[OOC] The search for the "Key"

This is an animal RolePlay. Your character must be an animal, but I will allow three things:
1) Shape-shifting: Your character can shapeshift into anything, as long as it's nothing too over-powered (E.g. Dragons, and anything else that seems appropriate.).
2) Weapons: Your character can wield any weapon they want (or are fully capable of utilizing), as long as it's nothing too violent, like a gun. We all know that most animals can't use guns.
3) Special powers (A "finishing move"): Your character is able to have access to any kind of special attack or power they want, but only one, and as long as it "fits in" with one of these four elements/fighting styles [these elements MUST reflect your character's fighting style in the RP [No willy-nilly fire power with wind fighting style!]:
Fire (Aggressive and quick, extremely slow to dodge)
Water (Free-flowing, and great for counterattacking)
Earth (Defensive and stalwart, slow to attack)
Wind (Speedy attacks and dodges. Not so good at controlling movement after dodging or missing an attack)

Characters must be lined out like so:
Name:
Gender: Male/Female.
Age: In human years. Optional.
Power: What power they have, if any. Be sure to include a "Finishing Move" if you so desire (one per character)!
Fighting Style *look at No. 3, Special Powers* (optional for villains): The way they fight corresponding to the power they have (if it's elemental.). Otherwise, whichever you want.
Description: Fur and eye color.
Personality: ???
History: Optional. Helps with in-depth RPing.
Pack: Optional. [Seekers, Organization] (We have no other packs as of now! Make your own and post them in OOC! I'll try and see if they're clear for usage!)

~Appearance~
Azure and Alec both have snow white fur. Azure has blue swirls and accents running down the length of her body and Alec has red accents and swirls. Azure's left eye is sapphire and the left violet. Alec's is the opposite: left- violet, right-sapphire. Their fur and eyes remain the same as they shift between their animal forms. Alec's favorite animal is a Bengal tiger while Azure's is a fennec fox.

Azure has the power to control ice/water and Alec is able to control fire. They share a telepathic bond and are able to sense the others emotions.

The twins personality's are the complete opposite. Where Alec is loud and says the first thing on his mind, Azure is quiet and thinks carefully before she speaks. Azure in the timid twin, quietly standing by her brothers side and hardly saying a word. Alec is very protective of his twin and doesn't like other males coming near her. Alec has a quick temper and doesn't think before he acts.

So... Where should the RP start?

The lore is basically the once-peaceful forest of Aferraron has been enshrouded in darkness. The animals who live in the forest have gained the odd ability to wield weapons and use special powers. Whether these abilities stem from the darkness flooding the area or from the light within the animals' souls is unknown.
There is a legend though; "Eight of bravest 'Hearts' shall come to wield a mighty 'Key'- the key to the world's survival." Just who are these "wielders", and why those eight?

(Villains are welcome, just make sure we- the other RPer's- have a reason to fear and/or respect these villains.)

So... Basically, Azure has a fast, free-flowing fighting style (With a water/ice-themed finisher), and Alec has an aggressive, hard-hitting fighting style (Also, with a fire-themed finisher)?

Hmm... Good idea. Well. Here's MY character; meet Sora!

Name: Sora
Gender: Male
Age: About 12-15 human years, so about a mid/late-stage pup.
Fighting Style: Wind
Power: None so far. (Finishing Move: "Spinning Fang Breaker".)
Description: Fur: White with green-ish tint. Eye: Green.
Personality: Nice and caring. Believes everybody deserves a second chance, thinking that there are no truly bad people in this world. "His speedy moves and zephyr-like kindness pick up faster than a tornado."
History: Sora is an Akita who ran away from home to join an elite pack of dogs called the "Seekers". He currently fights against the evil wolves and wants to maintain peace between both factions.

Power: Wind. He is at his best when on a high surface where wind can flow freely. He can go faster depending on how windy it is, so in a closed surface, he can't do shite. His hits are also very light.
Description:
Personality: Dayton prefers to be on his own. He likes this lifestyle because he can live on his own terms and he doesn't have many rules to follow specifically, which he can't do consistently. As for relationships, it's a series of random events, as he can be moody for reasons unknown. He is extremely loyal, honest, and resourceful. Though, he is suspicious and sometimes jealous.

Edit: We need a few villainous characters! Here's three to start us off:

Name: Anzen
Gender: Male.
Age: 18 to 20- otherwise unknown.
Power: He has the ability to command anything to burst into flames (he is a villain, after all!). Finishing Move: Shatter.
Description: Fur: Brown with darker brown stripes. Has a nasty scar raking over his left eye and left cheek. Eye: A "diseased" type of yellow.
Personality: Cruel and sadistic (likes to see his opponents in pain). Thinks of everyone as pawns and lesser beings. He would rather have his whole squadron killed off than be beaten in combat. Very aggressive during fights (Fire-themed fighting style).

Name: Akira
Gender: Male
Age: 14 to 15. Young, but not that young.
Power: Can summon the Deformed.
Description: A white arctic wolf with one green eye and one yellow eye.
History: This wolf was abandoned by his parents and was left to rot in the wilderness. He hasn't found hope and has gained the ability to call upon the monsters who roam Aferraron. He has lost sight of the light within the darkness.
Personality: Cruel and mean. Thinks of everyone as an opponent, but thinks of Anzen as a teacher, seeing as how he rescued him when he was young. His motto: "Keep you friends close and your enemies closer."
Pack: The Organization.

Name: Blue
Gender: Male
Age: 16 to 17 (human years)
Power: Bushin-Cloning. Can create up to two clones of himself. Finishing Move: <Bushin> Jet Screw.
Description: A blue-ish-furred wolf with one yellow eye and an indigo eye to match his pelt.
History: This wolf is an assassin who once fought with the Seekers. He knows most of the member's secrets but once fell to Sora's finishing move. He is currently fighting a "battle of the heart"; deciding whether or not to rejoin the Seekers after his betrayal.
Personality: Blue hates to fight alone. He always depends on his teammates and friends (the reason why is because of Sora's "mercy rule" during fights.), and loves to take down his foes quickly. He is very nice once you get to know him.
Pack: The Organization.

Description: A muscular husky with blue eyes. Not much else to say.
Personality: Gin is a husky who hates to fight, even trying to talk his way out of a fight. If it seems unavoidable, or his friends are threatened, Gin bravely stands his ground.
