Well the rifle is significant because it fires data, not bullets. But sure, you can keep the silencer: Be my guest!

And aye, it's 7:33am here, I ought to hit the hay myself.

[MODERATORS PROFILE]
Name: Camen Lelouche
Age: 27
Gender: M
Nationality: American
Moderator ID No.: 107
Moderator colour code: Orange
Initialiser:
Modifier Chosen (lvl 1): Phasing
Moderator Weapon and Description:
Data Glove - Can slowly absorb data on contact, or release stored data in a sudden burst. Absorbed data increases the damage of regular punches.
Moderator’s Appearance: Standing at 6'2", Camen is a tall and particularly slim figure. As if he weren't already the easiest person to find in a crowd, it's made even more so by his disheveled mop of long black hair. Ironically, his clothes are neat and clean; it is often considered a mystery by regulars at his café, considering he wears a goddamn white dress shirt while he cooks pastries with notorious amounts of jelly. Even on his black pants and green apron, not a spot of red jelly or even some flour shows up(people also wonder about the apron). Camen has fair skin and deep, dull black eyes that seem to pull in light. Camen tends to terrify others unintentionally when he spaces out because of them.

Moderator’s Bio:
Of his life, the most memorable moment was also the worst. In his late small city, Camen didn't have any real ambition or interest in anything. Lax and worry-free, he spend a large amount of his time staring up at the clouds. After years of doing it alone, Camen became somewhat introverted and spacey. This became a problem in school, as he didn't get many friends and generally just didn't pay attention. "Whatever," he said to himself. He'd just do something that didn't need language arts or history.

Camen eventually dropped out of high-school and seriously began to focus on baking; while his parents weren't exactly glad that he dropped out, they were relieved that he was finally putting effort into something. He moved out when he was 17 to Proto-City, and got a part-time job until he could afford to get his own bakery. Despite his difficulties with math, Camen managed to keep it running with little issue. For a few years, his life was once again easy and worry-free.

When he was about 22 years old, his life took another turn when there was a virus attack nearby. In a stupidly brave moment, Camen tried to help people get away by distracting it, but got badly injured by the virus as a result. Fortunately for him, a Moderator got there in time to save him. Grateful and wanting to be able to do more to help, Camen went back to school: Moderator Academy.

Like in his past, Camen struggled with remembering what to do in certain scenarios, even more with just focusing on the class. Even with his dedication, he could only just barely get by with the physical being the saving grace; he was one point above failing. He wasn't the best, but, hey. Camen was still a Moderator.

Outside of that, he.... didn't care too much.At about the age of 14, one of the worst virus outbreaks occurred, with his town as the epicenter. With the nearest Moderators several miles away, Camen took it upon himself to defend the town; practically unarmed and untrained, He barely escaped with his life, as the Moderators arrived to eliminate the viruses. Unfortunately, the rest of his family had no such luck, if "luck" were to describe it even remotely. Orphaned and injured, he was taken to a medical camp set up, where his injuries were fixed with data. Frustrated by his helplessness, Camen swore to become a Moderator himself. After settling his life in Proto-City, Camen enrolled in the Moderator Academy; physically, he was perfectly fine. Intelligence-wise? About as smart as anyone else, except with the attention span of a dumb-as-bricks goldfish. Unsurprisingly, when testing came around, he barely passed.

A bit concerned by this profile, because it seems to me your Moderator might be a little too capable to be in the B-Team.
He's tall, he's strong and he's moderately intelligent, and I'm not seeing a short attention span as a particularly debilitating handicap when it comes to fighting giant monsters who are definitely going to keep your attention regardless.

Also, the worst virus outbreaks were over 120 years ago, since then it's been relatively quiet save for recently where attacks have very gradually been growing more severe.

Also, what do you mean by "disable and defend" when it comes to the scroll?

Name: Marvin Rolts
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Nationality: English
Moderator ID No.: 103
Moderator colour code: Yellow
Initialiser: I’ll send you a link to your Initialiser image after you’ve finished the profile.
Modifier Chosen (lvl 1): Hookshot
Moderator Weapon and Description: Large two-handed battle-axe. It is uniquely built to have one side as a serrated blade, and the other blunt and flat like a hammer.
Moderator’s Appearance: People's first impression of Marvin can only be described in one word: Big. But Marvin isn't big. No...Big would be too much of an understatement. Being 6'4 and having a more than muscular build, he is the definition of a living, breathing tank.
His curly hair is chestnut brown, and his eyes are a dull green. His style of clothing is basically any shirt and pants he deems clean.
soderator’s Bio: No one expected Marv to become a Moderator. Not even Marv himself expected to be one! It was only after an incident in school did he pursue becoming one.

It was around lunchtime. Marvin, who was seventeen then, was outside with some buddies. At first, things were peaceful. Joking, laughing, and just plain messing around. But that's when the Fire Nat-- I mean, viruses attacked. It was a small group if them, coming out from seemingly no where. The students were fiercely attacked, and the teachers were either trying to contact Moderators or helping students evacuate the area. Marvin took it upon himself to protect his friends. He madly charged and attacked any viruses in sight. Of course, seeing as he was heavily out numbered and lacked any weapon of defence, it went as well as you'd expect.

Moderators soon arrived, quickly clearing out any viruses. There were many dead and many heavily injured, including Marv. He was sent to the hospital, unconscious and on the brink of death. Luckily, he was healed and pulled away from death. Something his friends themselves cannot unfortunately say. When Marv heard word of his friends' deaths, he was absolutely mortified. Looking to seek vengeance, he took it upon himself to become a Moderator.

He travelled to go to Moderator Academy and enrolled there. His physical performance was outstanding. His academic one? Wel...considering that Marv is as intelligent as a bag of bricks and as gullible as a five-year-old, he utterly failed those. It was thanks to his sheer muscles and help from some classmates that he managed to scrape by and get into the B-Team.

While he would be average intelligence-wise, he didn't learn anything in his normal school or the Moderator academy because he couldn't remember anything. He has absolutely no clue what on earth to do in most situations, aside from just simply attacking.

For his scroll, he can disable most viruses by binding them in cloth. Due to its strength, it can also be used to block attacks.

With the bio, I'll change it until there aren't any issues.

[MODERATOR PROFILE]
Name: Lewis, Cecilia L
Age: 22
Gender: F
Nationality: English
Moderator Colour and ID No.: Orange-107
Initializer: Error
Modifiers Chosen: Metallurgy()

Moderator Weapon and Description:
Cecilia uses a large shield that frankly she has a tough time carrying around, usually swinging it up in a ready position with both hands. It is tight and rounded towards her, pointed at the bottom and at the top. The tip on the top side flares outward with a jagged edge for the left and a smooth wave on the right. It is painted on with violent fires on the rough side and calming seas on the smoother side. The front is adorned with small, dull data spikes to punish any virus smacking into her defenses. It is large enough to sufficiently protect her as well as anyone behind her, though her strength in wielding it does not allow for very long fought battles. The design is ultimately counter intuitive to the user, but Cecilia insists that she must help out the team in this very drastic fashion.

Moderator’s Appearance:
What everyone notices first about Cecilia is the hair. It seems to almost burn the sky, being such a bright neon green. It's cut short and holds thick and straight, causing it to flare outwards like a raging fire. Much of the time speckles of paint would accompany the already obnoxious emerald, all bright colours, naturally. It must be kept short at all times or else it becomes truly unreasonable.

Underneath the static explosion of green lies a slim and innocent face. Ghostly white skin shines brightly in the light, shaded only by a torrent of brown specks of freckles. Sky blue circles her seemingly deep pupils inside a large sea of white. Her face is framed by a sharp jaw and high cheekbones, and holding the middle is a small, pointed nose above small, naturally red lips.

Cecilia stands tall, taller than most. Even though she seems quite petite she usually finds herself looking down upon others just from her height. Because of how stretched she is, she always seems very slim, something that covers her athleticism. She is not very strong, something she had trouble with for Moderator testing, but she moves quickly.

Moderator’s Bio:
For all of her life, Cecilia had only her family. As a child she was schooled at home, being too afraid of people to enter the public schooling system, so she had only her parents and her sister. At the time she excelled at her academics but was always angry about never having friends. Though she was still crippled by her fear of strangers. Most of her time was spent at home building sculptures with data blocks until her teens.

When she turned 13, her mother pushed her to take music lessons. She didn't like the idea, thinking it would be like childhood piano lessons with her parents. However her teacher was incredibly inspirational and, in many ways, he was much like Cecilia, yet wisened by his years. She started with an organic acoustic guitar, a simple instrument that ignited her love of art for the rest of her life.

Music was great for Cecilia, it allowed her to meet new people in a setting that allowed her to easily interact with them without any inhibition. She started to learn how to socialize whilst perfecting and expanding upon her craft. She even got into painting and data sculpting. However these four years would be the calm before the toughest part of her life.

Cecilia's father went to jail when she was seventeen. This wasn't the first time, he had been jailed for minor crimes before, mostly involving gambling or intoxication. This time however it was out of the country, up in northern Sweden where he claimed he was on a business trip. Once he was arrested, his wife was informed that there was no business involved there. It was from this that it came to light that he was cheating on Cecilia's mother, and neither of them took it well. Cecilia had already had a tough relationship with him for years with the issues deriving from his drinking problem, but her beloved mother took it so much worse. She had been lied to and her heart had been shattered, her stress piled on with trying to support a family alone. Cecilia took her first job and tried to help out all she could. For years after, Cecilia had to comfort her mother from her loneliness. At this point her father had filed for divorce, nailing the final stake through her mother's heart. Cecilia could never forgive him for it.

During her years in college, she became bitter and distracted. She distanced herself from her friends and couldn't focus on her schooling anymore. She could only get barely passable grades, having buried herself in her room doing God knows what. Trying to forget her troubles she would try anything that remotely resembled art, even some strange forms of interpretive or abstract art that didn't make much sense to even herself. Doing so was not the wonderful cultural boon she expected. She was unfocused and didn't learn from these experiences. The last things she could think of to help her forget were signing up for a Moderator position or drugs. I wish I could say she didn't try both but she did and still is.

After two years in college Cecilia bailed out, taking her Associate's Degree to the Academy. Out there the only thing she could do above average was running and at first there was plenty of that. Sadly she did quite badly in the academic side of things, despite her intelligence, her bitterness still eating away at her core. Just when she was going to flunk out she made a friend. His name was Richard, from Scotland, and from there things started to pick up. Cecilia didn't know what happened but she started to feel better, even if it was slow healing. At first she didn't question it, didn't even notice it, but four years give you some time to think.

Richard used to help smuggle in Data Smokes for Cecilia. "A friend of a friend," he said. He was so nice to her, even when steeped in mud from training or straying off into a world of colours from the Smokes. After the third year, Cecilia had decided she had fallen in love with him. It was nice between them to start out with, common interests and all that, but eventually it started to sour. As it turned out, they were much healthier as friends than lovers. Six months into the relationship, Cecilia's first real, serious boyfriend dumps her. Not lightly either, he was always a bit too passionate. Since her grades had perked up in the previous years, the heartbreak didn't make her flunk out. The teachers knew she had shown enough promise to give her a pass. Not a long one but it was indeed a pass. The rest of the six months weren't too pretty, memories of her father flooding her mind, making it all too difficult to move on. Though when the Finals came along she didn't fail, she wanted to show Richard and her father that they couldn't let her fail. She passed, but she passed by the skin of her teeth.

(Sry for the lack of # and colour. I think I'll take whichever is left, considering there are none left. Also sorry for the long delay, a lot of stuff interrupted me :/)

I'm afraid that you can't use the scroll, then. Because that just sounds like a method of using the bind modifier without actually having to take it, and you can't carry a shield unless it's actually a shield, because that's sort of the role your armour plays, at least until you unlock a Modifier for it at lvl 2.
Remember that this is The B Team, the whole point is that they're second rate. They're not smart, strong and deft, they're either, or, or none, y'know? Part of the fun is the fact that they suck at their jobs.

I think the reason for her becoming a moderator seems a little... spindly. I do like the character concept, though, especially the idea that her shield is actually more of a hindrance than it is an asset.

Wait, somebody else has a shield? Should I change mine? It's kind of an easy fix, I didn't really care about the weapon choice anyway. The closing statement of the weapon description is the main reason why I picked it :/

This is the part where things get a little worrisome, however. All of the colours have been claimed, meaning that I'm going to have to decide upon whose profiles make it into the roleplay and whose don't.
I'd take this time to make any alterations you can, and within the next few hours I should be able to tell you who's staying.

No, you're fine to keep it. Moderators can have similar weapons. I wouldn't say his isn't really a shield, anyway, it just seems to be a little all over the place. Like I said, I love the idea that her shield is actually more of a hindrance.

The spindly thing is intentional. I mean for her to be both intelligent and athletic but still be a realistic member of the B-Team. Thus my original thought on that was 'she did it out of boredom'. I made it a bit more sad than that though. She joined up during a very damaged mental state that was elongated by locking herself away from everyone else so really, it's meant to not make sense. I mean, try locking yourself away with nothing but some random paintings and abstract sculptures for four years and see how sound your decision making skills become. I also believe that she can realistically stay with the B-Team seeing as how that is the way she reintegrates herself into society.

Even though I am being a bit defensive about it, I would definitely be willing to make some minor changes to it to have it be more believable if you are willing to help me out in some small way. I'm a bit exhausted from writing that much so my brain has sort of melted.

EDIT: Also thanks for complimenting the shield thing, I enjoyed the idea myself ^^

Well my worry was precisely that such a weak reason for joining wouldn't have seen her through the academy years. Perhaps if she did it for some hollow sensation of heroics? I've known people to perform philanthropically for their own benefit as opposed to that of others.
If you're happy with that biography, though, I'm sure I'll get over it.

That is actually a bit unsettling. I can certainly expand upon that. Some options...

She got addicted to the cheap thrills of academy simulations (Which would probably be real life still but with remote controlled and/or dummy viruses)

Untraceable drugs helped her forget, thus not immediately leaving the academy

She actually got a good feeling about being able to help someone in a tangible way (Least likely for me to take her up on)

She constantly imagines that it's her father she's training to beat down, letting out pent up aggression slowly over academy years. (She probably has some violently brushed paintings at the old dorm)

-

I'm having a bit of trouble with this one, actually. I believe bitterness to be a paralytic so I'm unsure how to work this out. I'm going to give myself some more time to think it over I think. But I'll leave the options above anyway because I like spitballing, it's healthy for a would-be writer.

I can't say, then. Perhaps it's just something to do with having comrades? At the academy she'd almost have been forced to make friends, moreso when she was actually assigned.

Yeah, that could work. She'd still be healing from her self inflicted loneliness so at the start of the RP she'd still be in a weird mental state. The weird mental state is needed because one that's interesting to write for and two because she needs to not know what's helping her heal, just that she's healing.

I like that idea, thanks a lot! :D
