With Choi handing Kai one of the swords, the twins set off after Kabocha and T’charrl, or at least tried to catch up to T’charrl as he sped off like he had seen something embarrassing. Choi didn’t think he looked too bad, the fuzzy look was certainly different compared to the partial patches of hair some of these aliens had while Kai was feeling a lot more concerned about the future. This guy was their ticket to getting their parents and if he was too panicked to do anything about it or the Queen disallowed it, everything was going to end up ruined. Looking to Kabocha, Kai caught up with him and gave him a quick look over, mainly at the General, “So…plan?” he questioned him, slowly looking to T’charrl, “Think he’ll still give us help on getting out families salvation…? Because it’s starting to seem like it’s becoming all too…distant, don’t you think?”
T’charrl wanted to get back, but he also didn’t want to get back for he feared what his mother would think upon seeing him like this. His constant swaying in the air was him partially resisting flying there and wanting to fly there, knowing his mother would grant him comfort and hopefully help him through this. It was such a rocky flight, it was also a little difficult to fly with this body shape with his lanky limbs and using his tail to steer instead of his shoulders. The hunger was greatly unsettling; none of his clan ever ate meat and it was usually the larger more built up Kaesstrians that ate meat, yet only sometimes. He needed food, anything when all his energy had gone and he needed to refuel his tank. Feeling an intense throbbing in his throat that was most likely coming from whatever his heart had become, he wasn’t deaf to what the Saiyans were talking about behind him.
They had their own concerns; that was fair enough. He really didn’t need to hand over his concerns and pile them onto theirs, plus they had helped him a lot and he’d probably be dead already without them. Frowning a little he slowed down, he gave a quick glance back to the Saiyans, “I’ll still help…I-I will! I can do what you want…and I swear I will”, he spoke with a bit of a squeak, sounding upset but desperately trying to hide it, “You saved me, you stopped me from becoming a true monster a-and…well, you stopped me from failing so badly like I’ve done many times in the past”.
Looking down quickly to see what was going on down below, the biggest thing he noticed immediately was how well he could see during the day compared to normal while only noticing the citizens second. He just wanted to see if they were all distracted by the reports of a tree growing in an area that was deemed completely deforested, but being able to see well in the daylight still surprised him. He was a little concerned still, he didn’t know how he’d fair in the dark and didn’t want to have to wander the surface all the time. With the citizens distracted, he should be fine to continue along with how he was even without his clothes. The clothes they wore were all cultural and told other kinds where his blood lay and seeing a Kaesstrian without clothing often spelled ‘barbarian’, it wouldn’t help that he was also different looking than all the other ones. Feeling overly concerned now about people seeing him and his stomach rumbling loud, he could only feel the desperate call to get home before he fell out of the sky from starvation and down to where everyone else was.
Shu stared up at Yumi for an answer, but her own questioning just made him feel a little unsettled and nervous to what it could be. If it was going to shake some more and the house collapsed, they would be in big trouble and Viral would never get a chance to recover. It was a little concerning that Viral hadn’t woken up yet, he was normally on high alert for this sort of thing too. He was worried about everything at this point, it was easy to become worried when he couldn’t move and just wasn’t allowed to move with this entire thing probably being the least he had moved in a long time; even when he was weak he was still able to sit up and look around but with this he was left staring at the ceiling or only getting the pleasure of seeing someone hovering over him to comfort him.
At the sound of someone else coming into the house, Shu looked around to try and see what it was and why Yumi had left him. Squeaking a little, from the sounds of it Takeshi had come back from his little wander away since his wounds had been treated, smiling a little at the comfort that he was still able to do so. He still wanted to tell Takeshi what had happened to get his head injured, but seeing him come back from such an odd direction only left him pretty confused to what had actually happened. He must had seen why the ground shook, so maybe he’ll be kind enough to tell him.
Looking to Takeshi when he was in view, he frowned a little when he simply sat down instead of hovering over him like Yumi did; he wouldn’t mind seeing Takeshi, not just guessing where he was. As Takeshi spoke, Shu couldn’t help but feel even more confused and a little worried. Hearing about a tree suddenly appearing was just strange altogether, but upon hearing about the powers appearing and disappearing made him even more worried. He knew who the other one might had been, but what was worse was there was no indication to whether it was the General who had come out strong or T’charrl, “…Oh, I-I see”, he mumbled, feeling a little unsure to what more could be said, “I hope it was T’charrl, I really do! I hope so…y-you don’t think something bad happened that made the big tree appear, do you? I hope the people are okay, I do…”
T’charrl’s mind continued to swirl as he flew, slowly feeling the need to go down to the ground and just either walk or run the rest of the way but he knew he couldn’t do that. He hoped the Saiyans trusted him when he said he’d still help them, especially when they were the only other ones who knew about the situation. Then there was this low energy feeling, the throbbing spreading to his throat and to his head. He needed to get to his mother, but then there was an intense need for energy, just enough to make the feeling go away. His mother came first, but then there was the desire to feed, to drain and to consume.
As his mind drifted in amongst dangerous thoughts, he came to again when he realised he was close to drooling and drifting into the realms of corrupted thoughts. The energy that was still inside him, he knew it would affect him and he needed help, he needed fruits of the planet or the flesh of the creatures that lived on the planet; but then again no, he’d be a barbarian. Gradually coming in for a landing not too far from the house, he had to stretch his arms out to catch himself before rearing up again, his long secondary arms wrapped around his stomach and his claws digging into his sides. What awful energy that lay inside him and what an awful form he had, his hideous body simply looking ridiculous in any reflection he caught hold of, “Aghhh…I’m going to-…I’m going into the forest! Please! Get my mother! And bring food! Anything, please??” he asked out, hoping the Saiyans heard him before he made a sudden dash for the forest, running on his free hands as well in long bounds. He would feel better in the forest, he could find some vegetation to munch on if he wished, but he just really needed to get away from these torturous thoughts and into the calm if he hoped to control himself.
T’charrl wanted to get back, but he also didn’t want to get back for he feared what his mother would think upon seeing him like this.
