Name: Anna Brunhild
Age: 17
Hometown: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
Super High School Level talent: Thief
AppearancePersonality: Anna is a young woman with a rather brusque attitude and a very masculine sort of bearing. She has an odd fixation on the concept of permanence, and is a selfish person who considers her own well-being first and foremost. Other people eventually disappear after all. While Anna is definitely a proud and haughty individual, but she isn't overbearing or flagrantly arrogant. Rather, she's the type to remain aloof, often never speaking until incited to do so, safely retaining all that angry ranting she'd like to vocalize within the confines of her mind. Though she does have her breaking point. She doesn't enjoy being criticized, naturally, but refuses to cave to the suggestion of others to change her ways and whatnot. She's not particularly worried or ashamed about the negative connotations of her particular SHSL ability, especially since she's definitely no 'take from the rich, give to the poor' Robin Hood-type. She's lost an interest for monetary gain, and now only values the things that she deems 'beautiful'.
Strengths:Master Thievery - Well...
duh. Breaking and entering, sleight of hand, skulking about in the shadows, all that good stuff. Of course there's some things you can't do without the tools for it...
Criminal Mind - It takes one to know one. Then again, sometimes a murderer doesn't think like a criminal and that creates all sorts of problems, so take it as you will.
Composure - Keeping calm and collected in even the most tense situations probably comes in handy when you're, say, pulling off a heist to steal something absurdly valuable.
Weaknesses:Self-Centered Mentality - Easily fails at identifying motives involving anything other self-interest, either by over-thinking or misinterpreting.
Distrust - It goes both ways, friends.
Attachment - Anna likes her things. Sometimes those things can even be people, but not usually.
Fears:Cessation of Existence - Not exactly dying, but being invalidated. Disappearing. Becoming nothing. Realizing that everything she does, did, and/or will do doesn't matter.
History: And so the tale of the world's greatest thief began with humble beginnings. Born into poverty as the child of a teen mother in Las Vegas, Anna grew up with the disdain of her single mother and extended family. It could hardly be considered an abusive household, just an incredibly neglectful one. Naturally, living most of your childhood being barely cared for by your family makes for a strained relationship on both ends. So when Anna finally got tired of her mother's treatment, she said "Screw this, I'm outta here!" and did exactly that.
However, living on your own in the street is not exactly a easy task, especially for someone who was barely in double digits. Fortunately this didn't last too long, as, after a few days of spending her free time aimlessly wandering Vegas' streets, Anna ended up making her way to the Strip. Witnessing the luxurious locale and all the money being haphazardly thrown about, Anna realized that she had nothing to lose, and that this place was the perfect hunting ground. And so started the career of a budding young thief.
At first Anna just stole enough to get by. She didn't want to get into too much trouble after all. But then she got more ambitious, more greedy about it. It didn't help that she had some kind of... super duper talent or something of that ilk for the art of thievery. Cut to several years in the future and Anna's become one of the wealthiest people in the world, eclipsed only by the family owning a certain Japanese conglomerate.
