okay lets think of it this way.

her as a spider woman, venom in their fangs every spider woman is able to do that cause venom can be a cocktail of drugs and that makes sense. an ability is common to your species

however a fear is something that only your family has the ability to do. my fear is summoning my predecessors cause only my family has been able to summon their past supreme commanders to join them in battle. a fear is what you can do to strike fear into your enemies so me summoning the dead will scare the hell out of people hence a fear ability.

You should probably not have it labeled as "Fear" then. Everyone so far thought it was...well, what their character was afraid of. Maybe you should call it "Inherit Ability" or even "Unique Skills" to better clarify.

I probably should I just called it fear because that's the reference it was called in the anime

At the very least, you need to have a reference sheet of some sort for all these terms. That way people who haven't seen the anime know what they're dealing with without having to read through pages of Wikipedia articles.

Your very close reaper. Your first fear should be "spider presence" so it works on everyone not just people with the fear of spiders. Everything else is fine
