The Doctor started breathing better once the mask was on his face, He seemed to be very sick, but the medicines would help him. His eyes slowly flickered open.
He smiled weakly at them. The time lord was rather drainned.
Jack aplied the cream still confused how that would work, yet some of the Doctor's medicines were a bit strange. He shrugged.

Rose smiled encouragingly at The Doctor sure that they were doing all they could to help him, and now it seemed up to his superior biology which she would now can point out wasn't as fool proof as he thought for quite some time. But she hoped he would get better with the medicines in his system.

The Doctor seemed tired, he forced a weak smile at Rose, He pushed the mask off a bit "Rose..." he soon coughed and gasped and had to put it back on. He wasn't sure what illness he had. He was feeling really weak, his eyes closed.
The time lord curled up a bit.

"Shhh. Just relax. I'll be right here to monitor your progress. Hey Jack? Would you mind helping me? I'll stay here and everything but I might fall asleep and I would like someone aware." Rose asked of her friend as she pulls a soothing hand through her Doctor's hair wanting to sooth him in any way she could. Whatever was important could be said later.

JAck was looking at her "I can keep awake if needed." He smiled . He knew that if he had to he could stay awake longer than her. He sits down. The Doctor was curled up, he coughed and breathed deeply. He moaned a bit.
The time lord was feeling weak. He groaned weakly.

Rose continued doing what she could to make her Doctor better still pulling her hand through his hair once more praying for him to get better. She gave up her humanity to make sure he would be safe. Its what she wanted, for him to be safe and happy. His life was in danger but she felt helpless to stop whatever was causing him pain. It wasn't a good feeling. "Thanks Jack. Have I told you that you're amazing?" She asks seriously cause she wasn't certain she let him know.

"He'll get better Rose, even when things are bad he pulls through, hes strong." He smiled at her. JAck hoped that the Doctor would pull through. "Think hes doing better with medicine in his system."
He watched the Doctor for awhile.
The Doctor groaned and curled up a bit. He shivered and coughed.

"Would you go and get one of the blankets that fell on the floor?" Rose asked of Jack cause she didn't like how badly the Doctor was shivering. Although he didn't say it she could read that the immortal also hoped that the Time Lord would pull through even when trying to sound optimistic in the Doctor's strength of will.

The Doctor was coughing and he curled up a bit. He seemed quite unwell. He shivered more. He stayed close to Rose. Jack could see the Doctor was shivering alot and puts the blankets over him.
THe time lord gave them a faint smile and he curled up.

Rose knew the Doctor was sick and must be feeling it as she doubted he ever got sick before. She stayed as close to him as she could as Jack got a blanket like she had asked. "Thank you Old Girl for your help." She said warmly to the TARDIS. If not for her, Rose kknew he would have gotten even worse and that could have led to his fully dying.

The Doctor soon was asleep. He felt too sick to stay awake. He curled up. He knew his friends cared about him. By morning he was starting to feel better, he had vomited a few times during the night, but his stomach felt settled now.
He was smiling a bit.

Rose had fallen asleep close to morning laying her arms and head on the med bay having cleaned up after his being sick, but had soon fallen asleep. She might have had training at Pete's Torchwood and everything, but she still loved her sleep. She breathes softly her dreams peaceful as she was near the one she loved and he was getting better if it was a close thing.

The Doctor was awake. He felt a bit weak, he tossed the mask aside and gets up. He wants to have a shower. Hes weaker than he thought and groaned. He was looking around where he was.
He headed to the bathroom. The time lord was weak.

Rose continued to sleep, being a deep sleeper anyway, but her dreams began to become twisted at the Doctor's absence, making her believe that she had conjured up being successful and that he was still seriously sick enough to stop his heats from beating. Those images of his dead body made her jerk violently awake crashing onto the floor looking around the TARDIS much like a frightened and caged animal her eyes gold not in any control of her actions. Her heart raced as if there were two in her chest, as she looked warily around her, the soothing hum of the TARDIS finally reaching her and she calmed down if just a bit knowing where she was.

The Doctor was looking around after he got out of the shower. He was walking slowly.He goes back over to Rose and looked at her. He hugged her. He seemed to be able to see that she had nightmares.
"I'm here Rose, I just had a shower." He coughed a bit.
Jack came back into the room, he had made tea and breakfast.

Rose hugged the Doctor back a breath released as the terror of her nightmare faded to bearable measures and she smelt tea. "Thanks Jack. I need that." She said not looking up as to who it was that made the breakfast. It certainly wasn't her, and the Doctor just came back from the shower. So it must be Jack, was her reasoning. She didn't release the Doctor for a while, but then stood up with him in her arms and helped him sit down, as he was still weak. It would take a while for his normal strength to return, but she'd help with that taking the tea once offered to her taking a sip and letting that both waken her up fully and fully calm her nerves.

"Had bad dreams?" He looked at her. He didn't like seeing her scared and upset. He leaned on her for awhile. The Doctor smiled when passed tea "Thanks Jack." He sipped it slowly. Tea did help him feel better alot of the time. He was sure it was helping as well
He snuggled up with her and Jack passes them both breakfast. He was quite hungry now. "Looks good Jack."
"JUst take it slowly Doctor." Jack looked at him, he didn't want the Doctor feeling sick from eating too fast. He was glad to see the time lord was doing a bit better as he knew he had been quite sick.

"Bad doesn't even cover it." Rose said wanting to say a quip as to the fact that she made herself, but right then it wasn't in her to do so, and usually when she had some sort of knowledge, she'd shared it, but right then, she was still recovering from the nightmare and his recently being seriously ill. She took the food offered to her smiling in thanks to the immortal grateful for all his help. She continued to sip at her tea it helping intensely.

The Doctor looked at her and sipped his tea. "You worry too much ." He grinned looking at her. "Though I suppose I was very sick, but I don't give up that easily." He whispered. His throat hurt a bit, the tea was helping him.
He eats what he can and looked at them.

"It wasn't just that." Rose said although, that had been the worse of the nightmare, seeing his dead body just laying on the floor of the TARDIS, still and not breathing. "I also dreamed that this whole being here...was just a figment of my imagination and I was still working at my desk with this girl named River helping me." She said watching the Doctor closely glad that he was eating something, but was worried that it would just come right back up again.
