Just posting again to tell you guys that I haven't flaked out of this, the backstory is giving me problems. (That and finding a fallout face that is appropriate)

Name: Dr. Quentyn Hunter

-Other: Hunter's body is covered in scars and burn marks. This stretches to his face, his back, his chest, his arms and his legs amongst other stuff.

Personality: Dr. Hunter is a brilliant, yet broken man. His vast amounts of knowledge is equal to the madness and paranoia that runs rampant in his mind on a daily basis. He is very dedicated to his duties, and when focused it is hard to believe that this caring man ever suffers from a strong case of PTSD.

When suffering from an episode, he can be violent and hurt others without any real intention. He becomes eratic and unreasonable until he has worn himself out. Hunter's only real treatment for this is to count and focus on an object and think of its design and how it works. It is effective for the most part, but often leaves him appearing unhinged and aggressive.

BackStory: Quentyn was raised on a farm outside New Vegas as the oldest son of a very large family. His family raised Brahmin and healthy crops that managed to get a good profit, his duties involved taking care of the animals and making sure the barn was suitable for animals. His grandfather taught him much of being a veterinarian and Quentyn expanded his knowledge onto people. He spent his waking hours with animals and people and every spare hour he got went into his studies.

When he was little he always had aspirations to join the NCR. This ambition would be fulfilled when he was 16, and he enlisted against the wishes of his father who was a pacifist. As it happened, so was Quentyn, and he only wished to be a medic. He served for a very long time, becoming the youngest Chief of Surgery at Camp Forlorn Hope. He was well respected and relied on and troops would often come to him not just for physical treatment, but for mental problems too.

After the second battle at Hoover Dam against the legion, Camp Forlorn fell quickly after. There were a lot of wounded soldiers and Dr. Hunter dared not leave his post while men were still screaming in pain. He believed because he was a doctor that the Legion wouldn't harm him. He was naive. When the Legion stormed the camp they killed all the wounded men and enslaved all those who were able.

Quentyn doesn't remember much of his time as a slave, he represses his memories as best as he can and has no wish of remembering anything. He only knows he was saved by super mutants from Jacobstown and was treated as a human for the first time in years by people who looked like monsters, it changed his perspective on a lot of things.

I believe we need one more dude(ette), however I think we can proceed with out said person due to the fact that that spot will remain open until full, which will make it not full, because a full array of stratified samples will still be a full array if one leaves because of the quantified infinity theory stating that once a stratified variable leaves a group of other stratified variables the group will remain full because it would shrink to compensate for the loss of the variable, this would work visa versa and our selection of stratified variables will grow to compensate for the new variable. Making all samples of stratified data strings infinite and finite at the same time due to the quantifying factors of the strings and the limitless uninomial limit of infinity. Dude.

Pretty much in simpler terms, its so we have a cushion effect for in case someone leaves we can still operate on at optimal standards, then as we lose and gain members (as guaranteed with a Fallout RP due to death or people dropping) we have a set number we have but as people enter and exit we still work. I like the way you think
