Not a single person was pleased with Mizuna's outburst, least of all Viral. His anger was totally justified, she was attacking him for no reason and act like she knew his troubles. Just as well that the woman should leave, lest she end up in a fight she couldn't win. Yumi wasn't even slightly worried she wouldn't be able to take the Saiyan if it came down to a brawl, it wouldn't even be a contest between them. Glowering at her retreating figure right up until it disappeared from view she returned back to her friend's side, settling down a little for his sake. When he began to literally shovel down handfuls of the fish however Yumi's eyes widened, and after a moment she moved the plate away from her friend's reach. Most if it was gone at this point, it had been quite the helping of food he'd just taken. Looking at the plate in disbelief she let out a sigh, sitting down and looking at Viral concerned. "No one but that... Jerk... Thought of you like that. You don't have anything to prove to her, you're better than she is," Yumi reaffirmed, reaching out and putting her hand on one of Viral's. "Maybe we should call it a meal there, eating all that at once probably filled you up." Hearing him cough she reached out, patting his lower back to try and free up any blockage. "Easy, swallow it."
Vegeta would very much have liked to do what Yumi had done, but instead left it to her to see the woman off. Some ungrateful wench she was turning out to be, after they had saved her and offered to find her a new home. Just as well, now they could dump her on some barren rock in good conscience if this was how she was going to behave. After Yumi had tore her one Takeshi stormed off, presumably seeking to do the very same now. That couldn't be good if he ended up snapping, but frankly Vegeta found himself hard pressed to care right now. Instead he was more focused on Viral, certainly hearing him choke a bit. Yumi quickly remedied that, so he relaxed a bit and rose up out of his seat. "She's right, what that woman says has no weight behind it. She's a bitter soldier being forced to play by someone else's rules, she's just lashing out. Don't waste your energy getting mad over her, she means nothing." It was pretty easy talking like that now that Kabocha had left the room with his father, otherwise it might be a bit awkward. Since the twins and their own father were cleaning up Vegeta opted to help them, starting to stack a few plates closest to them. Before wandering into the kitchen he looked back at Shu, smiling slightly and nodding his head towards the door. "You should go stop your brother before he does something he'll regret. Both of you, in case he gets mad and flips out."
Just who the hell did this lady think she was? Viral had a tough enough time as it was without someone berating him like that. They were just getting him to eat too, he might even have been feeling better if things had kept going as they were. Now though he was upset, all because some wench just had to open her mouth. Yumi might have given her a small reaming before letting her go but Takeshi wasn't content with that. Storming off after Mizuna he all but ignored Kabocha and his father, passing right on by them and heading the opposite way after his friend's mother. She hadn't gotten terribly far by the time he caught up, finding her staring out one of the windows and leaned against the wall. Marching right up to her he glowered furiously, staring right at her face as she finally took notice of him. "What the hell was that about lady? Huh? Why did you do that?"
Mizuna had walked off to clear her head, finding the children much too infuriating to be around. What a sham this little rebellion was, it would only end in failure. No one could beat Yamate, and now that she had been taken away, unwillingly, she would be killed with the rest of them. No wonder she wasn't pleased with the current situation at all, her life had been made forfeit, and not by her own choice. At the sound of one of the Princes speaking to her she turned her head, smiling bitterly as she was addressed. "What? My pointing out the Commander is useless?" Laughing lightly she pushed herself away from the wall, looking at Takeshi curiously as she folded her arms across her chest. "Come on young Prince, you know it's true. The man has been injured or incapacitated the entire time we've been here, and he keeps getting hurt. What good is a warrior who does that? And one that can't even eat to boot. He's a weight that's slowing us down. If any of you had any sense you'd just kill him and-"
Takeshi was bristling angrily long before Mizuna had even finished speaking, and her last few words set him over the edge. While he wasn't going to fight her he had to make her stop, it was driving him crazy hearing her belittle Viral's name. Moving forward at a blinding speed he grabbed the woman by the shirt, pinning her against the wall as she glared at her, using his free hand to grab one arm and give it a twist. "Viral's been through hell and back, and he's recovering. No one is invincible, and that includes him, everyone has a breaking point! If you're going to keep crapping on him like that then we'll just dump you on some world and forget about you, how does that sound?"
"Hah... Almost preferable honestly..." Mizuna winced as her arm was contorted, though strained to keep smiling in spite of the pain. "And here you and your brother are... Yamate's sons... Gallivanting around as heroes and trying to fight your father. You can't win... You must know that. No one can beat him and his Elites, not you, not Korian. You were better off serving him."
"Like hell I was! He tortured my friend and hurt my brother!" That had come out in a rather loud scream, probably loud enough to be heard back in the dining room. "I'd sooner die than let anyone end up in his control again, got that? My father can be beaten, and we will beat him! We're not going to let him hurt anyone else no matter what, and that's a promise!"
