Jack made sure the blankets were over the Doctor. He looked at Rose. "I will be around if you two need anything else, going to get something to eat though." he replied. The Doctor was looking pale as he lay there.

"Go ahead Jack. I'll be here." Rose says kindly looking at him with a smile glad he could help her when she had needed it most.

Jack nodded and goes off to get some things done. The Doctor still had his arms wrapped around Rose. He didn't look at all very well. He slept a bit more as well.

Rose continued to lay there relaxing against The Doctor's hold, allowing him to get as much rest as he needs to get better.

The Doctor was looking at her. He was shaking a bit. He felt so sick and dizzy. He curled up in his blankets. He was feeling weak. Thr time lord was shaking evern more. The time lord shivered.

Rose tucked the blankets closer around the Time Lord and did her best to make him feel warmer, checking on his temperature and wiping his face down just a bit as it wasn't as warm as it had been, but still enough to warrent that care. She held onto The Doctor sharing in her own body warmth.

The Doctor was breathing deeply, He soon was sleeping. The time lord was so weak he just wanted to sleep. The time lord was breathing deeply. He knew he needed to rest as well.

"Sweet dreams Doctor." Rose says softly soothingly pulling her fingers through his hair scratching at his scalp gently, having learned he enjoyed that the first time he had allowed her to do this which was a reassurance that she was there after her face got stolen.

The Doctor was breathing deeply. He curled up in his sleep. he seemed to really need the sleep. The time lord awoke the next day, He had been very sick during the night but was doing better by time he woke.

Rose during the night rested for a few hours and when he got sick again, was up and helping him get cleaned off and was up again in the relative morning. She checked on his temperature, and was glad to note it was not as bad as the last few days. He was still a bit warm but hopefully now his body could heal properly.

The Doctor was smiling a bit when he woke up. "Hey..." He seemed to be rather glad he was starting to feel better. He cuddled up to her and was looking her in the eyes. The time ord was shaky from weakness. His eyes were focused on her.
Jack walked in to see how they were doing.

"Hello there Doctor. Good morning Jack. I must look an awful mess." Rose says having not brushed her hair yet as she was still relaxed against the recovering Time Lord placing a small kiss on his cheek looking back into his eyes smiling when she saw that warm spark once more thrilled to see it there.

"I am feeling a bit better," The Doctor replied. He was leaning back into his pillows. The time lord sits up seeing Jack come in. He looked happy to see Jack. "Hey Jack.." He rubbed his eyes.
"Good to see your doing better." Jack replied.

"Good. I'm happy to see your getting better." Rose says happily sitting up herself and then standing up looking for a brush, and pulling it through her hair. "How is Earth Jack?" She asks curiously.

[BTW do NOT watch Children of Earth. Just....don't. I can't stress that enough.]

The Doctor was looking at her. He sits up slowly. He coughed a little , but not as rough. "Think I need a bath and a change of clothes." He was looking at them, Jack smiled and was looking at her. "Earth is fine, usaul rift activity now and then."

"Tha' is a good idea. I'll be right out here if ya need somethin' Doctor. Well good. I'm glad Earth has your team to look after it while he's out rescuing other planets." Rose says glad that he was watching over the Earth. They certainly couldn't be there all the time unfortunately.

"Ok thank you Rose," he was looking at her. He headed off to go and have a bath. He knew that he needed to get cleaned up. He hated feeling rather miserable. He knew he was doing better now.

Rose smiles and listens just in case The Doctor needed her hugging Jack. "Did you have breakfast yet?" She asks curiously. If not she could. She had learned how to cook so that nothing burnt or tasted funny in Pete's World.

"Ah not yet, I am waiting for Ianto to go and get some food, since not much is left." He replied. The immortal was looking at Rose. The Doctor was smiling a bit when he came back into the room changed and clean.

Rose pats Jack's shoulder. "Ah the adoring look of a man in love." She teases the immortal smiling as her own love of her life came out cleaned and changed. He was even in his normal clothes. She walked over to him and gave him a loving hug. "Hello Doctor." She said happily. "My turn. I'll be back do try to temper your meddling with the TARDIS while I'm gone." Rose says with a tongue touched smile, her spirits high knowing that everything was looking bright.
