coming true as he managed to stall out the General if only for a few moments. When he had seen what happened to the General it had been aching in the back of his mind, but now his whole body could feel the trembling power and twisting pain of what he had feared the most. As the General spoke, he closed his eyes to try and concentrate on what mattered most right now, to not become lost and forget how much everyone was relying on him to take down the General. The longer he tried to stop the energy from practically destroying him, the more his mind was dragged away from reality before finishing with his heart jumping and everything suddenly felt tight.

In the short moment as his heart jumped and his innards strained, the whole world began to slow down and he was left in his own reality, his mind finding it hard to comprehend what was going to happen. The slowdown felt completely strange, the pain in his body simply becoming stagnant as everything went dark for a moment all except for many shimmering lights surrounding them. He had been ignoring them the entire time unwillingly, his focus on the General distracting him from the other aspect of his power. The General didn’t seem to notice, but surrounding them was many spirits simply standing, watching the outcome of the battle.

The spirits were all soldiers, standing attention and waiting to see what was going to happen with their eyes locked onto T’charrl, probably well aware of what was going to happen to him. It was easy to tell when staring at their expressions that they were all waiting on one thing, the revenge still stagnant in their minds even after death. Being sent to their deaths had left them unsettled and unable to move on, the fact that the General was still standing and announcing that he had done it all by himself left them wanting to see justice delivered. He couldn’t let them down, part of his power was to help these spirits and give them company when they were lacking it before; he couldn’t let himself succumb to fear, he had to let it happen.

With a sudden hiccup, reality soon began to flow once more and the realisation that the General was on the attack. Watching as he darted towards him, his eyes followed him up before instead staring at the energy that came flying straight for him, his own body heaving as his legs began to strain as the power with him was only growing. Hissing as he raised his upper arm, the energy sucked straight into his hand as if it simply drained away before T’charrl’s entire body began to shake. In the short few seconds before the General would impact him, the skin down his arm cracked open, a blue shining energy running down it and travelling all the way to his body before the collision happened.

An explosion sounded loud throughout the broken building, the ground around the impact splitting open; however, the explosion wasn’t what Choi and Kai might had thought, there was no energy resulting from it. As the dust quickly cleared away, it turned out that T’charrl was not obliterated but still standing, his arms out in front of him in a block. It should had been impossible to stop such an attack, but as T’charrl’s skin continued to split it soon became evident that the energy had grown to the point that his body was unable to handle it.

T’charrl immediately swung his arms away, pushing the General away from him before he slowly stepped back, his joints cracking with each movement. Slowly raising his hand out in front of him, he stared at it for only a moment before it suddenly swelled up, growing longer than T’charrl himself as the forearm bulged out with colourful thick fur forcing their way out of the skin. Letting out a sudden scream, T’charrl’s arms went to grab it only for the cracks to follow through his body and cause his abdomen to expand greatly, his legs swelling with muscle and too grow larger with each passing moment. Bending forward with the great arm holding him up, his other arms soon followed suit and too became coated in the thick fur, his lower abdomen expanding and enlarging into an almost tail-like structure compared to the short stump it was before. Most of his body became coated in colourful hair, only his chest and under his abdomen structures becoming hardened skin. With long flowing antennae lengthening on his enlarged head, his eyes grew large and fierce while huge teeth parted to allow his tongue to grow long and spiral underneath his chin in amongst the huge mane that ran around his neck and down his back.

T’charrl was larger than the General in his huge new form as the growth slowed down, easily towering at a huge six metres. Letting out an unsettling hiss, he leaned forward as his now tiny wings suddenly ripped apart to make way to massive colourful ones all before he reared up as bulbous glowing globes burst forth from his shoulders with the largest one forcing its way out of his chest cavity. Slowly leaning forward, his large furry head twisted in the General’s direction as another bulbous growth forced its way out of his forehead and another two ripped open his forearms and massive claws. He had become a monster greater than the General could ever become, looking like a massive moth creature with gorilla arms, With one last crack from his body he let out a dreadful hissing roar, the energy he consumed becoming his hot breath before he made a grab for the General, his form finally stopping at a near eight metres as he slammed his extended abdomen on the ground which soon began to glow with energy as he prepared to drain it all from the General’s body.

The General was determined to finish this battle here and now. T'charrl could absorb his energy, and what's more his own energy could be used against him. So now not only was using energy attacks no longer a viable option, but even simple contact was dangerous. He'd have to overwhelm the boy in a sudden rush, make it so he couldn't possibly retaliate and beat him once and for all. To that end he sacrificed a little more energy as a brief distraction before flying up and over the boy, descending rapidly again to drive him down into the ground from behind. He was larger, and even a simpleton could figure out that his bigger size meant that any physical impact was going to go very poorly for the Prince. Why then did the boy scarcely budge as he was struck? Confused and frustrated the General swung himself around, again striking the boy to no avail. Clarity washed over Yusef as he backed off, eyes widening in alarm at what he saw. The boy was changing just as he had done, his body beginning to undergo metamorphosis into an entirely new beast.

Not only was T'charrl now changing as well, but he was transforming into something far more powerful than what the General had. All of the energy from those attacks and from what had been drained eclipsed the minute amount of power that Yusef had injected into himself, and the difference became immediate. Whereas the General gained a meter and some considerable mass he remained mostly the same, just an inflated version of himself. As the Prince began to change though his entire appearance was being altered. His features changed right along with the rest of his physique, the end result being something that most certainly did not resemble the young Kaesstrian. Expanding rapidly the Prince quickly met the General's size before growing beyond, and by the time he'd finished his unnatural growth spurt he dwarfed the senior alien. Whereas Yusef may have become a bit more powerful T'charrl had quite literally become a monster, both in terms of size and strength.

"You... You damned child!" Yusef shouted, glaring up at the Prince in spite of his towering size. "This... This changes nothing!"

Or maybe it changed quite a bit. Contrary to his hulking size T'charrl moved with amazing speed, and quickly the General found himself in a poor predicament. A massive and strong set of claws wrapped around his body, the fingers wrapping around him like iron straps and constricting any and all movement. As much as he tried to struggle against the boy's grip he couldn't break free. If he wasn't mistaken he was also beginning to feel considerably weaker, like his energy was being sapped. Sure enough his body felt like it was growing numb, and slowly but surely his musculature started to return to its normal state. He'd only just gained his power, he couldn't lose it so soon, not like this.

"Let me go! This isn't your power to take!"

Angry as he was the General was perfectly helpless, forced to sit in T'charrl's grasp and watch as his energy was sapped away. Soon enough his body had shrunk back down to its original proportions, and in contrast to the hulking Prince he seemed like a child's plaything. With a sincerely massive gap in strength and sheer size separating them now Yusef finally appreciated the magnitude of his situation, becoming rather alarmed by it as a result. The vice grip on him was strong, but certainly not crushing him. How easily he'd be tossed aside and about like a doll right now if the Prince so chose to. Anger ebbed, giving rise to nervousness and even panic. His struggle became more fitful, and an earnest look of fright washed over his face.

"P-Put me down you freak! Release me this instant!" the General screamed, kicking his legs haplessly. "You weren't going to kill me...! Let me go!"

From his vantage point Kabocha could see everything unfolding, and he was definitely caught off guard by how monstrous T'charrl had become. He had gained the upper hand on the General quickly, even managing to remove from him the power that made the man such a threat. With all that energy for himself now the question remained as to whether or not he could control it, or if he'd be lost to some kind of mania as well. Yusef's panicked shouts told him the fight was over, there was no reason to continue on at this point. With an amused smirk he slowly descended to the ground, landing noiselessly in front of T'charrl and folding his arms over his chest, Oh how the mighty have fallen.

"Okay T'charrl, I think the guy's gone and pissed himself, we won." Kabocha mused, laughing at the General's expense. "Put him down and let's take him back, yeah?"

T’charrl could feel the steady flow of energy entering his body, his pain from the transformation easing and his new found strength feeling a lot more settled in than it had previously been. It was a feel-good situation, the General slowly drained on his powers and left just like the regular little cretin like he was before. The energy inside him was still corrupted, he couldn’t change that and couldn’t possibly be less of a monster even if it was natural. With the General now a much smaller size, he hissed through his large teeth, his wings shimmering as he contemplated on what to do.

He could easily squish him right here and now, there would be no protest against it and nobody would notice. T’charrl wasn’t beneath eating him either; it would be simple and quick, yet probably rough tasting too. That would be barbaric, there’s no way he could cannibalise someone, but then again when the man was a monster then it should be alright. Slowly raising the General up as he kicked out his legs, he shifted his large feet and slowly hunched forward, his large eyes staring at the General as he contemplated over his words.

The twins didn’t know what was happening with Choi left pretty scared already that the Prince had actually popped on impact only for him to mutate into a massive monster. It must had been the energy, but when looking at the General and what the energy had done to him then to T’charrl it definitely raised some questions to why it was so drastic and such a ferocious change. Looking to Kabocha for help, the twins soon went down as well but kept their distance, especially Choi as he kept a good ten feet away from T’charrl’s large form. Kai couldn’t decide how they were supposed to get T’charrl home, seeing as how he was large and full of energy like a bloated parasite. His mother was going to go nuts over this, but if it was anything like the General then hopefully he could be drained somehow and hopefully return to normal without any implications.

T’charrl was slowly raising the General up to his mouth, his hot breath could easily give someone a burn if applied for too long before Kabocha spoke up. Antennae twitching, he slowly turned towards the Saiyan, still holding the General as he slowly leaned down, his secondary large claws forcing their way into the ground as he held his massive body down close to the Saiyan. He had forgotten they were all there; in fact, he had forgotten a lot in that short time. With large eyes blinking at Kabocha, he groaned as he slowly stood up again and his eyes wandered down to the General once more.

T’charrl was feeling frightened again, he had nearly eaten the man in a barbaric attempt to get revenge for all that the man had done and if it wasn’t for Kabocha speaking up he probably would had become that monster he so feared; then again, looking down at himself, he really was a monster. Backing off for a moment, his foot stepped on the hole the General had created, causing it to crumble and cave in causing T’charrl to panic some more, backing off into the destroyed structure of the building and causing that to collapse too. With a weird gargling noise exiting his throat, he looked all around him before to the General, getting angry all over again before he simply turned him upside down moving his massive claws around his legs before throwing him down against the hard floor, hissing again as he let go of him.

T’charrl was in a bit of a panic to say the least, he didn’t even know whether he was able to transform back. He could feel how full of energy he was, but it would have to either naturally exit his body itself or he’d have to use it somehow and all that’d do is cause more destruction. Looking down at his massive forearms, he slowly stroked the fur before feeling all around his body to try and get an idea of just what he had become. His entire heart had been replaced by a massive solid energy form while several more had grown out of his body, his muscles huge and his entire skeletal structure having changed greatly. He was acting as if he had been covered in burns and was inspecting the damage; he hadn’t even checked to see if he could talk yet. Awash with shame over his monstrous form, he covered his head and fluttered his wings, the massive gust causing the debris to fly away from under them as he slowly nodded.

Kabocha wasn't sure if talking to T'charrl at this point was going to do them any good or not. From what he knew whenever the commander or Shu transformed they were pretty well beyond reasoning. He knew people could retain their self in Oozaru form, but this was definitely not the same thing. Keeping distance just in case the Prince went off the deep end he tried to talk T'charrl down, knowing that their mission required bringing the General back alive. Sure, killing the guy was easy, especially now, but that wasn't what they were here for. Thankfully his words got through to the Kaesstrian, and he cooled down a little bit, at least enough that he wasn't going to murder the guy. T'charrl did eventually release the General, albeit he did so by slamming the poor guy into the ground below. Wincing at the sight he waited until the Prince backed off before going over to apprehend their target.

Yusef was laid flat out on his back in the pavement, staring straight up at the sky unmoving. Wow did his body hurt right now. Aside from feeling like every ounce of energy was sapped from him that slam hadn't helped either. The after effects of the injection were causing some complications as well, namely shortened breath and increased pulse as his organs had to fight to re-regulate themselves. He certainly wasn't going to keel over from it all, but a nice relaxing bath and a feather-soft bed would be nice.Opening his jaw the General managed to lift his head enough to see the Saiyan approaching him. He tried to speak, but all that came out was a pitiful groaning sound.

"Unnnnnnnh...."

Kabocha watched as the General's head laid back onto the ground, smiling at how utterly exhausted the man looked. So much for his bravado, this little fight of theirs was finally over. Thank goodness too, it had been getting awfully close to causing some serious damage to the city otherwise. All that had been damaged was the seedy home that the research had been done in, and now with T'charrl's massive size the road was taking a bit of a beating. Overall not that big of a deal. It was a safe bet that right now moving Yusef was going to be tricky, and it would take at least two people to do it. To that end Kabocha looked back at the twins, gesturing for either of them to come forward and give him a hand. While he waited the Saiyan glanced back up at the Prince, offering a faint smile seeing how upset the kid was.

"Hey, it's not the end of the world. We'll get you back to normal." Kabocha reassured, putting his hands on his hips. "The General changed back when he lost his energy, yeah? So... Try using up yours. Fire something into the air, I don't know. If you run out or don't have enough you should change back. That's how ours works anyways."

The Oozaru form, while powerful did take up an awful lot of Ki. You got more power once transformed, but if you fell below a certain bit you'd lose the form, every Saiyan knew that. Logic told Kabocha then this new Kaesstrian form had to work the same way, it only seemed to be the natural order of things. Hopefully for their sake he changed back before his mother saw him. Somehow he didn't expect that she would take her son becoming a literal monster too well.

Back at the house it had hardly become a secret that a fight was going on. Ki flying was never a good thing, Everyone had been ordered to remain away from the fight by the Queen though, and Vegeta was right with her, both agreeing that whatever was going on was too dangerous for the others to become involved. Where there had been a massive source of energy earlier it had gradually waned, only to be replaced by another. It wasn't Ki that they were sensing, they knew that, but it was close enough to be picked up. As scientifically inclined as he was Vegeta couldn't offer a single explanation for what they were experiencing, drawing the same obvious conclusions that everyone else had. Whatever strange energy resided on this planet was similar to their own, and yet completely alien in its own right.

Takeshi could scarcely move, but he'd managed to drag himself outside and up onto the roof of the house. From there he watched in the direction of the fight, half expecting a light show to start. It was a relief when the conflict seemed to simmer down, though they still couldn't tell what had caused that or who had won. The squad was still there, but that didn't tell anyone how T'charrl was faring unfortunately. He could have easily been beaten by the General, as unlikely as they thought that to be. Until they all returned no one was going to know for certain what was going on, and really that was the worst of it all. Taking a glance down at his wounds he frowned disconcertingly, resisting the temptation to itch at the healing flesh below the bandages. If he hadn't been so utterly useless then it may not have come to this, and he could be out there finishing things as it should have been. Instead he was stuck here, wallowing in self pity as his friends took on the fight for him. Some job he was doing...

Despite Choi’s inability to comprehend what had happened, he did slowly move with Kai and Kabocha when signalled to, his eyes on the great monster that was T’charrl the entire time. It would be pretty bad if T’charrl turned out to be vicious, he was definitely a powerhouse right now and would only grow stronger if he chose to absorb any more energy. He did wonder why T’charrl was capable of such a thing, he could completely drain the planet and become a god before sucking out the energy from other sources if he so wanted to, this planet’s energy was probably fully renewable too. Staring up at him, Choi looked to Kabocha and frowned, shaking his head a little, “And what if he’s changed forever…? I mean, think of how mad the Queen would be…”

T’charrl did understand Kabocha, his mind hadn’t devolved in any way, but upon hearing Choi he couldn’t help but feel the dread come back to him. If he couldn’t change back then that was it for him, he’d have to find a place to hide forever. The energy flowed through him like blood, it was completely natural to him and yet had managed to warp his body into the monster they were all staring at; he thought it would only make him big like the General, not turn him into a full-blown monster.

The sound of releasing the energy seemed good, his hands slowly raising themselves, his tongue unrolling a few times before rolling back up tight. All he could think of was accidentally destroying the city from the resulting blast, but what was worse was if he released the corrupted energy it’d probably do untold damage and might end up mutating the nearby citizens with its energy. He was horribly conflicted, the corrupt energy would need to remain inside him while he released the more natural energy that occurred from the General using his abilities, but keep the corruption inside him for the time being until he knew how to cleanse it if it could ever be cleansed. Hissing lowly, his hands shook slightly as he slowly leaned forward, his muscles straining as he gathered up his power. All he could do is return it to the planet and see what happened, hopefully not causing a massive tear in the planet itself.

T’charrl was ready, the orbs sticking out of his body lighting up and veins of energy ran through his body, his muscles straining as he tried to force out the intense power. There was no way he was going to risk others turning into something like him, the energy could easily end up causing a massacre if he fired it up into the air. Forcing it down into the ground, his claws forced their way into the ground as he forced the energy downwards, trying to do the opposite of what he had done to the General’s energy.

Nothing happened at first, everything was quiet apart from the gentle hum that came from T’charrl’s massive form and the crumbling of the ground beneath his claws; however, after a brief moment there was a sudden blasting noise from below and T’charrl let out a sudden aching yelp. The ground began to shake around him, T’charrl’s body began to glow, his body straining before everything began to shift around him. It was almost looking as if he was going to explode the entire area, the ground lighting up from below before suddenly there was an upward explosion as a large glowing entity emerged from the ground and grew at an incredible speed in front of T’charrl, expanding and shifting the incredibly large alien away from his spot as large creeping growths invaded the area. The twins had to fly to avoid one of the growths, but the majority of them forced their way into the ground again as it forced a holding into the planet.

It was growing to an incredible height, easily towering over the area and taking over the size of the buildings in the city. As its growth slowed down, its top expanded quickly into large vein-like growths, flowing upwards mostly while some grew downwards long and grand. Before long T’charrl began to shift and pull his claws out of the ground, his body shaking and his groans making it sound as if he was in a lot of pain himself. The corrupted energy remained, his own was near depleted and if anymore left him he’d possibly die or lose his mind. As the massive glowing entity gradually lost its glow, what revealed itself behind it was a huge tree much like the one that was underground in his home city only this one was much larger. It still glowed gently, almost immediately growing leaves and flowers all over its branches while letting through the sunlight to the city below.

T’charrl was positively drained, his body shaking as its strained, flinching a little before his body gradually began to decrease in size. The shrinking sounded just as painful as the growing did, his muscles decreasing in size but the orbs not going away, only shrinking as his body did. In fact, his body didn’t change its appearance at all as he slowly shrank down, the same fierce features remaining on his form as he eventually shrank down to a smaller but still large near two and a half metres tall, his body a lot thinner than the severely bulked up General had been. It didn’t look like he was going to get any smaller, his body not changing either if only his face appearing gentler and claws not so sharp. He was still in pain but not exhausted, the feeling of the unnatural energy still flowing through him but that didn’t feel like the reasoning behind his still large yet lanky form. Slowly moving his arms around him, he stared at them for a moment before letting out a groan of defeat.

Back at home, it hadn’t been a great time for either Viral or Shu as Shu still couldn’t move and Viral was having a battle of his own. Viral had managed to fall asleep, but upon falling asleep he was completely restless and stuck in a nightmare that wasn’t ending; however, at the same time he wasn’t able to show he was in any sort of torment with how deeply out of it he was. Shu had woken up again, his memory gradually coming back as his mind ached to talk to someone about what had happened. He didn’t know whether he should talk to Yumi about it or wait until Takeshi came back inside, feeling that he should say something about what happened prior to him being knocked out. He wanted to move, especially as the energy influxes made him feel incredibly unsettled. He was worried for his friend and Takeshi’s team, anything bad could happen and whatever all that energy was definitely made him worry; however, the slight shaking that soon occurred afterwards frightened him a little. He could feel it pretty well from where he was, it almost feeling like an earthquake and his immediate worry came from what had caused it, “Ah! Oww…w-what was that?? Oww…”

"Go on T'charrl. All you've got to do is release the energy," Kabocha urged, smiling encouragingly. "Just fire it off or something, anything to get rid of it."

He'd expected a big blast to be fired off, or maybe the energy would just sort of dissipate. When the Prince dug his hands into the ground Kabocha cocked his head to the side, not following in the least what the kid was doing. Was he bracing himself to let it all go? Apparently so, but not in the way he had imagined. Alarmingly T'charrl did in fact release his energy... Right into the ground at their feet. At first nothing happened, and it seemed like the power would just disperse over the area. After a moment's pause though an abrupt and rather powerful tremor started to shake the area, the ground threatening to tear open as a result. Cursing under his breath Kabocha hurriedly grabbed hold of the General, scarcely caring for the guy's comfort as he lifted him up and rose into the air. Just what the heck was T'charrl trying to do?

The tremors only ended up being a prologue to a much larger, more intrusive event. As a crack tore through the street it looked like a chasm was opening, and then something abruptly began to sprout up from the depths. It was nigh impossible to tell exactly what it was at first, the mass came out in a spastic and random manner, reaching out every which way. It became apparent that it was wood not too long after, and said wood was beginning to clump together. As it shot further and further up into the air the base of it began to expand, tearing up the street and even destroying bits of the surrounding buildings in the process. Apparently this bloc was completely abandoned as there wasn't anyone running for cover or panicking. Higher and higher the wood rose, until finally reaching its peak a few dozen meters above the ground. At the top of the protrusion some of the wood began to span out in thin strips, and Kabocha realized precisely what was forming before them. As leaves sprouted and flowers rapidly bloomed his eyes widened in shock; it was a massive tree. Why the heck had it sprouted though? Baffled he looked over to T'charrl for answers, seeing that the Prince was really in no state to be answering. Boy did he slim down from that too, nearly reverting to his former self after it was all said and done.

"Holy crap T'charrl..." Not the most eloquent response, Kabocha could hardly think of much else to say though. All he could do was stare up at the tree, finally getting distracted as the General at his arm groaned in discomfort. "Uh... Guys, we should probably get going. I don't imagine people are going to be thrilled about this."

The lapse in power had Takeshi staring off towards the city, properly confused as to what was going on. The first power had vanished, only to be replaced by a second one. In no time at all even that one had disappeared, dropping off the radar just as suddenly as it had appeared. Frowning worriedly he placed a hand over the wound on his stomach, gritting his teeth as he fought to stand up, hoping to get some idea of just what was developing. With the vanishing of the energy came an unsettling pause, nothing happened for a few moments. Then, seemingly out of left field a tremor shook the city. It was slight at first, and Takeshi almost passed it off as just his legs being weak. As it gained magnitude it became obvious that wasn't the case, and unable to support himself the Saiyan fell onto his backside, wincing as he irritated his wounds in the process. The shaking would go on for a few minutes longer, not making dealing with his injuries any easier by any stretch. When the tremors finally subsided he was near curled up in his spot, groaning at how sore his body was.

"That... What the hell?" Takeshi gasped, lifting his head to look towards the city again. Even from here he could see something alarming, something that hadn't been there before. At first he thought he was seeing things, but after blinking and even looking away it was still there. A massive tree... Just like the one underground. Where had that come from?

Yumi and the others had absolutely no idea what to make of that. Everyone was just as confused as the other as to what was going on, and though she'd never show it Eslaria was deeply troubled. The Beastman meanwhile was worried as well, but moreso for the well being of Shu and Viral, and perhaps to a lesser extent Takeshi. A quick check on Viral gave some relief, seeing that he was still asleep and unharmed, thank goodness. Taking some solace in that fact she hurried right along to the family room to check on the youngest member of their group. Like the rest of them he seemed properly startled, but otherwise unharmed. Smiling gently she walked across the room, taking a knee at the side of the couch and gently snatching up one of Shu's hands to let him know she was there.

"Are you okay...? Nothing hurts does it?" Yumi asked, taking a cursory glance over the Saiyan for any open wounds. "It's over, whatever that was."

Choi and Kai both stared up at the massive form as it continued to grow, Choi nearly falling over as the tremors almost knocked him off his feet while they both had to move when part of it threatened to take them down to the ground. It was incredibly strange, it shouldn’t had been possible to create something like that and yet there it was, driving its way up to the sky and even blossoming by the end of it. This was certainly a level of concern, but upon searching for T’charrl it was soon possible to see the young Prince returning to a smaller height. He was still pretty large and his body was still in a strange form, but what mattered was he was skinny and could be moved if needed, even if he didn’t have his tribal uniform anymore. Speaking of T’charrl’s stuff, Choi’s eyes immediately went to where he had transformed, his sword and the other two not too far away. A warrior would be nothing without his weapons, it seemed fitting to take them home with them. Flying straight for them, Choi picked them all up, keeping the sharp edges of the double blades away while taking T’charrl’s own sheathed sword under arm. They were ready to go, but whether T’charrl was ready certainly begged the question.

T’charrl’s body had been under a ton of stress, but his form had changed if only he wasn’t completely monstrous. He still had the colourful fur, large teeth and tongue, the orbs were still present too while his lower abdomen still acted like a tail in length and size. Letting out a groan, he gasped a little at the sound of Kabocha’s voice, his eyes immediately looking up to him as his nervous system began to function once more, “I-…I’m sorry, for everything…” he spoke, slowly moving his lengthy arms awkwardly to try and get up, “I returned it to the planet…to the air would kill people…” He was barely registering what was going on, but he knew his body had changed. Finally managing to get up, he got a fright at just now tall he was compared to before, but finally looking at his body just managed to freak him out internally. His upper arms were close enough to reaching the floor with his lower arms practically able to hold hands with his other pair with barely any movement, his chest cavity was still wide.

T’charrl moved his arms all over his body, stepping back slowly in a panic, “T-This can’t be happening!” The energy had managed to mutate him into a completely different form of Kaesstrian, maybe this was what his grandmother had tried to warn him about when overusing his powers and losing control, but he had no idea how to return himself to normal if it was even possible. His mother was going to kill him, who knew whether the people would accept him this way either. Going into a frenzy of searching himself over, pulling at his long sticking out tongue and even feeling his back end, he soon stopped and grabbed his stomach, letting out a groan, “Ughhhhh I’m so hungry…for…meat…no, fruit, no…some juicy dripping-aghhhh what’s wrong with me?? I’ve never liked meat before!”

He was so confused; he didn’t know what was happening to his body, but he couldn’t panic over it just now. Feeling overly stressed wasn’t doing him any good and just making him feel sore and funny, “…You’re right. We have to go, now, before the authorities come to check out what the planet created with the energy…” Spreading his wings, the force of it caused sparkling dust to fly everywhere before he immediately took off, his fur changing colour depending on how much light he was receiving at a time. He was too concerned with everything else, he was even flying higher than what he’d normally do to avoid anybody seeing him. His flying was even erratic, he couldn’t concentrate well enough when he was essentially a monster to his own people. Hiding his face in shame, he groaned as he flew, trying to get to his mother and father for some desperate help.

Shu didn’t mean to hurt himself, he had tried to get up but in doing so hurt his neck and head. He was a little sad that he wasn’t allowed to move, it was really rather sore still and had been told that he shouldn’t be moving until they knew that his neck wasn’t damaged too badly. Frowning when Yumi came along, he squeezed her hand a little before giving her a little smile, “Just a little bit…but that’s not the problem”, he spoke, frowning again, “What was that…? Was the ground really shaking? Why did it do that…? I’m a little scared…”

Sure, T'charrl looked odd, but then so did ninety percent of what Kabocha had seen in his lifetime. Not to say that the Prince didn't have him a bit unsettled, but he did his best to be polite and hide it behind a smile. He and the twins all felt like something was wrong, why hadn't T'charrl turned back into himself like the General had? He'd presumably given up all the energy, and yet he remained mutated. If they went back with him like this... Well, there goes saving their parents. A fine mess this had turned out to be then, now what the heck was the point in doing all of this? Glancing down at the General in his grasp Kabocha mulled over the thought of just killing the guy, under the pretense their task was basically forfeit at this point. It wasn't like them to abandon a mission halfway through. Well... They had this time, but normally it wasn't. Certainly not a mission that was actually worthwhile, besides it wasn't their place to hand down judgment on the General. Before they could bring him to justice though the Prince would have to be seen to.

"You haven't done anything wrong dude, don't apologize." Kabocha tried to help out with that, but it didn't seem to really do a whole lot. "Let's just get back, okay? We'll fix this."

He wasn't sure how, and it was a safe bet that no one would know. This wasn't exactly something Saiyans were familiar with, that is, being stuck in a transformation. It didn't appear to be a widespread Kaesstrian ability either so no one around here would know how to help him. The best they could do is show him to Vegeta, maybe the egghead could come up with some kind of solution. Either that or, given enough time their doctors might have some kind of solution. Really whoever came up with a cure for this couldn't come up with it a moment too soon. Already the Prince was freaking out over his new appearance, sounding properly panicked as he looked over himself. He was definitely having a hard time coming to terms with all of this, and his new, unexplained hunger only served to add to that. Sighing exasperatedly Kabocha reached up and rubbed the back of his neck, looking in the direction of the house before back at T'charrl. What he heck could he say to settle the kid down?

"Wait, really? You're good to go, just like that?" Kabocha asked, blinking in surprise. Without an answer T'charrl started to fly off, meaning yes. Shrugging it off the Saiyan started after him, keeping a firm grip on the General's limp form as he followed along.

Yumi smiled sympathetically at Shu as she knelt down, hoping to do her best to console him. He'd always been a bit jumpy, and an earthquake most certainly didn't help someone like that. Aside from being startled he looked alright, thankfully it hadn't agitated his neck in any obvious way.

"Yeah, it was shaking, but we don't know why yet." the Beastman replied, giving the Saiyan's hand a gentle patting. "We're going to find out why it happened, don't worry. You just have to lay here and relax."

Whatever it was it felt like it had come from the direction of the city, meaning that it may have been the Prince and Saiyans fighting. Strange though, she hadn't felt any mass of Ki save for a few short bursts, so that hadn't caused the quake. Really she couldn't think of anything else that might have created it, unless T'charrl's ability was really that strong. Maybe this was why he had been so uncertain about showing it to them, seeing as it had caused a lot of damage and hysteria in the city probably. Busy tending to Shu as she was Yumi noticed someone landing just outside the window, swiveling her head around to see Takeshi standing there, awkwardly trying to climb in through the window. He looked to be having a tough time of it, so with a roll of her eyes she left Shu's side for a moment, going to the window to help. Carefully wrapping her arms under his own she eased the Saiyan inside, frowning as he shirked himself free of her grasp once on his feet.

"What were you doing out there?" Yumi asked concerned, putting her hands on her hips. "You're injured Takeshi, you shouldn't be moving around at all, let alone climbing through windows."

"I was just getting some fresh air, relax..."

Takeshi said dismissively, not bothering to look in Yumi's direction as he spoke. Instead he focused on his younger brother, smiling faintly as he placed a hand over his stomach wound, numbly walking over to the couch. Once at the side he turned himself about, grunting as he eased his body down into a sitting position on the edge, mindful of not moving Shu in the process. What a sorry sight the two of them must be, with Shu being unable to move and himself essentially indisposed. To think they were going to try protecting people from their monster of a father, and yet here they were laid up after a single little scuffle. He couldn't blame Shu, it was a cheap shot that had done him in. But there was no excusing the state he was in, he'd screwed up.

"There's a big tree in the city Shu... Like the one underground," the older boy explained, looking away at nothing in particular. "I think that's what caused the quake we felt... But I have no idea how it got there... And I can't tell anymore what's going on. The squad is still there, but there were two other powers too, and both of those have disappeared. If one was the General, then the other had to have been..." He didn't finish, not feeling the need two. There was only one other person present, and with that energy gone it could only mean one thing.

Yumi found it hard to believe a massive tree had suddenly sprouted up in the city, giving Takeshi a skeptical glance before walking out of the room. This was definitely something she needed to see for herself, even if she couldn't fathom why or how the Saiyan would lie about it. Everyone else was outside when she left the back door, gathered along the street and looking in the direction of the city. She didn't even need to go to them in order to spot what they were staring at. The sight made her jaw drop and eyes widen, as sure enough a massive tree, far bigger than the others around them now towered over the city. It was a beautiful thing, even from this distance she could see the lush vegetation on top, and various spots of soft colors indicating patches of flowers. The bark was a soft amber color, and seemed to twist and turn to form the outside of the plant. It was definitely not there before, so how had it gotten there?
